3.5 stars. Let me explain why. First, let me say I love anything Sierra has written. Her books are automatic one clicks for me. But this book had too much and too little. I didn't think I would ever say too much sex, but here it is. Too much sex and not enough story. Admittedly, the sex was HOT and well written. But if a key part of the story was suppose to be love, you have to have some connection besides sex. And it turns out that love is a deal breaker for our h, who won't marry without it, and who took off running when the H couldn't/didn't feel the same. It was THREE DAYS!!! I get pheromones and crazy strong attraction, but come on. If the story had been longer with more time building a relationship, 5 stars. I did feel that the push to learn everything there is to know about BDSM was extremely rushed as well.

The second book in the Titans series, but it can be read as a standalone.

I enjoyed the first part of the story very much. The way that Hope and Rafe connected and the way Hope tried to stay away from Rafe. And the BDSM scene were very hot and detailed.

After a while I did feel there was to much focus on the sex and not on the story. I got a bit bored and skimmed certain scenes.

It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of Ms. Cartwright--but holy crap, has she outdone herself with the Titans series! I admit it freely: I read Book 2 first, but had absolutely no trouble following the characters or the plot. After reading Rafe and Hope's story, I've already--and eagerly!--dived into Book 1 now, as well! The story is a great twist on one of my favorite tropes, with a matchmaker falling for the sexy-as-hell (and I mean sexy-as-HELL) guy she's supposed to be setting up for a quickie marriage of convenience. Well, I was enchanted from the second Rafe called Hope "Miss Malloy" for the first time (and any Broadway fan is going to love that wink-wink!), from the very last happy-ever-after kiss. Along the way, these two encounter a heart-rending journey with themes of trust, honesty, and questioning their own concepts of what true love really can--and should--be, along with a seriously evil villainess just to add more tension and OMG-turn-the-page NOW moments. I was captivated from cover to cover--and the sexy scenes in between the beautiful emotions made this a flawless five-star read for me.

Billionaire’s Matchmaker (Titans Book 1) by Sierra Cartwright is an intriguing and exciting new series which involves BDSM. It has such a beautiful and real flavor to the story that the characters seem more like exciting friends that you know. I immediately was hooked on the storyline for it was intriguing and filled with such steam. Rafe and Hope are strong characters, each in their own right yet Rafe in his own right was very powerful and dominant while Hope, was successful and strong in her job but was submissive when it comes to Rafe and following him. The BDSM in this story was written very beautifully and sensually. I liked how the two main characters danced around one another while following the storyline. I don’t want to give anything away except the passion, heat and romance is strong in this story. I look forward to reading more in this new series.

First off, I didn't realize this story was about BDSM and introducing the woman into that lifestyle. I can either take or leave bdsm stories, it really just depends on the couple, story line, and what the heck is going on. This starts out hot and heavy with intense sexual scenes when the H/h don't even know each other. The chemistry between these two is zilch. Sure they meet in an interesting way, and it could have turned into something, but the way they just dived into the whole sex/bdsm without any kind of emotional connection didn't do it for me. This is just sex.

There is no great love story here. There is no romance. There is no need and desire. Just an annoying heroine that is heartbroken because the H doesn't fall in love with her after knowing her for 3 days and he's basically humiliated her (really? fuck my bed sheets? fuck the pillow? give me f*ng break!) and pushed her boundaries. Trust seems to be a key element in a BDSM relationship, so how the heck did all that go down without any trust? without connection? without any heart?

I actually had to stop reading at the very last chapter when the h basically gives him the ultimatum of 'love me or i'm leaving' after 3 DAYS together! And when low and behold, the H realizes he loves her after she leaves I couldn't stop from throwing up in my mouth a little. It was just so poorly executed, rushed, and fake.

This is a meh for me. If you want to just read some explicit BDSM scenes with a simple, wham bam thank you mam feel, then you'll enjoy this. Although, for all the kinky elements written in her, the actual sex scenes are written very poorly, if at all.

Oh, and I didn't like the H, Rafe is a douchebag and treats women like slaves.

