Hasta ahora no ha pasado nada significativo entre ambos, desde mi punto de vista, así que espero que mejore en el volumen dos. También me gustaría que leer más conversaciones entre ambos, para no sentir que su atracción por el otro salió de la nada. Por otro lado, me gusta mucho el estilo de dibujo de la autora, así como el personaje de Joohyun, es muy dulce y adorable.

5 ⭐️ - for the whole story
The story begins with a chance encounter, a brief heart-to-heart talk on the street, and a little act of kindness, after which the two heroes of this manhwa go their separate ways, certain they will never meet again. And yet, this encounter shapes their destinies.
Four years later, their paths cross again at the university they both attend, and they slowly begin to gravitate towards each other, despite their very different personalities.
Kwon Eun-gi is a sullen, introverted senior, a handsome, straight-A student who nevertheless avoids the noisy student life and doesn't get along well with people, while at university, they whisper behind his back about some unsavory story.
Choi Jeong-woo is a freshman, a dandelion-like boy, so sweet that he successfully impersonated a girl at the student initiation. He has a sweet tooth and a love of movies, constantly surfing social media. He's also gay, which Eun-gi discovers from an overheard phone conversation of Jeong-woo.
The "grumpy and sunshine" trope is common in romance media, as is the "icy handsome man with a kind soul." But Youngha tried to avoid clichés. Although Eun-gi seems rude, you quickly discover that he's actually just quite straightforward and independent in his judgment (and a bit on the spectrum, as it seemed to me upon rereading). He's rather dismissive of the hierarchical system accepted in Korean society in general, and among students in particular, and, although he builds a wall around himself due to traumatic events in the past, he's a kindhearted and hardworking person at heart.
Jeong-woo, on the other hand, isn't the radiant positivity he appears to be from the facade he carefully maintains on social media. Despite his age, he's already experienced the pain of a breakup and negative attitudes due to his sexuality. So, when he encounters Eun-gi's sullen kindness, he's cautious, despite the mutual attraction they feel.
The story is a very straightforward, simple, and cozy slow burn, without any unnecessary drama, or villainous characters (almost), yet it's not at all boring and quite funny. The title "Fools" may seem strange, but overall, it's entirely justified: when you fall in love, you become stupid, and watching Eun-gi "thaw," turning into a high schooler glued to his phone waiting for a text from his darling, is quite funny. Jeong-woo, hungry for love but suffering from insecurity in this relationship (understandable, given all the circumstances), also occasionally offers his share of silly moments. But the characters communicate, work through the problems, and find mutual understanding. And they love each other.
Special praise must be given to the gorgeous artwork by artist ParkDam. It's worth noting that in 2020 (four years later!), Youngha and Parkdam began releasing a full-color remaster of this manhwa, but abandoned it after chapter 17, which I don't regret, as it was a massive downgrade on all fronts. Instead of a unique style and pastel palette, in which the two main characters are highlighted by different colors (mint for Eungi and yellow for Jungwoo), the remaster has the plastic style of modern webtoons, making the art almost indistinguishable from dozens of other similar titles. Instead of a concise and poetic narrative, the plot is simplified and over-explained. So, read the original version.

