One woman. Four sexy vampires. A fight against darkness.
The evil fae who tormented Elara is back, and this time his vampires have unleashed themselves upon the humans of Whitby. The paranormal world teeters on the edge of exposure, and when Elara is captured by the fae himself, all seems hopeless. But with her legacy as a Harker and her beloved vampires at her side – along with all-new allies with their own powerful magic – Elara and the vampires of Whitby will do everything in their power to bring down the evil fae once and for all.
Vampire Legacy is the final book of the Vampire Game reverse harem paranormal romance series. Expect sexy scenes, supernatural dangers, and tender romance. Welcome to the Blood Bay.
Leigh Kelsey is the author of romance and reverse harem books for anyone with a soft spot for steely women and the tortured men who love them. No matter what stories she's writing - vampires or shifters or bad boys - they all share a common thread of love, heart, and action. She is the author of the Lili Kazana series, the Moonlight Inn series, the Dead Space stand alone, and the Blacktower Prison for Supernaturals series, plus many more books.
Parents keeping their children in the dark about being paranormal is a no go for me. Especially because it’s coming out of nowhere and the heroine hated herself for a while because of it.
The ff and mm aspects of it are not for me anyway. They’re all couples but then they also sleep with each other and love each other? But they’re couples? I just don’t get it.
This series started with a bang and then just sort of hurried through the entire series pretty quickly. Even the relationships were jumped into. So they’re vampires, that doesn’t mean they need to jump to sex immediately. But I still held out hope for Elara her men and woman. Then it all went downhill…
**spoilers**
I had hoped that the relationships would develop and grow, but there was a lack of character development. However her guys, regardless of that fact, still had potential what really killed this series for me was Scarlett, the female vampire family member. She was the only female vampire in the family before Elara joined AND she was Elara’s first vampire sexual experience. We see their sexual relationship turn to friendship and expect (naturally) that it’ll deepen to even more, like Elara has with the guys. However after all this buildup that Scarlett is an original family member LOVES HER FAMILY, may even love Elara she BETRAYS Elara and steals one of Elara s men, turning him over to be killed!!!!! Heck she all but handed Elara over. And get this, she betrayed Elara and the family because she’s in love with Janna a witch we BARELY BARELY get to know, or knew of. She was just randomly thrown in. So Scarlett the vampire who was being built up to love Elara, really loves the random Janna and betrayed her family and Elara, HER LOVER for the lover she loved more. And then after all of this she’s not only forgiven, but she’s welcomed back into the family!! ABSOLUTELY NOT! Unacceptable. She and Janna should’ve been exiled from the family. They made their bed, they should’ve been forced to lay in it! There was no reason to let Scarlett the betrayer back into the family. Trust had been broken so completely it should not have been able to be fixed. I was sorely disappointed in the end of this series, and how Scarlett’s character changed so drastically, only to be switched back to her earlier attributes in the series just to tie up a loose end. It was a very unsatisfactory end to what could’ve been a good series.
This series has an extreme amount of sex, so if you're not into lots of hot, erotic encounters this is not for you. There is also lots of violence, suffering, deadly battles, and evil, ancient, malicious beings. The tension, both in the sexual encounters and the violent confrontations, occasionally get to a point where you have to take a break. This series is best read continuously in sequence as one long story (as I did); I recommend the complete 3-book set available on Amazon. Can true loyalty, true bonds, and ties be enough to defeat Fear Doirche and his vampire hunters determined to kill all vampires? It will have to be or Alara and her group of vampires will all die. In the exciting series conclusion, there is one exciting episode after another, full of blood, sweat, and tears, interspersed with intense, hot, erotic, passionate sex among the group. This is the grand finale conclusion to the Vampire Game series and builds on the world and characters in the previous two books. Alara's new family is complete and the harem is a shared group.
Blimey well thats a great way to end a series. Full on action, tension, new characters turning up, family and some sex. Book 3 had it all!! Lots of loose ends were tied up but who was the Mistress LW? Now that was a teaser or will she pop up in any future books? Ill wait and see i guess. I just loved Elara (FMC) and family Finn, Allen, Oisin and Scarlett. Sad ist the end but i enjoyed the whole series. This last book was a brilliant conclusion to it
With all of the action and adventure from book one, on to two, and then in this third one, I couldn't stop reading until the end. I had to know if they have they're happy ever after. And I was pleased to find they did. Added a few more member to the family and found themselves happy together.
This contains lots of great action and build up to the final battle making this book intense! Kidnapping, stakes and death along with love, sex and new family make for a fantastic page turner! Secrets exposed for better or worse and lost of bad***ery turn this book into one you can’t wait to see what happens next in!
The third book in the series ends happily which is good. I would like to see more of what happens with the mysterious Mistress though and if she ever comes back to cause more trouble for them.