So Rafe and Hope are supposed to be working together to get Rafe married off. There is this whole thing with Rafe having to be married to keep his job and business and spot in the Titans. But the chemistry between the two is just off the charts. I mean so much so that once these two start having sex it is pretty much 80% of the rest of the story. They can't keep their hands off each other.

So I gave this book 4 stars since the Dom/Sub part was pretty dang good. I enjoyed that and the sex was hot. There was just A LOT of it. The story was just okay, I am a little on the MEH side for that. There was just so much sex that the storyline got lost in it. I did like Hope and Rafe as characters and they got along well.

So yes, I enjoyed the story and I will read more of the Titans. I probably will never reread this story but I would tell my friends about it.

This is why I love Sierra’s writing. She brought the emotion and passion together to create an awesome story. This a super start to what I hope to be a great series. Not too much angst but just enough for the reader to connect. And the twist at the end was not given away before hand. I especially appreciated that none of the characters were portrayed as TSTL.
Bring on the next book in the series!

5 Star Review Billionaire’s Matchmaker (Titans Book 1) by Sierra Cartwright
Sierra Cartwright is one of my favourite writers in the BDSM genre. When I heard she had a new series coming out I jumped at the chance to read and review. As I have come to expect from a book by Ms. Cartwright, it was extremely well written and flowed well.
I fell hard and fast for Rafe Sterling, although he is arrogant and at times a jerk there was something about him that ticked all my boxes.
Thrust into as job he didn’t really want, thanks to his philandering father, Rafe needs a wife in a hurry and his mother has just the woman to help; Hope Malloy is a successful matchmaker who is tasked with finding a wife for Rafe. Must to his dismay Rafe is actually attracted to Hope even though he knows he shouldn’t be.
Rafe has dark and kinky tastes and when he lets Hope in on his lifestyle, will Hope run from the feelings he unleashes within her or will she face them head on and in turn find something that she has been missing without knowing what it was?
This was a hot and passionate story filled with angst and emotion. The chemistry between Rafe and Hope is scorching; add in that Hope is a natural submissive and this just added to what was a gripping story. The flames almost jump off the page as you read. It was heart-warming to watch their love grow throughout this book. Billionaire’s Matchmaker had my heart pounding at times and the writing was so powerful that I really wanted to be Hope.
This is a great start to what I know will be an exciting series and I cannot wait to read the next book in the series. Well done Sierra Cartwright you have another winning series on your hands.
I highly recommend this book and wonderfully talented author. Take a chance if you haven't yet read Ms. Cartwright, you won't be disappointed.

3.5 Stars rounded to 4 because the secondary characters-- Hannah and Tony -- were so appealing.

An angsty rom-com where a dominant billionaire is bull-dozed into retaining a submissive match-maker by his determined mother. The D/s sex was nice and steamy with bite of S/M thrown in. Rafe was all alpha with minimal 'hole'. Hope is endearing and interesting as the entrepreneurial match-maker discovering her submissive side. The book veers sharply in the last quarter with a mystery/suspense subplot that resolves, but changes the tenor of what had been a light-hearted read.

Oh, and there is a secret society of uber-wealthy kinksters, but it's pretty benign as these secret societies go.

Book two of the Titan series my Sierra Cartwright
Rafe is put in a awful position when his irresponsible father ups and leaves with a women half his age.
Rafe tries to take control of the business but a clause in the CEO role says he has to be married.
Unfortunately his mother also get involved and hires a matchmaker Hope that tries to find him a wife but as soon as he meets her he can’t seem to focus on anything else especially finding a suitable wife that loves the BDSM lifestyle.
Both characters are well developed and you become very invested in their relationship and the pointless search for a wife.
Absolutely love Sierra Cartwright especially in a BDSM book which she does beautifully.
Definitely a instant buy for me.

