My tastes in all things are eclectic, which extends to my writing. Although I primarily write crime books - especially gangland thrillers - I also write gothic historical romance and fantasy. I publish on Amazon Kindle and some of my novels are available in paperback too. I also have a traditional publishing contract with Boldwood Books.

When I'm not writing - which isn't very often - I enjoy reading Daphne Du Maurier, Edgar Allan Poe, Shirley Jackson, MR James and the Brontes, among many others. I also enjoy swimming, walking and spending time with my family.

Another brilliant book

I've read all books in the Dividing Line series and this one didn't disappoint me. It was so nice to read how Katie finally reached her downfall, I really didn't like her character even though she always put her children first. I'm so happy ☺ that Mikey and Jules finally cemented their relationship by getting married and that Amber's children finally have a proper family, they do deserved it. I also found it amusing when Rachel came home and caught Leah and Jacob together, I think she handled the situation really well.

Just as un-put-downable as all her other books 📚

Heather Atkinson is unstoppable...5 Star

Once again another superb, exciting and enthralling book from this author, from start to finish this book had me captured and involved, hating and loving the characters as once again they came alive on the pages, Heather Atkinson is now my No1 author even after the brilliance of Martina Cole, Jessie Keane and Kimberly Chambers, if you like these authors then you will love Heather Atkinson, the only negative I can give is I read it way too quick.

Amazing as per...

I read this book in less than a day, it's a real page turner which is true Heather Atkinson style. I loved how intense this book is, I closed my eyes a few times when the suspense got too much for me. Whole heartedly recommend this book, Heather Atkinson fans will not be disappointed.

Didn't want it to end

After a long wait at last we have another great book. The characters are so real you can picture what they look like. Can't wait for the next one and many more. Potential for lots with the children growing up with their experiences what will they become? Also lots of great books by this author can't wait to read how Brodie McBride is doing .

Brilliant

I read this in 2 days, I have no idea where Heather gets her ideas from but after 12 books this family saga keeps on giving. Roll on number 13, I have a feeling there’s loads more to come and I can’t wait!
