Don Giovanni had lost everything through his own misdeeds. His father's villa, the family money, everything right down to the clothes on his back. He had nothing, not even his pride. When he's offered a deal with the Devil, he knows there's a catch, but he's too desperate to care. With wealth beyond his imagination, Giovanni realizes that he's been given a second chance and he refuses to squander it. When his charitable donations and good works comes to the attention of the king, life as Giovanni knows it changes, especially when he's offered the hand of the royal prince. Benito is the youngest child of the royal family. As such, he's often overlooked in favor of his older siblings. When the king gives his word to marry his son to a wealthy benefactor, and the oldest prince turns him down, Benito volunteers, not knowing he's about to embark on his wildest adventure. But someone is not happy that Giovanni and Benito married. When they don't know who they can trust, they have to learn to trust in each other, especially when betrayal comes from someone close to them. It might be their only chance to break a Devil's bargain.

About Me I believes the only thing sexier than a man in cowboy boots is two, or three men in cowboy boots. I also believes in love at first sight, soul mates, true love, and happy endings.
I live in the great Northwest region of the USA, with my gorgeous husband and soul mate, two boxer/collie puppies, one old biddy cats, and three fish. When I'm not being a mother to my six teenagers or cleaning up after my two 70 pound lap puppies, you can usually find me cuddled in bed with a book in my hand and a puppy in my lap. Or on my laptop, creating the next sexy man for one of my stories.

Deals with the devil are about as dangerous as they are tempting, if not more. The one at the center of this story is tailored to Giovanni, a man who has spent his father’s fortune on appearances, spoiling his “friends”, and more than one bad investment. He is left with absolutely nothing and is about to learn a few hard lessons when the Devil comes along and offers him what might seem like an easy way out: all the money he wants in exchange for not washing or changing his clothes or his appearance for three years, three months, three weeks, and three days. This is the fairy tale way of saying “a very, very long time” but Giovanni is desperate enough to accept the challenge, even if won’t be easy and will forfeit his soul if he fails.
If I had to summarize this book, I'd say that it had so much potential and all was wasted. There is no parallel universe where I would find sexy/hot having sex with a man that didn't wash for over 3 years, that for me was a BIG turn off, actually it made me cringe and I had chills on my skin, and I wanted to stop reading right there. The author could have waited for the sex scene at least until the deal with the Devil was over and that man could finally wash, because that was disgusting. I can understand all rest and ignore the fact that he smelled etc... bcs he had reasons to be like that, but having sex like that? NO.NEVER.
There were many ridiculous scenes like the one when the Twink's older brother is almost dying and in a pool of blood but Giovanni is like "you are ok?", while talking to his lover, "good all good then," and few yards away the other guy is almost passing out, but no one is giving a shi*.
Meh....I gave 2 stars only because no rape and cheat.
Rating: 4 stars I really liked this book. It had a fairy tale feel to it that I really liked. I liked both of the MCs. Seeing how it was basically fantasy, I didn’t really expect it to be realistic and enjoyed it for what it was. I hope Ms. Glenn writes a story about Benito’s brother. All in all, a really good book.
The time jumps are as...jumpy as a bunch of frogs trying to land on the same lily pad. By 37% a bunch of things have happened and NONE interesting. I felt like I was going 200mph without glasses.
The deal the devil gave him was don’t bathe, shave or wash your hair for 3 years?? Really?? This is stupid.
Benito is drooling all over Giovanni and being jealous that his brother was going to marry the stranger instead of him without even knowing him because “he had a feeling there was something about him (Giovanni)” and “I am always passed over because I am not the heir to the throne” buuhuu shut the hell up. By the 37% mark I was always bored and done with his complaining and whining. I can already tell this is going to be ~*~*InsTA LoVe~*~*
Ugh. I had so much hopes for this book. The cover looks menacing and the blurb promised me some darkness. Instead I got a...mess. A 2008 fanfic.
Not what I expected and I was disappointed in the ending. I thought the author might go into more detail during the story or, at the very least, expand their romance to show the final weeks that Giovanni endured before he completed his contract with the Devil. I really would have liked to have seen more time with Benito and Giovanni after his deal with the Devil was concluded, and see others reactions as well.