Billionaire's Matchmaker ( Titans, book 1) by Sierra Cartwright. Hope is a matchmaker. She has been hired by Rafe's mother to find him a wife. Unfortunately for Rafe his father has run off with a younger woman leaving him to run the family business. However he needs to have a wife and heir to keep the position of Sterling Worldwide CEO. Upon meeting Hope he is not happy being ambushed by his mother and to find out the reason why, has him a little heated. Initially upset over the meeting he finds Hope to be rather appealing. Rafe has certain sexual taste that everyone doesn't share. Hope's job is to find him a wife while fighting an attraction to Rafe. Rafe has decided to play along with Hope finding him a wife but he has all intentions of having Hope. Each finds more than they ever intended. Their journey definitely included some really hot sex. The story had a little mystery and intrigue. Rafe is definitely an alpha Dom that not only had Hope's panties wet but mine as well. It is also a story of love. A love neither one was looking for or wanted. A 4 star read

I love alot of Sierra's work, but this.... Wow I don't even know where to start. An intriguing story with realistic and beautifully illustrated BDSM, that makes not only the characters but the whole world she's created jump of the page. Whether it's the discription of the restaurant that takes me right there with the characters or the current that runs underneath each person that makes me feel as if their in the room with me. This book is beyond all my expectations and so, if I can say one thing, buy it, read it, and dream about the world Sierra has created, coz I know I will be

Fall In Love With Rafe

This is an outstanding book! Do yourself a favor...BUY IT!!!

Rafe Sterling: Successful, Gorgeous, Dominant, needs to get married STAT!
Hope Malloy: Successful Matchmaker to the elite, Beautiful, Submissive (but doesn't know it,) finds mates for everyone but herself

There is a crisis in the making at Sterling's worldwide hotel company, Theodore Sterling has abandoned the CEO position and someone needs to fill the void. There's a catch though...that person must be married. With a cousin, Noah, circling like a vulture ready to grab the position, Rafe's mother sets him up with The Prestige Group matchmaking service with the goal of finding him a wife ASAP. Rafe's wife requirements are far more specific than those provided and they intrigue, tittilate and scare Hope Malloy, head of Prestige Group more than a little. Rafe declares that Hope is the one he wants to marry but she won't settle for anything less than a deep committed love. Not only must Rafe convince Hope that he's committed, he must deal with holding onto the reins of Sterling amidst family treachery and tragedy.

I think I fell in lust with Rafe Sterling on the first page of Billionaire's Matchmaker. Sierra Cartwright has created a strong, dynamic, charismatic character that draws you in. Hope's journey into submission was emotionally charged and enthralling. The intriguing and mysterious elements surrounding Rafe's father keep the reader turning the page to find out what happens next.

This book will always hold a special place in my heart, for very personal reasons and whilst it was fabulous to see my name on the dedication, I really loved the story.

Rafe, a hard tough businessman who after being ambushed by his Mother and sister, forcing him to find a wife in order to progress within the family business.

They had employed a Matchmaker, Hope, she did a fantastic job as a matchmaker, arranging all the introductions, and meet and greets.

Rafe's cousin Noah was hot on his heels for the top spot in the Company, after Rafe's father meets and falls in love with Lillibet! She is not what she seems either.

The friendship between Rafe and Hope blossoms, they learn a lot about each other, and Hope learns more about the BDSM lifestyle, they also learn more about each others friends and colleagues.

Loved Hope's cat - The Colonel - what a stinker, you just knew that Rafe was going to win him over!

Rafe was a very interesting man, it made interesting reading, seeing him and Hope together, her fighting her own feeling about her life and their bedroom scenes, his over powering presence, but oh so patient.

Within this book we got the whole mysterious thrilling story, about Rafe's father re-joining the Company and with the disappearance of Lillibet to the whole mindset of Rafe and Hope, coming to terms with each of their feelings. Great story!

Personally I absolutely loved seeing my name in print, and reading the chapter about the fabulous house Rafe's Social Society was held in, thank you Sierra.

I am in love !!!! I am in love with all that is this book !!!
To me, who has read her fair share of this and that type of romance novel, this is what a love story is and how it should be. this one is sooo simple and yet sooo real, I had to stop and think "How did Sierra know that I was feeling this with xx).
Hope and Rafe are just what you want in characters and soo much more, without it being too much. Sierra has outdone herself with them, cause this is so raw and so honest, that I was almost screaming in the middle of the bus on my was from work at the idiotic things they both have done. But there was no need, I knew Sierra wouldn't have left it at that. she loves a good HEA as much as I do.

