Born in Brighton England, USA Today bestselling author Stina Lindenblatt has lived in a number of countries, including England, the US, Finland, and Canada. This would explain her mixed up accent. She has a kinesiology degree and a MSc in sports biological sciences. In addition to writing fiction, she loves photography, and currently lives in Calgary, Canada, with her husband and three kids.
I'm excited for you to meet TJ and Violet in the first standalone book in the Copper Creek romantic comedy series.

Not the book for me. But it could be the book for you.
I didn’t dig on the premise - reality dating show, the misogyny (women are women - if you’re referring to them as “girls” I begin to worry the hero is a pedophile) and the violent retribution of the heroine’s brother as an obstacle to love is cringe-worthy. She’s either a human being capable of a relationship or a “girl” and not a character I’m into.
The writing wasn’t bad. (Except for the word “cock” used 974 times). If you’re into cowboys and heavy steam, saddle up.
Blurb: A sexy cowboy. Some racy photos. And an accidental hook up—or three—with his best friend’s sister.
There are four things that rule my world: Norse mythology, Marvel comics, horses, and dirty talk. Not necessarily in that order.

Or at least that’s what I’m promised.

What I didn’t figure on is the show's photographer being Violet Brooks. Violet is my best friend's little sister. Did I mention he’s the town sheriff?
She’s the same woman who left our small Montana town ten years ago and never looked back. The same woman I lusted after when I shouldn’t have. And still do.
So when the pre-show marketing photo shoot involves channeling my inner underwear model—with Violet as the photographer—I lose my shirt. My pants. And possibly my virtue.
But it’s worth it.
As long as we don’t get caught—because if we are, it’s adios to the ranch.
And as long as my heart doesn’t get toss into the mix. Because what Violet and I have is only temporary while she’s in town.
Just ok for me. The writing is good and characters well developed but I couldn't get past a grown man that wouldn't go after the woman he's loved forever because her brother wouldn't approve.
Who can resist a cowboy? How about a whole family of them? That's right. In Cowboy Most Wanted we don't only get TJ, but his brothers too. This family is sure to give us hours of hot, sexy and funny reading.
TJ is my idea of a perfect character. He is a hardworking cowboy that loves his family, he is loyal to his friends and he is a total geek. I mean he named his dog Asgard. How perfect is that? TJ and his brothers are doing everything they can to keep their family ranch afloat. So, when his brother signs him up for a reality show to get the ranch and their horses some publicity TJ is kind of stuck doing it. Think the Bachelorette with a farm setting. TJ is not happy with the arrangement at all and when the crew shows up with none other than his best friend's sister who he has been in love with since high school as their photographer he's even more stuck. The contract states he can't date anyone else during the show which does not sit well with his heart.
Violet is back in her small town. She's made a life in California following her passion as a photographer, but there are so many other avenues she'd rather explore with her gift for capturing things on film. Her hope is that working for the Cowboy Most Wanted reality show taking pictures will get her the promotion she's been wanting forever. But, when TJ pops back into her life in a hot and sexy way everything has changed.
I really enjoyed the story between TJ and Violet. They had so many obstacles in to overcome. Not only did TJ fear that he would lose his best friend if he dated Violet, but he being caught with her while under contract could cause the family to lose their ranch and her to lose her job. The dialogue between these characters was so funny and enjoyable. I definitely want to read more in this series.
Cowboy Most wanted by Stina Lindenblatt is the first book in the Copper Creek Series. TJ Daniels is one of three brothers. They own a horse ranch and when his brothers sign him up for a tv reality show the cowboy´s life is about to change. He loves mythgology, comics and dirty talk - what a mix and relationships are not his thing. Violet Brooks is the one that got away. She´s his best friends younger sister and off limits - only he loves her since forever. And exactly this Violet shows up and is the shows photographer. Now they could rekindle their non-relationship, but Violet has a secret that´s about to blow him away. Cowboy Most Wanted is a entertaining rom-com with twists and turns and I loved the story, the writing and the characters.
