Grace White is the paranormal pseudonym of romance writer, L A Cotton.
She resides in the UK with her family, and lives for binge watching series on her Firestick, losing herself in a good book, and reliving her younger days through trashy teenage movies ... not necessarily in that order.
For all the latest news about The Lilituria Prophecy, you can follow Grace at:
Crowned is the final in Grace White’s Gaia Chronicles and cannot be read as a standalone.
Now that she can access Gaia’s memories, Terra is able to see exactly who is behind the evil as well as exactly what is coming for Atchison College. Her discovery of who Tartarus really is, is a devastating moment for her. She realizes at that point her fate is sealed even if the guys refuse to accept the sacrifice is hers to make.
Sol, Cael, Ross, and Endo continue to race around the clock to protect Atchison while trying to come up with a plan that doesn’t involve losing Terra. They also try to make the most of their time left with her by each distracting her in their own unique ways.
When the final showdown comes, Will Terra prevail and save the earth from being overrun by the underworld or will Tartarus have his victory? And, what will be the final cost?
I’ll be brutally honest . . . I have truly enjoyed this series, and I was really nervous to see how this final book played out. Grace White had done an amazing job of creating these relationships between Terra and the guys as well as the suspense of what was coming their way, and the ending needed to be as spectacular as the build up. I’m thrilled to say that Crowned did not disappoint!
I loved watching Terra develop unique relationships with each of the guys. They all offered her something only they could and together provided her with everything she needed. It was gorgeous. And, while they all want to do their duty to her and the earth, they all genuinely love her and will sacrifice all they are to give her what she needs and keep her safe. Her feelings are equal for them. Keeping them and earth safe is her main priority and she is willing to sacrifice everything to make that happen.
Terra’s relationship with Violet is also fantastic. While they barely started as friends they are now an unbreakable duo working together to keep earth and their friends safe. It’s an awesome girl power element to the book.
The final showdown is all that reader’s could have hoped for and the ending is truly breathtaking, and honestly a bit unexpected, which I found both thrilling and satisfying. Crowned was the perfect ending for the Gaia Chronicles. 5 stars for this book and the entire series!
The final showdown has arrived light vs dark and good vs evil... the question remains...which will be the last one standing? .... this has been such a wonderful paranormal treat.. with plenty of excitement and unexpected twists and turns..everything has been leading to this tense, thrilling and emotional conclusion....
Terra is a fabulous character...and I love all the guys with their different quirks and personalities Terra is one very lucky young woman being able to ‘smush’ with this lot....in fact all the characters main and secondary have a place in my heart..well may be not all......but in the majority these are a compelling group of courageous individuals willing to sacrifice so much for a higher cause.,
The author has skilfully created a fabulous alternative universe with characters that have depth and are so relatable... Starting this book I was excited to find out the outcome for our intrepid heroes ..and now I have reached the end I want it to never stop...an enthralling book and series.. played out against the backdrop of the end of humanity, with a touching love story, which just happens to have more than two people at its heart....I received an advanced copy of this book from the author.
This book really dragged through to a very anticlimactic ending to the series. I don’t even know what to say here.
Terra after fusing her and Gaia’s spirits gets her memories kind of and discovers what the Oracle said to make her decide to be rebirths on Earth. The guys heartbroken after Gaia leaves follow her to Earth and are banished from Elysia. Let me just stop right here and say the dynamic on the love the guys have for Gaia “from afar,” is kinda heartbreaking and a tad pathetic. Basically they keep Terr locked up in the safe house in this book and there is lots of scrabble and monopoly played. She discovers some of the guys had a past...shocking...even more so that she is super jealous and gets pissed off even though they have loved her for centuries and she never returned their love and desire.
The ending battle if it can even be called that is the most anticlimactic of battles. I don’t even think there is any fighting. We never even see what happens to Tartarus. I’m glad I finished the series but after book 2 it just went down hill I think.
Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit Unite At Last!! 🌎🌫🔥💦⚡✨
Terra draws closer to Cael & Endo but sees the pain it's causing Ross, she's feeling it too. Endo makes a suggestion & she thinks it may work so later tries it👍 What's uncovered is quite sad 😢 Any unresolved issues between the two are finally put to rest 💙💕
Sol is as bossy as ever 😂 He hates his time with Terra being split in any way but knows the current threat has to take priority!! This is especially clear once Terra realises exactly who the threat is coming from and exactly why Gaia chose to fall 😳😱
After Terra fills her 'Chosen' in and explains what she must do they immediately react. Allies are sought, enemies uncovered, friends protected but some may suffer!! 😳🙁
The five of them must try to end this devastating threat to Earth once & for all or it will fall into perpetual darkness 🌑 One of them probably won't survive 😭😱
I enjoyed the conclusion to this excellent 4 part series. I was disappointed that there weren't more sexy times in 'Crowned' though!! 😉😞 It's full of tension & emotional highs & lows 😍 I wouldn't miss it 🌟
***I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review***
This is the fourth and last book in the Gaia Chronicles Series. This series cannot be read as a standalone. I am bummed to see this series come to an end, but I loved everything about it! Terra is such a strong main character. Then there are the men... Sol, Cael, Ross, and Endo. Each one of them wants Terra for themselves and get jealous over the others. Terra also goes through they ex girlfriend/ ex hook up thing as she finds out more about their past learning she doesn't know as much as she thinks she does about them.
