Great book and great author! Nice way to keep it simple and easy to follow. All good reminders and now it is time to start putting these tidbits into practice. Nutritional advice is phenomenal!

A comprehensive guide to, as the title says, a stronger and healthier you. It contains explanations for the author’s rationale, plans for the reader to move forward with the plan and guidance on exercises suggested as part of the plan. The author included discount codes for products available online he recommends; I cannot comment on these, I’m a UK reader and I think shipping would probably be prohibitative. All in all, it looks like a successful plan for a reader looking for help with the ‘how to’. My thanks to NetGalley and publisher for the advanced digital copy in exchange for my honest review.

TBC30: 6 Steps to a Stronger, Healthier You.

My thanks to #NetGalley for this ebook in exchange for an honest review. This book is truly comprehensive. For a person who is really committed to getting healthy, this is an excellent resource. There are discounts to products included to help the reader on the journey, but for the record, the journey is not easy. The author has included a lot of math. There were periodic diagnostics that required mathematical evaluation that I just could not figure out. I am not completely uneducated, but I could not do all the math required to complete the diagnostics for each task. All told, the guidance and support provided within the book are exceptional, and for a person ready to make the change, this will enhance the journey to a stronger and healthier body.