The Daniels brothers are ones that I was drawn to immediately. They are tightly bonded and there for one another even when they don’t agree on things. They are a family that sticks together.
TJ: rough and tumble cowboy who loves horses and animals. He is a great wooodworker and what he does with what he makes had me swoon. He was fair and honest. Sexy and sweet. I love his interactions with his brothers and Violet’s grandma.
Camilla: the TV producer that was smarmy to me. She definitely enjoyed the perks of her job and seeing TJ without his shirt on.
Violet: I started the story wishy washy with her. She seemed confident but I didn’t feel anything one way or another towards her. She just seemed to be there to me. As she spent time with TJ we saw more of her personality. She was mischievous and fun. Expressive and kind. Her secret wow. I loved how TJ was about it. So natural. The banter was playful and intimate between her and TJ and this helped bring you to her and who she was for it drew out her personality more. I enjoyed seeing her interact with the brothers and how she helped them with getting their website and social media working to give them a positive light.
Plot:
TJ is the one in this story who is put out there to help the ranch. Only not in a way he thought he would be. His youngest brother has put him in a show like the Bachelor only there is one girl looking at cowboys to be her mate. Not something he was particularly thrilled with especially when the photographer for the show is Violet. Violet who has been in his dreams and thoughts since he was a teen. Violet who hasn’t been back to town in 10 years. Violet who is his best friend’s sister and said friend would have his head for his thoughts.
the romance is a slow sensual build. We see them fight their desires due to the situation and her brother. Watch TJ try so hard to be honorable and see just how that buildup adds an extra element to the story that really has you captured wondering when and if they will give in.
This plot is unorthodox but playful with a hint of sensual at times. We see friends reunite. Crushes become more and TJ show how honorable he is. He fails at it due to his overwhelming attraction to Violet but he does try to stay away. The playful aspect of the story really draws you in as does the brothers themselves.
YOu swoon over TJ and some of the things he does and how kind he is but also his raw magnetism and how he is with his family and children. You grow to like Violet and just love the brothers instantly.
Very unorthodox and entertaining is the story that has you laughing, smiling and swooning over the brothers and enjoying the playfulness of the tale while fanning yourself in the sexy bits. A wonderful HEA is seen as well that has you smile like a loon. Can’t wait to see what happens next in this series.
This book was NOT good. Definitely not my cuppa. The H/h were both written so juvenile. This is a first and last time author for me. For protagonists who were 30 and 28, I felt as though I was reading about high schoolers. 85% of the book, TJ's thoughts were all sexual, didn't matter what the situation or circumstances were. On top of that, if we weren't in TJ's dirty mind, they were going at it. It became quite monotonous. And I'm no prude. However, I would much prefer less is better than more in this case. I wanted a plot, and not one that made me feel like I was talking to my teenage sons'. His character never really matured and I didn't see much development with either of them.
I may have been able to move past some of that but I could not move past Austin, Violet's brother, and his attachment to keeping all the men away from his 28 year old sister. It was quite disturbing, actually. And let me just say, the hero needed to grow a damn set. He was so scared of the heroine's brother (mind you they're best friends) and his retribution that we had to read about it, repeatedly. Which of course made him run the ENTIRE book, until the last 5% or so.
I have book two but I honestly don't see myself trying anything else by this author.
The saving grace and reason for the two stars was Violet. She's about the only one I enjoyed. Well and her little guy.
when TJ finds out he's been selected to go on Cowboy Most Wanted, he's ready to kill his brother. However, he knows being on the show will be good for business, especially when they've changed the direction of the ranch from cows to horses. Yet, when he discovers his best friend's little sister, Violet Brooks, is the photographer for the show, he knows it's not going to be easy to stick to the contract he signed. He wants her, but while he's on the show she's off limits. Will TJ break the rules to get his dream woman or will he and Violet lose their shot at happy ever after?
Every time I sit down to read a book by Ms. Lindenblatt, I'm always entertained and this book was no different. Really, the dialogue was a wonderful combination of intense moments and playful banter that had me loving the growing relationship between these two and the obstacles they face to be together including the fact that Violet is his best friend's sister. Will he be able to convince his best friend that he and Violet deserve a chance at forever?