This book will be one for the re-read-holy grail-romance default kind of lists that I tend to make. and .... is it to early to do a re-read this early ??? its been like 2 hours since I finished it !!!
Pick up this book, you will enjoy and then some ... Sierra has a way of keeping us squirming while reading her books, and its always in a naughty good way.

The disconnect was jarring

He wants her, it has to be her and no other. She is the only one who has ever slept in his bed. He's only ever created a date for her. He goes out of his normal comfort zone repeatedly. Because he needs her to be impressed. She doesn't want love. She doesn't want love until she does. Then all of a sudden he doesn't want love. It don't make no sense. Soft squishy Dom is courting her with emotions. The rest is stupid and pointless but the stuff between them is good til he's stupid.

Rafael “Rafe” Sterling’s day is not off to a good start. He’s a man that likes to make demands – be in command of his domain. Hope Malloy isn’t often rattled when it comes to her job but she’s not quite sure of what to make of her newest client. She’s not what Rafe expected – and who doesn’t like the unexpected.

Rafe is very passionate about what he wants. There’s no denying his strong personality but what surprised me was that it didn’t work on his father. I also found it interesting that we see more of his father than of his mother. If not for his mother, he would not have met Hope. Hope even has a character that pops up every once-in-a-while which will give you the chuckle factor. One character that had me wondering what her story was is Celeste – what’s up with her?

This story had some similarities to one of my favorite reality shows titled “Millionaire Matchmaker”. Although, there’s no way I can picture Patti Stanger as Hope. Patti has a much stronger personality. I could picture Hope as one of her employees but I don’t think Rafe would be a good client. I think that they would clash and try to come out on top. There are times that I wondered how Patti would handle his extracurricular activities. Even though there are BDSM elements I don’t feel they were strong enough to turn a reader off. I understand some people are turned off by that lifestyle but that’s not all there is to this story. It’s just a part of who Rafe is as a person. I found the ending interesting because I just couldn’t figure out if it was a true ending or just something to get us ready for book two in the Titans series – and Ms. Cartwright’s not talking.

I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.

It's been a couple of years since I've dived into a good bdsm book by Sierra Cartwright so I was excited to see this new series pop up! I hadn't read book 1 (Sexiest Billionaire) but I was assured by the blurb that this was a standalone so I went ahead and started this book...

So I will just say that I think you might benefit from reading book 1 first - despite the blurb - as I felt a tiny bit lost with the assortment of characters and 'the Titans' and 'the Zetas' that are thrown into the mix right up front. It took me several chapters to get everyone sorted out as there wasn't too much of an explanation for many of them.

Aside from that though I enjoyed the story as it flowed well and captured my interest as only a seasoned storyteller like this author can do. She wove quite the world for these characters! I very much enjoyed Rafe's dominant character and Dom ways. Hope is a natural submissive but fights it as an independent woman will usually do. I especially enjoyed that although Hope's job is to find Rafe a wife ASAP for business/family reasons, once he set his eyes on her there was no one else who takes his interest away from her.

There was a bit toward the end of the book that left me rather perturbed at Hope but it worked out in the end - don't want to give anything away! So although not a perfect read I was definitely entertained and would recommend this one if you enjoy a bit of the naughty in your romance!

Looking forward to more stories in this world - perhaps Celeste?? Or at least more on just what her story is...

