Angus
Loved this story about the loveable Angus. Angus has been the housekeeper/Butler for years at Zuem. He was on earth searching for his stolen mate Keira, for 1000 years. He finally got help from the Mack when she broke the sleeping curse that Kiera was under. With help from the Rowan sisters that blocked supernaturals from realizing that he was a dragon, he was able to get close to her. Angus finally saw her after all of this time with the Unseelie King Cyril.
He manages to get her alone but she is afraid of him. Cyril has lied to her and told her that Angus kidnapped her and took her away from her family. Kiera has lost her memories so she believes everything that he tells her.
Angus gets her away from Cyril and takes her back home to planet Khoth. There is a lot of bad things that happen when she gets there. Including fighting evil bugganes, powries and other Unseelie creatures that were created by Cyril so he could take over the planet in Angus's absence. During all of this, Angus is patient with Kiera while she decides if she can love him or not.
We have some cameo appearances from Zuem characters. We also learn a little about the next story with Bhric. Can't wait!

Finally in the ninth book we get to learn more of Angus' story. Angus in the dragon shifter king from Khoth, were Kryan and Mack got transported to and had most of their story. Angus has been stuck on earth for a thousand years looking for his mate Kierra, after she was kidnapped by Cryil and the portal back to Khoth was sealed.
Angus finally finds Kierra, but she doesn't remember him, or anything in fact, all her memories have been taken and she has spent the last year on the run with Cryil, so she doesn't know what to think when Angus finds her, but she doesn't tell Cryil about seeing him. So Angus kidnaps her back and takes her to Khoth, which Cryil told her was still sealed, so the first of his lies becomes evident.
Back on Khoth, Angus sets about to try to return Kierra's memories and win her love again, and at the same time repair the damage that has been done to the planet in the time that Angus has been gone.
This is another in the series that is wonderful and can't be put in any other words. This series lives on its own, and once you start reading it and get into them, you just can't get out of the series. Love it!!!

Angus & Kiera
I must say I was a little disappointed Kiera didn't have any special power. And not only that she couldn't fight. That would have been the first thing I asked for from anyone that would listen. Especially, Mack since she looked up to her so much. Other than that after she got to Both you would have thought she would believe Angus more when everyone told her he was telling the truth. After her family confirmed their relationship she should have completely trusted him! Yet, she didn't. It's ridiculous that she could believe Cyril would just give her her memories back if she asked. Like people can't act? And why did no one think to tell her Cyril killed Angus' family? As if destroying a planet wasn't enough? I had a feeling how it would end. I loved Angus at Zeum. However, on Both it seemed like Kiera was the only smart one. I know that's not the case. I loved that Kiera learned how to fly. I like how she had great ideas at the council meetings. I love how she convinced other women to go to the ceremony to find out if they could have dragonettes. The scenes were steamy between Angus & Kiera.

This was a bit different from the usual DWA story since it mostly takes place in Khoth and is about the beings in that realm. There are plenty of references and visits from the DWA.
If you remember, Angus used to be Zander's major domo and just recently got access to his realm again. He has been stuck in the Tehrex Realm for over a thousand years. He jumped through a portal while pursuing the evil Unseelie Cyril who had absconded with his mate, Keira. After searching for many years he was unable to find them and went on a rampage for quite a while. Once he came to his senses he found Zander and the DWA and had a new purpose for himself. When Mack and Kyran fell through a portal and ended up in Khoth, they managed to break the spell holding the portal closed which gave Angus a way to go home. He is still determined to find Keira before he returns to fix the mess that Cyril's Buggane have done to his realm.
I will not ruin the story for you. It is exciting and full of magic and adventure.

Dark Fae
Angus has been a part of the series from day one when he was introduced as Zander's majordomo. We later learn he is a dragon who came to Earth through a portal a millennium earlier in search of his missing mate to be. The spell holding Keira in stasis has been broken and Angus is again actively searching. But even when he finally finds her with the dark fae who enscorcelled her, taking her memories, Angus has no idea of the long road ahead of them.
Just as Angus is King of Koth, Cyril is King of the Unseelie. Cyril is power hungry and jealous, and believes Seira should belong to him. By kidnapping her and taking her memories, he is able to control her reality. But Keira has a stubborn streak a mile and a half wide. She went so far as to become the blond in the slasher movie, TSTL. Previous books mates have had that trait, but not to the extent of this mate. Even when she knows what she's doing is extremely dangerous and that if she dies, others will die as a result, she shrugs. This book gets 3.5 stars.