The way this story started had me loving the close relationship the hero has with his brothers, especially since Noah can be quite the jokester and it's no wonder that the hero wants to get revenge on his brother for what he's done. How could Noah do what he did in the past? How could Noah be so devious with what he does to TJ now? Moreover, I liked the hero's confidence, the fact that he's willing to do anything to help the ranch and his determination to win over the heroine, especially since they have some big obstacles to overcome if they're to get their happy ever after. While the heroine, she's resilient, courageous and I liked that she gave the hero a chance and fought for their relationship when the hero is wary of betraying his best friend. I also liked how she's come out the better when it comes to her past and that she's handled everything the best she can and I can understand why she's so protective of her child.
Overall, Ms. Lindenblatt has delivered a really good start for this series where the chemistry between this couple was intense; the romance full of exquisite heat and passion because the hero has been in love with the heroine for years; and the ending had me loving that these two finally got their shot at happy ever after. I would recommend Cowboy Most Wanted by Stina Lindenblatt, if you enjoy second chance romances, the brother's best friend trope or books by authors Lauren Blakely, Kendall Ryan, Jane Aston and Emma Hart.
In keeping with my goal of reading new-to-me authors this year, I chose Stina Lindenblatt and her newest release, Cowboy Most Wanted because who doesn’t love an alpha male who knows how to fill out a tight pair of Levis and works just as hard as he plays?!?!
In the first book of Lindenblatt’s Copper Creek series, she introduces readers to the Daniels brothers - three sexy cowboys who know how to have fun, cause chaos, and leave quite the trail of enamored women. Cowboy Most Wanted is about the oldest Daniels’ brother, TJ and his long-time crush, Violet Brooks. They’ve known each other since they were young, but they haven’t seen one another for 10 years, after Violet left home and never looked back. What neither TJ nor Violet ever realized, though, is the fact that they’ve had crushes on each other for quite some time, but therein lies the problem because not only is TJ Violet’s older brother’s best friend, but TJ also finds himself on a ‘bachelorette-style’ reality television show in order to save the family’s ranch, so the fact that Violet’s a member of the reality show’s staff threatens to not only ruin his chance of being the bachelorette’s final cowboy but also destroy his friendship with Violet’s brother.
The story line does seem a bit unorthodox given what this cowboy needs to do in order to try and save his family’s ranch, but it’s also what allows TJ and Violet to reconnect, and while there’s a significant amount of landmines that could upend anything significant happening between these two, they can’t seem to keep their attraction or their desire for one another in check, so they’ll need to determine what that means for TJ’s ranch, Violet’s career, and their relationships with family members and make sure that the risk is worth it.
I enjoyed TJ and Violet’s story. The Daniels brothers are an amazing group of men who definitely know how to sweet talk and dirty talk with the best of them. I loved the banter between brothers and it was interesting to see behind-the-scenes when it comes to a reality dating show. When things heat up between TJ and Violet, giving in to what they’ve always felt for one another, the way their bodies move together and the steamy and sensual encounters they have illustrate just how good they could be together and why TJ has always been Violet’s most wanted cowboy.
There are times TJ fights through the pain, "The smooth wood nips my bare *** with its cool touch. But I don’t give two rattlesnakes about that— and neither does my ***k. I flash Violet a devilish grin and indicate for her to mount me." TJ is a cocky one, "I step toward her. “I don’t remember you complaining about my kisses.” My gaze drops to her luscious mouth." I liked this book, I fell in love with TJ.
The story has laughs, love, secrets, and heartbreak.
This is Violet and Tj’s story. TJ knows he should be concentrating on the ranch. His brother is out of his mind signing him up for a Bachelorette-style reality show, but it promises lots of publicity. After meeting the photographer who is his best friend’s sister, he knows he is in over his head. He wants her and is willing to risk it all. Can he have her but do the show for the ranch or will he have to choose?
I felt I could connect with the characters. This is a short book so in the end it felt a little rushed but still ended up being a good story.