This book is all about the final fight between the dark and light.
The air that moves... The water that flows... The fire that burns... The earth that grounds... And me... ... The spirit that binds.
Another great book from the talented Grace White. I look forward to reading more from the author!
In this conclusion to the Gaia Chronicles we see Terra gain strength both physically, by way of her powers, and emotionally.
I have loved her journey with Sol, Carl, Endo and Ross. Whilst this isn't a genre I would normally read I'm so glad i gave it a chance as I really would have missed out on a compelling story !
The end of Earth is near and the tension is building, #4 is a gripping finale to what has been a fantastic series.
I loved the characters, the relationships and friendships, the building tension and the emotions the story incited!
Finally able to access Gaia’s memories, Terra knows the truth behind the darkness. Before too long, she knows the identity of Tarturus and understands his final plan and her role in stopping him. Time is running out and Terra's guardians are desperate to find a way to help her save Earth and keep her safe. Unfortunately, that may not be possible. Gaia knew when she fell that the ultimate sacrifice was needed; soon Terra will understand as well.
Crowned is the final book in The Gaia Chronicles. I am torn about this review. The book is well-written. All lingering mysteries are revealed, every question is answered. I liked the story arc. I really enjoy Elysia and the original gods. I love the idea of Gaia falling to save her beloved creation. This part of the story works really well for me. My problem with this book and the series is the RH. I like the guys, Sol, Endo, Ross, and Cael. However, their relationship with Terra doesn't exactly work for me. Their love for Gaia and her being Gaia's vessel bothers me. Their feelings are too entangled for me to believe that they solely love Terra. The fact that she can access Gaia's memories and feelings reinforces this. I also hate that we have not one, not two but three past female stories. I was never able to appreciate Violet like I should have been able to, like I wanted to because of her past with Cael. Now Ross shows us his worst moments that include female companionship and Sol unapologetically brings in an ex. I never feel that Terra is made to feel as treasured as she should. They say the words (Sol, not so much) but I don't feel it. I realize that the guys have been on earth a long time. I realize that they couldn't have Gaia like they wished to (this make it even worse in ways) however, the time period since they have all fallen their actions bother me the most. They know they are waiting for Earth-Gaia. Sol and Cael didn't feel deeply for their girls so why get involved? It cheapens them and their supposed devotion to Gaia/Terra. At least Ross kept things impersonal. I'm sure I am alone with my feelings but this RH unsettles me. It doesn't mean a thing to me that the guys were all attracted to Terra. Sexual chemistry means nothing without emotional commitment. Loyalty is not love. Fighting the closeness combined with their pasts damaged my belief in their true bonds. The ending did make me feel a little better but I wasn't as convinced as I would have liked. Feel free to disagree with me all you want. I did enjoy this series and I do recommend it, I just couldn't come to terms with some aspects of it.
I just read the ARC of Crowned and the opinion expressed is my own.
Crowned is the fourth and final book in the Gaia Chronicles and a really great read. Gaia, Tartarus, and Eros are all from Greek Mythology and one of my great loves. Gaia was the the Primordial Deity of Earth and she did everything she could to love and protect it. She had two brothers - Eros and Tartarus. Tartarus ruled the Underworld but that wasn't enough for him so he had a plan to destroy the Earth and that made Gaia sacrifice herself to try to stop him by falling to Earth and she was born within Terra Materson. She had four chosen that did everything they could to protect the Earth. They each had the power of an element, like water, air, earth, and fire.
Sol, Ross, Endo, and Cael were Gaia's chosen and they would do anything for her. They all loved her from afar as Gaia but Terra Materson was everything to them and they all loved her and wanted to be with her. They have done and are willing to do anything to keep her safe. She now has so much more power and she has the memories from Gaia.
Terra's willing to sacrifice herself for the Earth and the people. The guys have been doing everything they can to try to stop Tartarus and keep Terra with them. Their love for each other is so completely strong and real.
The air that moves... The water that flows... The fire that burns... The earth that grounds... And me... ... The spirit that binds.
What a way to end the Gaia Chronicles! Grace White has managed to pull everything from the first three books together to give us an amazing ending. Crowned gave us so much passion, forgiveness, heartache, anger, and dedication. We saw powers grow, we had elemental fighting, and we had relationships reinforce.
