This book was a quick one-hour read. I highly recommend it if you’re interested in essential oils. However, most beginner essential oil sets won’t have all the oils her recipes call for. This book claims to be for beginners but really seems intended for people with a large cabinet full of essential oils (or the intention of filling a cabinet with essential oils in the near future).
I had not known much about essential oils before reading this book. After doing so I'm now very interested in collecting and using the oils in the future. I greatly enjoyed going through and reading the book. Hopefully, soon I'll start making some of the recipes, and I'll update this review as I go along with that.
Worth a read, but a little too "mommy blogger" for my taste. Many of the projects are new-age woo woo purported to treat acne or cellulite or crows feet. That said, it is full of inspiration for those of us with a whole stash of essential oils sitting around catching dust.
This is the perfect book for a beginner and those with expertise in essential oils with its vibrants photos and easy to understand wording ,make this simple for anyone and everyone to follow.
Chock full of perfect little recipes that are not at all intimidating. This is definitely one for the shelves. Perfect for all ones home and beauty needs.
