This book has some extremely nice and healthy recipie ideas which uses common ingredients that we usually have in our homes most of the time so it's very convenient too. Recommended to anyone who likes to save time in the kitchen and eat healthy too x

I have a few of Dale's books now n really like them but this one is really good. lots of good meal recipes that look easy to make and also labelled which are good for batch cooking. chapters are breakfasts, make ahead snacks and lunches, simple after work suppers, family favourites with a facelift, soups and finally something sweet. lots I wanna make as some recipes are what I make now but his versions are healthier.