When I first started reading Cowboy Most Wanted I have to say I didn't think It was going to be my thing at all. I just couldn't seem to connect with the story but I as I have really enjoyed other books of Stina Lindenblatt I was not ready to give up. What a wise decision as I found myself getting into the story and not wanting to stop reading it!!! I really enjoyed the relationship between Tj and Vi they certainly deserved their happy ever after with all the years they had secretly wanted each other. They didn't play each other they were both honest and loving with each other . Oh and what a wee sweetie Deacon is. I also enjoyed the banter and humour between all the brothers they really added a lot of humour to this fun book. I was lucky enough to received this ARC and this is my honest opinion and review .
quick fun romp about a sexy cowboy who gets tricked into entering into Bachelorette-style reality show by his brothers. he needs to get some publicity for his ranch, but his lost love from many years ago shows up on the crew! will he stay on the show? will he confess his love?
I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review. This was another good read by Stina. This is a combo of some of my favorite tropes: best friends brother and reality TV behind the scenes romance. While I thought the character development and relationship between the two were a bit quick, I still felt their connection was believable. There were many points that there could have been major drama but then was quickly resolved. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because it did feel a bit rushed. The writing was good and free of editing errors which is always a major bonus.
I would recommend this book if you are looking for a quick read with light drama, HEA, no cheating and some steamy scenes.
Another really good book by this author. I loved both characters and the fact it was from his pov. Both characters were on the same page and didn’t play games. They were a really great couple and I enjoyed the story. Cute ending.
I volunteered to read this story for an honest review and loved it! The characters grabbed my attention immediately and left me wanting more. This is one of those books you start and can’t put down.
I was lucky enough to have received an ARC of "Cowboy most wanted". As a fan of Stina Lindenblatt's writing, I have read several of her books already, and I was not disappointed with her latest release. I really enjoyed reading this book, it has a good storyline and characters, TJ and Violet have great chemistry. I thoroughly recommend you read this book, I loved it and hope you do too. Well done Stina.
I enjoyed the synopsis and excerpt of this book so much that I purchased it outright (for a mere $0.99 CND) despite having a Kindle Unlimited subscription which is host to a long TBR list. It was a good read and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed that this was told exclusively from the hero's POV, which was a refreshing change from a lot of books on the market right now. While I enjoyed the change of scenery so to speak, TJ's obsession with sex and Violet's brother's potential reaction to finding out she and he were sleeping together got to be pretty tiresome after a bit. I would have been happy with some comic book diversions even.
Getting into the story some of the supporting cast of characters blurred together, I found this to be especially true of TJ's brothers, Noah and Jake, who are still pretty much interchangeable to me, which is unfortunate as I strongly suspect they will be the stars of book #2 and #3 respectively. Other's like Grandma Meg, Camille, and Austin were well-done and lifelike. I love me some hot sexy times as much as the next gal, maybe even more so, but I do wish more relationship building had been done outside of the superficial, physical chemistry between TJ and Violet.
As our story opens and develops we find TJ a little relationship shy due to a previous failed relationship. Turns out Violet, his best friend's sister, and the one who got away, has similar reservations. I understand that it is a convenient and accepted trope within the romance genre I'm just a little tired of it, one bad apple should not spoil the whole bunch (unless it was really, really rotten).
After TJ's brother signs him up for a Cowboy version of The Bachelorette to help breathe life into their struggling ranch the fun really begins when Violet, now a professional photographer, returns their small town after ten years away to help with the show and she's bringing with her a little secret. Watching sparks fly was highly entertaining and I enjoyed the writing and story-telling. I think my favourite bits of the book occurred when Violet was moved to get behind the camera. She was my favourite character, but I also loved learning all the things that make TJ so amazing *sigh*.
I did feel a little bad for Natalie, the bachelorette, who seemed to genuinely like TJ, being basically led astray by their secret relationship. I wish her part in the story had been dealt with a little more elegantly and fervently hope she gets to enjoy her own happily ever after.
