The news of Poison's escape from the facility has spread far and wide across Cove City, causing civilians and Gifted alike to fear the streets of their beloved home. They can only hope for the risk-taking vigilantes to protect them. However, it seems no one is safe when the villain threatens both the school Ethan goes to and Warren' s School of the Gifted. Ethan is soon caught between wanting to fight back or dutifully waiting for he vigilantes to help them. Author J.D. Hines had characters in her head since she was a young girl, and since then, she's written them into her first and second book, The Excluded, and The Excluded: Forgotten Gifted. She plans to have her very first book signing one day, talk with kids who've read and enjoyed her books, and continue writing until she can't write no more.