In this final installment we finally got to see just who Tartarus was, and what their end game is. We also get to see what Gaia's sacrifice was leading towards, and just what that meant for her Chosen. I am so glad that this book didn't rush anything, as we really got to see the reasons and choices that lead to everything that happened.
While I am sad to have to let these characters go, I am so very glad I was able to witness them all grow into who the ended up being. Thank you Grace White for this amazing tale!
**I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author for review consideration**
This is the final book in The Gaia Chronicles and what a conclusion it was! I've loved watching Terra form a relationship with each of her men. We really get a better glimpse at Ross in this last story.
This last book is action packed as we work up to climax of what Terra has come to Earth to accomplish. She knows what she has to do and is willing to pay the ultimate price. I loved the fast pace of the story. My heart broke for Terra as she made decisions for the greater good. I definitely shed some tears for Terra. I would have loved to see what happened after the storm and how others coped with everything, but this was such a good ending to Terra's story. I don't read a lot of Paranormal, but I really liked this story.
I have loved this series and was anxiously awaiting the final book. I was not disappointed. You do need to read all the books in the series in order.
As Terra learns the truth behind the darkness taking over Earth she knows what she needs to do . Her four protectors are devoted to finding a solution besides the one she sees.
Through out the whole book I was on the edge of my seat with what was going to happen. I didn't think there was going to be a good outcome. I loved how Terra, Sol, Cael, Ross, and Endo show more of their feelings.
All I am going to say was the ending was a bang. I am not giving anything away.
I devoured this book in a night! The conclusion of this epic adventure with Terra and her four guardians was fantastic! We get to see Ross open up finally, Sol show so much more emotion, and of course Cael and Endo being their usual adorable selves. I liked that we also got to see Terra use more of her powers and gifts, getting angry to protect those she loves. I am so sad to say goodbye to these characters, but couldn't be more thrilled with Crowned!
*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.
Amazing finale what can I say. We start with Terra having to wait a lot while everyone else does stuff to find the information they need to end things. All the emotions and personal stuff we have all been waiting for comes out with a few surprises as well. All of this leads to to show down with lots of twists to keep you guessing yet still amazed. The end wraps the series up fabulously and you have to read them all of you are a fan of the genre. I really enjoyed it so I give it 4/5 stars.
Crowned is the conclusion to the Gaia Chronicles. And what a good conclusion it is. I just wish we could have seen how the characters evolved after the storm. I would have liked to see how their relationship and lives looked much later. Great characters and twist n turns. Definitely didn't see that coming. I loved the guys and I am going to miss them and Terra.
Noooo, I don't want this series to end. I love Terra and the guys. This is the last book in the Gaia Chronicles, and you must read them in order. They are short reads by themselves, but wow, what great reads. Each time I picked up one, I didn't want to put it down. I was just drawn into Terra's world and didn't want to leave.
Oh wow! I expected the final book to be intense and it did not disappoint. It all came full circle. I wasn’t sure which way thing ms we’re going to go which is the best kind of torture. I have so loved getting to know Terra and the boys but this last book really captured them. I so loved reading their story. The ending was a unexpected and welcome surprise!
What an ending this story has. It is jammed packed with action and drama. It is one that pulled me in and I just had to read it straight through. It is extremely well written and the characters have grown dramatically. The ending was beautiful as it was meaningful. It ends in a HEA that is most enduring. This series is a fantastic must read!!!!!!
This one was an awesome conclusion to a great series! I loved how this one had more suspense, angst, going into yourself parts that made me love characters even more! Great paranormal YA RH with the greek theme in it. For sure I will be o the lookout for the next book from this author!
Wow this is the last book in this series. I so want more of this series. This book will have you on a high that will have you laughing or crying. This book is full of very strong emotion that you will what more to the story. The ending will have you in a state of more. Must read series.
Great ending to the series. All the loose ends are wrapped up and explained. The story is full of adventure and it is great to see how Terra settles into being both her and Gaia and the history between Gaia and the boys.
I think if their were a perfect man he would be a mix of these 4 guys! I loved reading about Terra coming into her own identity and the relationship between the five of them. This series was well written and very enjoyable to read!
The story moved quickly I would have loved to see more scenes with the guys. The guys were not very well developed. They only seen to become three dimensional for such short periods when they interacted with Terra.
I am glad this book was a happy ending, I was a bit disappointed there wasn’t more fighting near the end as I thought that was we where building up to but I still loved the outcome.
The ending is what I thought it would be except one part but overall enjoyed the series and it give me insight to RH which I only read/listen to two book series now and this is one of them.
Terra isn't an innocent teenager anymore. In this installment, she comes face to face with her destiny and has to accept Gaia's responsibility. This was my favorite of the series.
It’s so sad that the series has ended. The villain was expected and unexpected at the same time. Glad everyone were able to come together to fight the evil.
Absolutely loved this series I've not stopped reading till I read them all. I would highly recommend to read. Just brilliant, just wish there was more.