Read this as the last book in the Dark Alliance book 9-12 series.
Finally Angus the butler, who in previous centuries was King of Khoth, another realm to earth, where he was the leader of the dragons. Until his lady love was whisked away from him, into Earth's domain, and where he followed, only to be trapped, with no way home.
Finally, he has the help of the three witch triplets, who help him track his mate, and disguise his Dragon persona, so he could try to locate and retrieve his lady love.
It's a grand story, best read as the author has scribed, so you get the full impact of the love that Angus had thought was gone forever.

I have been provided with a copy of King of Khoth by the author for an impartial review. This is the twelfth book in the Dark Warrior Alliance series and this book features Angus who you previously meet in an earlier book in this series. This book sort of stands on it’s on because it’s main focus centers in Khoth with Angus and Keira. The Dark Warriors are in a little bit of it the story but overall it’s Angus and Keira. I really enjoyed getting to read this story. It was just so much fun getting to enter this world and see some amazing characters. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

The story of the King of Khoth is fantastic. Trim and Julka have made Angus and Keira a great addition to the Dark Warrior Alliance series. Angus has searched for Keira for a thousand years and when he did find her it wasn't what he expected. They go back to Khoth to a changed world. Angus and Keira's love could withstand anything that's thrown at them. Love can conquer all.

I really enjoy this series. I'm glad to see this Dragon king get his story told. Only complaint is some noticeable typographical errors.
I cannot wait for the next installment of this series. This can be a standalone book, but I highly recommend reading the proceeding books in this series to understand the other characters.

Angus has been searching for his mate for a very long time and finally is close to reuniting with Keira. Keira has been under a spell and finally was broken. When Angus and Keira are reunited she doesn’t remember anything but Angus will do anything to have her fall in love with him all over again. Angus & Keira were made for each other and I really enjoyed reading their story.

The fantasy world is creative, beautiful and a marvel of nature! Keira's inner struggles are drawn out with a mix of anger, love, confusion and purpose to see her character make a full circle of growth.

Remembering her Dragon King
This book starts with our heroine waking up with no memories of who she is or why she is where she is and that puzzles Keira. Angus has searched for over a thousand years for his mate that was stolen from him. Readers should enjoy reading what evolves between these two and I would highly recommend this book to all.

Brilliant Series

They found her with Cyril in Scotland and by chance they managed to get her alone and took her back to their realm of Khoth eventually being mated.

As usual these authors did not dusappoint. I love the continuity of the series and the overlap in each story . This is a must read love story enduring over a thousand years. A love that was everlasting no matter the obstacles.

Fab, really good to get to know Angus and his heartrending story. This is one of my favourite books in the series so far, These authors are among my favourite authors and they do not disappoint, love this series and can't wait for the next instalment! :)

Great read
I really enjoyed the romance. Angus is totally devoted to the woman he gave his heart to and would do anything to get her back. I loved watching him reclaim his love. The ending is a perfect way to complete the story.

This is a very entertaining read,great characters and a fast paced storyline.

King of Khoth is the twelfth book in the Dark Warrior Alliance series. You really need to read book nine of the series prior to reading this one so you fully understand who and what Angus is. There is violence and sex. I was glad that we finally got to read the story about Angus.

Absolutely one of my favourite stories so far! I love the dragon shifters I love Angus and Mack in this was her brilliant funny self. It was such a feel good instalment to a series I have grown to love. It also sets us nicely up for Brhics story.

I wish they had ended Cyril and his minions. So glad they got their happily ever after and she is able to give him children. I just love happy endings.

I enjoyed reading how Agnus use patience to win Kiera heart. How he showed her how he felt and how he was willing to continue to fight for what he wanted.

LOVE Angus and Keira!!! Every book I say is my favorite until the next comes out. This ranks right up at the top. Such a great series.
