A great read by this up-and-coming author. Well defined characters, suspense, twists and turns throughout to keep the reader guessing, and an ending that is a true surprise. I highly recommend this book to young adults and adult readers who enjoy sci-fi books.

My teenage son and I both read this book and really enjoyed it. Great concept, quick and easy read I would recommend for young adults and the young-at-heart who enjoy an imaginative sci fi or fantasy story. Can’t believe a first novel and written by a teenage author!

Plugs is a futuristic sci-fi style book in which scientists have discovered a rare genetic trait in humans that allows them to produce electricity. Plugs was a book that completely blew me away. With an exciting plot and memorable, developed characters, I loved every bit of this futuristic sci-fi YA book. I’ve been wanting read more books in the sci-fi genre, and I absolutely loved this book. Tatum Samson actually wrote this For anyone who is looking for a book with a captivating premise and well-developed characters, Plugs is one definitely that won’t disappoint.
