Having secured a foothold on the planet, humans must now fight for their right to be seen as equals among the giants that roam the land. The only way to guarantee absolute equality? War.
It is a good story line. I would recommend this series. The only reason I gave it a three is that they desperately needed to be proof read. Also, this last book doesn't answer all the questions that where raised during the back stories and hints at more to discover while the auther seems not to realize this and caps it off in the thank you at the end of this final book as the end. It is good, but I cannot help feeling these issues would have been addressed as well with a good proof read. Reading became very hard in places as words where missing or horribly misspelled. Please please please hire a proof reader if any more books are to be written.
I really love this series! In book 3 the humans are fighting to be recognized as people. People who deserve rights. This does not sit well with some of the Aylen and a war erupts.
Harl is once again pressed into leadership. Imagine leading your people into a war against aliens that are many times your size! How could you possibly win? Read the book for answers!
While the story is good, the book could use some editing. I'm hoping for a less rushed version sometime in the future.
I have really enjoyed these books. I have found myself taking a while to read them though, because they do start to feel like a series of unfortunate events after a while. It wasn't until I got the end that I (mostly) appreciated why. I am lost as to what the diary wntries are about at the start of each chapter. They seem to be leading to something, but I have no idea what. It's a shame, because they are really interesting.
