I enjoyed this book. It took me almost a month to read at 1 hour a day, but I got through it. This was a powerful addition to my plan for success. Five Stars.
A great book if you are a residential agent. Some good tips that I am applying now.
If you are a residential agent, this should be the first book that you read. It covers everything you can do to become successful. Pretty comprehensive. If many agents knew about it, it would push their sales up drastically.
I am focused on Commercial, so the book was not as relevant, but still some helpful hints on how to become a better sales person.
Everything in this book has been a total eye opener. This is literally the best how-to book I’ve read which has real life scenarios that will come up in your career countless times. This book will be a thousand times worth what you pay for it and some.
Great book, I wonder if certain techniques are still as valid with how phone centric we have become but who knows. Other than that so many gems never have I read a book about sales that made so much sense and had actual phrasing to use and why. I am not yet a licensed realtor but so much he says resonates. Confidence should come naturally when you know your stuff and you know you wouldn’t shortchange your client right? I am currently studying the interactions and cant wait to practice and use the techniques in here. As you go thru write down or copy all the pages with quotes and you can really dial in all the scenarios after your done.
