When someone - like me - is living long enough working productively and gaining an ample scope of qualifications and life experiences, it comes the time when you wish and even feel a need in sharing your knowledge and skills. And that is what I am exactly doing with my consultancy and my self-help non-fiction books.

The process of giving is so rewarding and I see my mission to support and guide my clients in their search for solutions of their problems, for finding peace of mind and wisdom that make their life productive and enjoyable.

But for fun and to let my imagination go wild, I write thriller detective murder mystery novel in the best traditional, I hope, of well-known Russian writers as Fedor Dostoevsky with his the most famous "Crime and Punishment". My thriller novels fall into this category as I truly believe that nobody escape punishment, sooner or later, one way or another, ands when I write I see and feel the logic in the development of the events.

As the mortality rate worldwide grows and living to a hundred is no longer a thing, there is no better opportunity than NOW to make sure that you spend the majority of your life to the fullest. Whatever stage you happen to be in this. The book is very insightful and well-structured...

Writer, scientist, and health advocate Natasha Lukin has built a system of values, priorities, acts and solutions that actually divides in Systems of Beliefs, Goals and Actions. Those help you achieve longevity when implemented and get a life filled with good health and mental wellness.

Lukin’s writing has a chatty quality, as she tells you what she's going to do and recommends that you do it too, as compared to so many healthy lifestyle books that seem dictatorial and rigid. 

I also enjoy a love story of older people who found each other online, as well as fantastic adventures of French fictional character Rocambole. Great read!

However, the main value of this book is that it is actually a step by step guidance on how to stay younger for longer. Find useful tips and techniques on how to counter aging.


If you want to live your life to the fullest and stay healthy, remain young and be happy then this book of self-help is for you! 


I highly recommend this book, as a millennial young adult!  Thank you, Natasha, for sharing your wisdom and expertise! I will test many of your suggestions for the benefit of my Health and well-being.

Great advice and handy tips to live a healthy life

I’m so glad I was asked to read and review this book! I learned so much from Natasha, explained in an understandable and simple way. Her writing has a chatty quality to it, like she is telling you what she would do and suggesting you try it too as opposed to so many healthy lifestyle books that come across as dictatorial and strict. Thanks Natasha! I will be trying out lots of your suggestions and hope to live to be a healthy old lady!

What I really like about this Guide to staying younger, longer is its structure. Lukin’s system is base on three subsystems. They are clearly defined and filled with useful advice, chapter by chapter.

The book is written in easy to understand language. One would not need any special knowledge to go through the suggestions and implement them.

Very insightful into the power of mind and very practical to use. I recommend it to anybody who wants more structure in their way of thinking and in general in their life.

It’s very important to take care of yourself and look after your health while you’re still young.

As a millennial young adult, I highly recommend this book! If you want to live your life to the fullest and live healthier, stay youthful, and be happier then this self-help book is definitely for you! Find out useful tips and techniques to fight aging every day.
