I need to see these poems danced because reading them on the page made me question my sanity...

Chicago representation! Mac Low's experimental bridge between physical movement and the written word is fascinating but seems more like a footnote for further experimentation rather than a monumental wonder in its own right. He was ahead of his time with writing "The 'They' Manifesto" in 1977, arguing for the use of the inclusive and less clunky "they" in texts rather than "he or she."