'Billionaire's Matchmaker' is book two in Sierra Cartwright's "Titans" series. Unfortunately, I came in the middle of the series and am now catching up on those books I've missed in the interim, and man am I glad I did! If you know anything about the Titans, they are a group of individuals who are the movers and shakers of society. Philanthropists, wealthy, hard-working, all of them. So imagine being the CFO of a family business and coming into your office to see your mom, your sister, and a woman you don't recognize all standing there waiting for you. One looks determined, one has a sheepish look to her, and the final one looks as if she has an agenda. This is the start of Raphael Sterling's, aka Rafe's, day. Whether fortunate or unfortunate, Sterling Worldwide is a family-owned and operated business and Rafe is being put in a position of having to have a wife immediately. Introduce the third woman in his office, the woman who was hired and services paid for by his mother, the owner of Prestige, a matchmaking service for the upper echelon. Now imagine, if you will, Rafe as a Dominant who takes a strong dislike to be manipulated. Yes, this is the stuff romances are made of … literally. These characters are strong in their own right, the plot is wonderfully laid out with a small mystery and a few twists and turns along the way. Our Hero is into BDSM and makes no bones about it, but our heroine is barely familiar with a few of the words and phrases which introduce education to both her and the reader. This leads to the main component of BDSM, communication, and that lets us see the vulnerable humanity of these wonderful characters.

Strangely took a book from the middle of the series but in this case it's ok. Although I caught a glimpse that Hawkeye series might also be happening in the same realm.
I love Sierra Cartwright cause she focuses on mental part of the relationship and is very good at it. And even though all stories I've read by her are more or less based on the same scheme it's still very interesting to read due to how she writes about feelings.
Also she is creative in a sex scenes department, and they do not repeat themselves not only in one story but also between different ones. This is much appreciated as nothing is more boring than awkward or repetitive sex scenes. Not the case here. Although she really likes heroines who are novices in BDSM so heroes usually open this world for them - not all of the time but kinda often. This is one of the occurrences.
I appreciate the theme though - when matchmaker, hired to find a suitable wife, becomes an object of her client's desire herself. Very interesting setting. She tries to find him someone to catch his eye when she already killed all success of her enterprise simply by walking into his office in her killer shoes.
Hero knows what he wants and glides to it with determination of an avalanche overwhelming heroine in the process. Though this doesn't stop him from screwing up. All of them do, cause we need a conflict after all. But as feelings are true all ends well and that's the best part of all this stories regardless of how steamy they are.

5 Teacups / 4 Handcuffs (because nothing phases me now, lol)

“I received a free review copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.”

Rene's Thoughts:

★ Sierra Cartwright knows what I like, epilogues! This novel has a fun, sweet, sexy one, that allows us to see Hope and Rafe in their HEA. How else am I going to live vicariously through them?

★ All the characters come alive on the page, even the supporting ones. Especially Hope's employees and friends, who help add to the realism. They allow you to feel more connected with the characters and story.

★ Matchmaker Hope claims a couple needs to have the three C's, chemistry, commitment, and compatibility. Rafe and Hope definitely have chemistry right from the start - HOT! Neither may want to admit it, but they are perfect for one another.

★ Hope is thrust into the world of BDSM, but she doesn't let it shake her professionalism - too much. She needs to understand his needs as a Dom to find the perfect wife for Rafe after all! Their first scene is spontaneous, and all about her pleasure.

★ This novel has some great little plot twists, that keeps the narrative (outside of their budding romance) moving. They help keep the reader engaged and the romance unfolds.

★ One of the ongoing plotlines within the series is the Titans, and the Zeta Society the secret organization they belong to. This links the men together, and adds a sexy air of mystery!

Will She Say Yes?

This brilliantly written book features dominant Rafael Barron Sterling and matchmaker Hope Malloy. Both are strong and interesting people. Their characters are fully developed. I had empathy for the feelings and problems they faced as the story unfolds.

Fundamentally, billionaire Rafael (Rafe) needs to be married if he is to stop the break up or destruction of Sterling, his family's hotel empire. And without consulting him, his mother has employed and ambushed him with matchmaker Hope and her files. Her urgent job, to find him a wife.

Hope owns her matchmaker business and mades every effort to find suitable women and even factored in Rafe's BDSM requirements. However, there is a real dilemma as Rafe is instantly captivated by Hope and has no feelings for the women who are selected on paper and at a mixer as possible candidates.

Rafe makes his feelings known to Hope. He wants only her. He'd pursues her to her work place to explain and demonstrate the BDSM terms she inquired about. Then with fear and some reluctance she agreed to takes on the new role of submissive and Rafe showed his dominance. To win her over he sends her flowers, takes her out to dinner, shows off his penthouse and uses his jet to take her to a restaurant in Louisiana. But can he love her? What will make her say yes to his proposal? I recommend you read this powerful book and find out.