I loved spending time with TJ and Violet, t was an enjoyable light-hearted romp and would recommend their story to anyone looking for a light fluffy feel-good romance. Bonus points for the author for being a fellow resident of Canada.
This was my first time reading anything from Stina Lindenblatt. It was a fun read that ticked all sort of fun romance boxes-cowboy, reality TV, second chance love, and brotherly antics. Cowboy Most Wanted is book one in a three book series.
Our plot found TJ and Violet thrown together after a long time apart. Poor TJ is being forced into a cowboy romance reality show. Violet is the shows photographer. Through all sorts of ups and downs of brotherly love, reality television, and romance, Cowboy Most Wanted created a fun read.
I loved TJ’s intro on the blurb-his love of Norse mythology and Marvel among other things were very endearing. He loves his brothers and their family ranch. He’s a great guy who strives to make good choices for the greater good and deal with some tough situations. Violet is TJ’s childhood friend. She’s back in town and has some baggage. Least of which is the fact that they’re both still attracted to each other, despite Violet being TJ’s best friend’s sister. Tough choices must be faced.
TJ has been attracted to Violet since before she left, but never acted on it. Violet felt the same way, but had to leave to explore her future. Now that they’re back in the same small town and forced to interact, the chemistry comes boiling back to the surface. They try to keep it professional, but their friendship and the nature of small towns keeps putting them together. And the sparks fly when they’re together! Together the two create some steamy situations with TJ’s love of dirty talk.
I couldn’t quite stay interested in the story. It was a great story, and I liked all the characters, but the pace was a bit up and down. And while I liked all the characters, I found it a bit tricky to keep them all straight at times. At the same time, I liked the idea and execution of the plot. Everything seemed to wrap up every to neatly in the end though, which was nice for a romance; but seemed a bit too quick and tidy.
Despite the ups and downs and troubling aspect of reality television, I liked the story and characters and the ideas of the plots in all the books. I can’t wait to see what book two has in store.
Favorite Quotes: “My first thought is that God has rolled a massive joint and is blowing smoke in my face.” “My heart acts like a newbie line dancer stumbling a few beats.”

TJ Daniels and his brothers Jake and Noah are working hard to keep their new horse ranch going but it's not quite a thriving business...yet. Thinking they need more exposure, Noah applies for the latest bachelorette show in his brother's name and TJ gets picked as a contestant.
He's not really happy about it, but he'll do it to help the ranch and he's in for a big surprise when his longtime crush Violet is part of the photography crew. He's always wanted Violet, but she's off limits for two reasons -- she's his best friend's little sister and his contract for the show prohibits him from having a relationship with other women while he's filming the show. Violet has some surprises for TJ too -- one of them being she's looking to hook up with him while in town.
Cowboy Most Wanted has a light and romantic feel to it that I really enjoyed. Where it could have been heavy, it wasn't and I found that a refreshing aspect of the story. TJ and Violet are so sweet together that it made it easy to want them to find a way out of their predicament. There is some nice tension when Bachelorette Natalie appears on the scene, too. It all just worked quite nicely for me as a romantic comedy. A sweet romance with lots of fun. Good start to the series.
🅡🅔🅐🅓 🅝🅞🅦 ➜ 𝑪𝒐𝒘𝒃𝒐𝒚 𝑴𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝑾𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒅 is the first book in Sᴛɪɴᴀ Lɪɴᴅᴇɴʙʟᴀᴛᴛ’s new Copper Creek series, and I am very excited about these Daniels brothers. They’re sexy and charming cowboys, and the three of them are really fun and endearing when they interact. TJ is the oldest, and he’s reluctantly pushed into being on a dating reality show in order to promote their horse ranch, but it turns into a very positive decision when his best friend’s little sister Violet, who he has always been attracted to, shows up as a part of the production team. He’s trying to stay away from her to respect his friend, but he is head over heels for this girl and can’t resist this opportunity to finally have a chance for more or at least to indulge their attraction. I adore TJ, and I love how he interacted with Violet’s young son. I can’t wait for more Daniels brothers.
