This is a helpful and systematic way to build your Hebrew vocabulary. Sometimes the glosses are a bit too complex or detailed, as if it’s trying to give every possible sense of the word. That is important, but for the sake of initial memorization, I wish it would highlight one or two key glosses and then list the others.

All in all, though, this was a really helpful Hebrew vocab book. Still, since it’s a Hebrew vocab book, the most I can give it is four stars. I don’t make the rules.

A great book that helps you build a Biblical Hebrew vocabulary based on the highest frequency of usage in the biblical text. Making and/or finding pictures and flashcards to go along with the words would make memorizing and remembering these vocab words the fastest and easiest. Highly reccommend!