Oh, wow! Here I was thinking that the first book in this Titan series was hot, but this story with Rafe and Hope was hot × 100! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 That Rafe Sterling is something else! His commanding presence, his alpha personality, his "proclivities"...his lifestyle is never one I could be interested in personally, but I admired Sierra Cartwright's ability to write a Dom like Rafe in such way, even I fell hard for him. He doesn't hide who he is, and is very upfront about his preferences. What I loved even more is how this commanding alpha Dom was knocked over by and fell for his smart, strong, and beautiful submissive. I loved that Hope was open to experimenting things with Rafe she never experienced before. She went into it with her eyes "wide-open"; she never judged or looked down her nose at him if there was something she didn't understand. She asked questions, and made it clear if she was uncomfortable with anything. Rafe was a force to be reckoned with...I just can't say enough about this sexy Dom!🔥🔥

These two knocked me out with their chemistry, and I adored the way their relationship progressed. This is one of the sexiest and hottest stories I've read in a long time!

What I really liked about this book is the no ow/om drama. Hope is supposed to find a woman for Rafe, but he doesn't even go on a date with a woman other than Hope. He had his sights on her and never took his eyes off the target. The second best thing is that the book is a stand-alone novel and even though I am pretty sure the characters from the first book appear, you don't have to read their book and you will enjoy the novel without a single problem.

It's been a while since I read a BDSM novel and this one is good. I enjoyed it and it was hot. What wasn't hot is Hope's behavior in the last parts of the book. She suddenly wanted love and romance and she wanted to change something that was already good, while there were no promises for something like that. I know this is a romance novel, but it was a little unexpected and out of the blue which left me with a bad impression of her. That was the only thing I didn't like when it came to this novel and that's the reason I will give it 4 stars and a recommendation.

I loved this story, and series. Rafe is my kind of Dom.

Hope the professional matchmaker is in for a surprise when she meets her latest client, Rafe Sterling. Rafe, CEO of Sterling Worldwide, isn't looking for a wife. He's got a billion-dollar company that's his primary focus, and a wife just isn't in the cards for him. Until he meets Hope. Although he's not up for her matchmaking assignment, there is an undeniable attraction between the two. Hope has read a few romance novels, and has an idea what BDSM is all about--until Rafe shows her how wrong she is. Rafe wants to show Hope all that is D/s, but she's a little skittish. Besides, he's a client, and that's a no-no. Until it isn't.

There are some sub-plots going on, and I loved the entire book. Lots and lots of heat and swoon worthy moments. I can't wait for the next book in this series. I know who I want to be next, but we'll see.

Rafe is a gorgous billionaire that could inherit an amazing empire if he gets married which he has zero urge to do.Until he meets the matchmaker his mother hires for him, the woman that will change everything.

Hope is matchmaker for millionaires that have no time for romance. When she is hired by a very well known family and ends up in an ambush Rafe takes her breath away and changes everything she knows about love, life and work.

They build a bdsm relationship together which Hope has no idea about but enjoys every minute of this is definitely a sexual book and I loved it so much

They have both dealt with heartache and loss and have closed themselves off to the idea of love. When they meet its a whirlwind for them both.

Match made in Lust...

Hope Malloy has a reputation for being exceptionally successful in hooking up rich, powerful men to their perfect marriage partner. She takes on billionaire Rafe Sterling. Rafe has particular tastes, especially in the bedroom. Hope loves challenges but finds herself more than a little intriqued by him. Rafe has a knack of bringing out Hope's deepest secret desires. She finds it more and more difficult not to mix business with pleasure.

As they get to know each other better, they discover feelings they had no idea existed when it comes to each other. Rafe has his eye on his prize, and that prize is Hope. I enjoyed seeing the breakdown of Rafe, a dominant alpha male as his barriers gradually disintegrate. He realizes he is capable of so much more than the lifestyle of power and control.

Rafe and Hope realize that they too, deserve a HEA.