This is a new series that is sure to be filled with sexy cowboys! So what's not to enjoy, right?!?
The premise of this book is different - TJ is roped into a reality TV show by his brother whose intentions are questionable at best. Their logic is a little off, but TJ feels compelled to go with the plan even though his heart is sending him in another direction...Violet who has always been off limits, but that doesn't stop TJ from wanting more.
I have to admit that some of the characters did annoy me - I'm not a big fan of Noah for his immaturity and one really key role that is beyond inexcusable. TJ and Violet were entirely too stubborn, but did not push me past the breaking point.
While I didn't find this premise a strong one for the characters to follow-through on - it has enough enjoyable moments and I think I'll really enjoy watching some of the other characters fall. TJ definitely had his swoony moments and his love of Norse mythology was a big geeky plus.
I voluntarily requested and reviewed an advance reader copy.
What a great start to the Copper Creek series. This friends to lovers story had a fun reality tv twist. TJ and his brothers are converting their ranch from cattle to horses. TJ's brother signs him up to be on a reality show for cowboys, hoping to get some exposure for their ranch. TJ is not at all happy, that is until his teenage crush, and best friends sister, Violet, comes home working on the show. The sparks fly between them and their long crush turns into so much more. But TJ doesn't want to cross his best friend, or risk losing the ranch if he cheats on the shows female contestant. But can he risk losing Violet again? This is a fun and flirty, sweet and sexy romance with lots of heart. TJ's brothers and friends are all intriguing and entertaining as well. They set up future romance stories beautifully. I can't wait for more from Copper Creek.
This was one of those cutesy laid romances, I loved the Southern vibes and the scenery sounded amazing. There is just something sexy about a cowboy protagonist – this book is told is entirely from TJ’s perspective which I thought was a nice change, you don’t find many romances written that way.
I thought TJ was very likable, he never really came across as a jerk and his feelings for Violet were pretty obvious. I liked the storyline of the forbidden romance, the sneaking around was very entertaining.
There were a few things that irritated me though, the whole reality TV thing was a bit blah, not really my thing and the Violet having a secret child was a bit strange – I’m still confused why this would be a big deal in this day and age…
Overall this was an ok read if you’re looking for a light and fluffy then give it a whirl.
It is a wonderful story of forbidden love. Mainly forbidden because it is a best friend's little sister, also forbidden because TJ would be sued and lose everything he possessed if the producers discovered the truth about Violet and TJ. TJ's brother signed him up as a contestant on the reality show, Cowboy Most Wanted, to bring attention to their ranch and thus help them sell their horses. Violet and TJ have crushed on each other since their teen years. She was on staff for the show as a still life photographer. I absolutely loved the humorous banter between the brothers. The scene of TJ up a tree is knee slapping funny. The way the author describes things is hilarious. The way to a happy ever after is exceptionally entertaining. I highly recommend Cowboy Most Wanted by Stina Lindenblatt.
A great deal of humour in the beginning, his confident inner musings of Austin killing him for lusting after his sister:
“I wanted to see you, so I can tell you that I’m still in love with Violet.”
“That’s impossible. And please don’t tell me you’ve been having sex with my sister or I’ll have to arrest you.”
“On what grounds?”
“On the grounds that she’s a minor and you’re two years older than her.”
I’d roll my eyes but I figure he won’t appreciate it. “Violet is a twenty-eight-year-old woman with a toddler. I’m pretty sure she stopped being a minor a while ago. Look, I know you don’t think I deserve her, that she’s too good for me—”
It took him far too long to gather the courage to confess his feelings to Austin.
I really thought this was going to be really good from the blurb but sadly it was disappointing. About 1/2 way through I was goi g to give it four stars but the more I read the less I cared about how it ended. I finished it anyways. The author spent way to much time writing about the heroine’s brother Austin finding out about the relationship between his best friend and sister. It seems like every page the hero TJ mentioned Austin killing him if he found out. After awhile that got boring and tiresome toreador about. The book wasn’t bad it just wasn’t exciting either. Until next time y’all happy reading.
