I wrote this migraine memoir a few months after one of my worst incidents, about 4 years ago. I noticed my memory and physical functions were taking longer to recover. I had always wanted to be an author so I started to write more aggressively thinking it would help with the recovery process. This was also a way for me to explain to friends what my type of migraine is. If you suffer from migraines or know someone who does hopefully you will get some perspective out of one of my stories, I know I did. I learned how much I really do cherish my family.
