Cocky Playboy
This hot and sexy enemies-to-lovers/office romance had so much heart! Tate is in Chicago to help her company merge with Decker's. Their first encounter did not go well and when they met again in the boardroom the sparks were definitely flying! Tate is the queen of snarky comebacks and she will win at all costs. Decker is a deliciously dirty talking, cocky attorney who loves a challenge. Their banter is their foreplay and boy is their chemistry explosive. But there is more to Decker than what he shows the world. When he lets's Tate in, she can't help but soften toward him. But this could also cost her her job and the only man she let get past her defenses as well. I liked this collaboration with Sloane Howell and Alex Wolf. They created a smart and sexy romance with fun banter, and strong, passionate characters and I look forward to reading more from them.

This is Deacon and Quinn's hot and steamy office romance. Deacon is a playboy who never seems to take anything serious. That is until he falls for his brothers secretary, Quinn. Quinn knows the score when she and Deacon get together. She is smart and strong, but between work, school, and taking care of her father, she doesn't need to let Deacon in, only to eventually break her heart. So she keeps her heart safe with the understanding of a no strings affair. But Deacon wants more, especially since she makes him want to be a better man, and he is determined to make her his. I really liked Quinn alot, and it took awhile, but I eventually found Deacon to be sweet, charming, and swoony. Unfortunately I had a hard time feeling their connection beyond the physical. I did enjoy the fun banter, and the way Deacon went about to win Quinn over. I was intrigued by Dexter at the end and am excited for his story next!
Filthy Playboy
I loved this hot and sexy age gap/office romance! This is Dexter & Abigail's story and I completely fell for both of them! Dexter is a fun loving, artistic, tattooed lawyer with a sweet romantic side. He fell for Abigail with their shared love of pudding and family. But Abigail is new to Chicago and doesn't want any entanglements. But she is helpless against his boyish charm and so was I! I really fell for both of them, they are so perfect for each other, and their chemistry was off the charts. I was totally engaged in this fun, sexy, and heartfelt romance. I am a huge fan of grand gestures and I think this has one of my all time favorites along with the epilogue! I am also so intrigued by the mysterious, Rick and also the last brother Donovan and can't wait for more about both of them!

I was really looking forward to finally have the youngest Collin brother, Donovan's story! He was always so surly, arrogant, and combative, but also so sweet and misunderstood. This is his second chance romance with his college love, Paisley. He left her after college without a word and brokenhearted. She was always sweet, loving and adored Donovan. Now she was a tough, stone-cold killer attorney. She is back in Chicago to take care of her family, and wanting a job with The Hunter Group. Donovan is furious his brother's hired her. He doesn't trust her intentions, but mostly he doesn't trust his long buried feelings. Neither has forgotten the other, and their fiery passion soon ignites again and they can't stay away from each other. Donovan has issues with his family that make him bitter and argumentative with his brother's but Paisley makes him feel more at peace. But Paisley has her own secrets that are eating at her, and when they come to light, she will lose Donovan for good this time. This is another sweet and sizzling romance with a heartfelt intriguing storyline. These Collins men can argue like crazy but the women that love them keep them on their toes. I loved the ending as Donovan enlists the whole family to win Paisley back! These Collins men and their colleagues have really found a place in my heart and I can't wait for more!

Cockiest Suits Series (Cockiest Suits #1-4) was a great read by Alex Wolf. This box set follows the partners of The Hunter Group, the most powerful law firm in Dallas, and consists of; Devil in a Suit, Playboy in a Suit, Player in a Suit, and Rebel in a Suit. Devil in a Suit (Cockiest Suits #1) was a great read by Alex Wolf. Weston Hunter is a devil in a suit, he doesn’t play nice, but he is the best attorney in Dallas. Life is good until he meets Brooke. He had more money than he knew what to do with, more power than someone should have and he demanded respect. He feels as though Brooke is nothing but another encounter and she’ll end up beneath him. He doesn’t do love or relationships, but no matter how hard he tries to fight it, he wants more. Brooke doesn’t take any shit and can give it back like no other. Playboy in a Suit (Cockiest Suits #2) was a great read by Alex Wolf. Brodie Hunter is a playboy attorney who loves doing whatever he wants and dominating the courtroom. He and his brother run one of the most powerful law firms in Dallas. He has a reputation of taking care of women that he has to keep. At his brothers bachelor party, he hooked up with the hottest stripper there. They were both so wasted that they can’t remember anything. A few months later, a dancer named April shows up in his office wanting to sue her boss. Her boss is one of his biggest clients, and for one reason she looks familiar to him. He then notices her baby bump and knows that the baby may just be his. Player in a Suit (Cockiest Suits #3) was a great read by Alex Wolf. Jaxson Parker is a player in a suit. He was once a good man, with the woman that he loved. They were supposed to run away together. The night they were supposed to leave, she never showed up. He made a vow to conquer the world, buy the property her parents owned and sell it off for parts. He never thought that Jenna Jacobi would walk into his law firm and ask him to handle her divorce. Although he wants to fight the feelings he has for her, he knows that they were meant to be together forever. Rebel in a Suit (Cockiest Suits #4) was a great read by Alex Wolf. Maxwell Bass is an attorney who gets bored by relationships. He’s been burned before and wont let that happen again. His best friend Jaxson suggests that he get a new assistant and knows that it is a bad idea. He doesn’t mix business with pleasure but he is insanely attracted to her. The problem is that she is Jaxson’s little sister. He knows that he must fight the attraction. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author.

Just an okay read
Not sure I’ve read in the right order, but read cocky suits Chicago first and absolutely loved it. The references in it to Weston made me eager to read his story. Can I say how disappointed I was with each story. They all felt similar with overconfident guys sexing up everything they touched and their women, apart from westons, who pretty much fell on their dick right away. Well written and pulls you in but it wasn’t up to the calibre of the Chicago boys whose stories were so much better.

The last. Not into threesome. Like kink but between two people. Can't say you love someone and then go off and enjoy sex with someone else. To me sex and love go hand and hand and solidifies it makes it stronger and forever. Not for me but if you get off on it you might enjoy the book.

I read the first book and gave up that book took me about 40 minutes to read I do not mind quick stories but this was too much. I also did not like that there was no progression any storyline and no substance. I wanted a real story with time and longevity not what I got. The fact that it was too quick and to the point was why I did not bother with the rest of the books.

I love the whole series. This series had me laughing along with characters and crying as well. I found I couldn't put down my kindle til read all the books. I did serious binge reading following them all. Alex Wolf is now my new fav author. On too the rest of his books. And please keep them coming.

Stuck between a rock and a hard place...
I've been contemplating whether to give this series 3 or 4 stars. I love all of the characters and the stories were entertaining and extremely hot. On the other hand, I'm suffering from a severe case of whiplash because the stories were over just as I was getting invested. I just wish there was more...

Each book in the set was better than the last. The first book was good however, the characters were better developed and the plots had more depth with each subsequent book. Hence, the 5 star rating. Alex does a great job with the sexy times, I find it fascinating being written through a man’s perspective. A thoroughly enjoyable read!💖

For a newer author, Alex nailed it! It was steamy and sexy for sure. A little too short for my liking, but I understand. Also, the stories went a little fast and ended kind of abruptly, but overall they were a really good short read!

After reading Cocky Suits Chicago Suits, I had to read the stories of the Dallas boys too. They were slightly shorter than the others but I enjoyed them just the same and was laughing along. Would recommend for an enjoyable quick read

I really enjoyed this series. It was set in Dallas, Texas although the story is set more in the law firm they all work in for the most part. The men in these books are hot and cocky. The women are strong and stand up for themselves for the most part.