Он довольно наплевательски относится к принятой в корейском обществе в целом и в студенчестве в частности иерархической системе и, хотя он и выстраивает вокруг себя стену из-за пережитых в прошлом травмирующих событий, в душе он добряк и трудяга.
Чону же вовсе не такой лучик позитива, каким кажется из-за фасада, тщательно поддерживаемого в соцсетях. Несмотря на возраст он уже испытал и боль от разрыва отношений и негативное отношение из-за своей ориентации. Так что, когда он сталкивается с хмурой добротой Ынги, он и осторожен, несмотря на взаимное притяжение, которое они чувствуют.
История - очень незамысловатый, простой и уютный слоуберн, без "стекла", каких-то драм или персонажей-негодяев (почти), но тем не менее, она совершенно не скучная и довольно забавная. Название "Дурачье" может показаться странным, но в целом оно совершенно оправданное: когда влюбляешься - глупеешь, и смотреть на то, как "оттаивает" Ынги, превращаясь в прилипшего к телефону в ожидании сообщения старшеклассника, довольно забавно. Чону, жадный до любви, но страдающий от неуверенности в себе и в этих отношениях (объяснимой, учитывая все обстоятельства), тоже периодически выдает свои порции глупостей. Но герои общаются, обсуждают проблемы и находят взаимопонимание. И любят друг друга.
Отдельную хвалу нужно вознести шикарному арту художницы Пакдам. И тут хочется отметить, что в 2020 году (спустя четыре года!), Ёнха и Пакдам начали выпускать полноцветную ремастер-версию этой манхвы, но после 17-й главы забросили ее, о чем я не жалею, потому что это был массивный даунгрейд по всем фронтам. Вместо уникального стиля и пастельной палитры, в которой два главных героя выделены разными цветами (мятный у Ынги и желтый у Чону), у ремастера пластиковый стиль современных вебтунов, делающий картинку почти неотличимой от еще десятка собратьев по жанру. [3.5 estrellas] Lo primero que tengo que decir a cerca de esta obra es que todo el arte, la paleta de colores y por supuesto la forma de dibujo de los personajes es simplemente una combinación que me resultó HERMOSA.
Me gustó la forma en que ambos personajes principales (Eungi y Jeongwoo) están construidos en el sentido de su desarrollo personal y como pareja, pues creo que realmente podemos aprender algo de los errores que cometieron estos dos en su largo camino para convertirse en lo que son al final de la historia. Particularmente creo que esta obra es muy soft pero no le quita lo bueno y lo importante que puede llegar a ser el mensaje que transmite.
Lo único que en mi caso me disgustó fue el hecho de que en un momento dado, Jeongwoo (siendo menor de edad) salió con alguien MUCHO MAYOR QUE ÉL y nadie de su familia se lo impidió, además de que sus amistades eran poco empaticas con él y en realidad no se sentían como amigos de verdad.
En fin, si estás buscando algo de drama-romance muy cute en la Universidad, este cómic es para ti :)

Muntanya russa d'emocions amb aquest webtoon... D'entrada, fins al capítol 17 hi ha una versió remasteritzada xulíssima del 2020 a color amb les il·lustracions de Bakdam i l'estil actualitzat molt semblant a Love or Hate 01, però malauradament està incompleta perquè els autors van partir peres. Així doncs, s'ha de llegir la versió original del 2016 amb un disseny més descuidat estil esbós i plena de text sovint repetitiu. Tenia aquesta sèrie pendent després de llegir Love or Hate, creada pel mateix tàndem d'autor i il·lustrador, però desconeixia totes les traves actuals per accedir-hi, ja que l'han esborrada de Tapas, Lezhin i a Webtoon només hi ha My lucky strike, la nova sèrie de Bakdam (signant com a bakSSdam). En definitiva, una llàstima perquè la nova versió prometia molt i s'ha quedat en no res. El primer volum comprèn fins al capítol 19, per la qual cosa li poso 4 estrelles. Ara bé, la resta de la sèrie se'n mereix només 3 perquè tant les il·lustracions com el ritme i l'excés de textos li fan perdre emoció. La narració i la trama no són gaire originals i si val la pena és gràcies a les il·lustracions de Bakdam, a qui penso seguir la pista :3

Two words: "slow burn". But I like it. Maybe a bit too slow for some, but for me, it was okay. You can still feel the brewing tension between Eungi and Jeongwoo. I like that the story also establishes other elements of the story aside from the feelings of the two main protagonists. Though there there are parts or conversations that I personally feel are just fillers. And there are I times I genuinely get confused as to what is actually happening. Maybe it's the placement of the speech bubbles or the actual conversation itself. I'm not really sure. But it's still good.
I also like the art style. Though I didn't get into it at first, but eventually, it grew on me and now I really like it. It's quite different from the ones I previously read, particular the coloring of the characters and backgrounds. I can't explain it, but it's good and unique. You just have to see for yourself to find out.
I also love the cover. It's what actually caught my attention first. I saw a pretty cover on a list of recommende manhwas/webtoons and I clicked it. The rest is history.

There are some scenes here where Eungi and I are practically the same person, fr. He's such an introvert, I can't help but sympathize with his reserved nature and his difficulty to understand some social cues.
I find the differences between how he treats others, and how she behaves with Jeongwoo so charismatic. My heart is all fluffy and this first volume got me excited to see how their relationship will grow in the future.
