THANK YOU FOR WRITING THIS SERIES!!! I love this series and the ending of it was bitter sweet. I loved the end, but I hate to see it end. I love being in Sven, Rose, Lacey’s, and Boss’ lives. I love reading the twists and drama going on in their lives, and meeting new friends in their lives. The characters in this series are well developed and really came out of the book for me. They were broken, beaten, strong, lovable, and a joy to read.
The end of Roses & Thorns: Conquer was perfect. The HEA for two women who had a lot of drama and trauma in their young lives it perfect. They deserved it more than anyone. Rose’s strength comes out when Sven is near and when he pushes those buttons that make her annoyed and push her strength and sassiness to come out. I love Rose, but I hate seeing her be so dejected and scared. I like the strong Rose and her character is much better when she is strong. Lacey is still a bada** and one of the strongest women I have read in awhile, even considering all she has been through. I know that Boss is her strength and he helps her overcome the darkness that can seep in.
Sven has grown so much in this series and his reaction to Rose when she returns is great. He doesn’t show any anger towards her until later in the story. They’ve overcome a lot in their relationship considering how it started. It is great to see how Sven and Boss have grown so much throughout this series. Their relationship has grown as much as they have and it’s great. They are a great team.
I thinks this series has been one of my top reads for this year so far. I am so happy to see that other characters will get their own story and I look forward to visiting these characters again in other stories. I give this book a 5 star review and highly recommend it to anyone who likes mafia romance, alpha males, kick butt heroines, or just a story with great characters and a well written story. I can’t wait for Cut’s story. I love a dark, brooding, sexy man.

The cover is awesome and what initially drew me to this book. It is with a heavy heart though that this book was awful. I don’t like being mean in my reviews, but what in the fuck was that? I love dark reads, that’s not the issue here. The writing was absolutely horrible. Lots of grammar errors. And the whole mafia thing just seemed like a backdrop, for abusive tendencies. I mean if you’re gonna write a mafia story.... do it right, don’t label it a mafia romance when it’s.... hardly that at all. I skimmed through this. I think the author needs to expand on world building and fleshing out her characters better as to understand them better. I feel like I’m reading poorly written fanfiction. And maybe it’s just me, but nothing irritates me more than when people write out sound effects. “Whoosh” oh god. If you were any good at writing you wouldn’t need to write out stupid ass sound effects. It just felt juvenile.

Final book in this series and wow what an ending! I was crying at the end!😭
SPOILER ALERT. Rose has returned much to the shock of everyone after thinking she had died.
Miguel is taunting Lacey and Boss, he wants revenge for Boss killing his family. There are twists in this book that I didn't see coming. You get to see a new side of Cut and I can't wait to read his story.
I am not going to say to much about the story because I don't want to ruin the surprises in store for you all. If you read the first two, and were on the edge of your seat, then you can relax, sit back, buckle up and get ready for your final ride. You will love your destination!!!

July 11, 2018Well I can’t say I read it because I skimmed the crap out of it. To have all that happened throughout the series and then write this last book so scattered and warm and fuzzy...just couldn’t really read it. I don’t know why I wasted my time on it.

Loved this series
I have become so attached to these characters! The books had some editing issues but they improved hugely by the end of the series. I am looking forward to the next books and will read more by this author. Thanks and please remember to let the reader know if there is more than 1 book!!

Seriously love this series! Bry Ann never fails me as a writer and I love her work more every time I read her books! I won't give any spoilers just all the feels! This book, this series, rocked my world. Best book hangover, so many highs and lows. I swear I felt as if I stepped into their mafia world and lived there for days. This series must be at the top of your TBR!

Final book in the Roses & Thorns series.
At first I didn’t want to read it, not because it wasn’t a good one...but because I knew it would be the end...You get attached to the characters.
I loved this one, I don’t know if I can say more than the others because they all have something different.
I really enjoyed how all the characters have grown in maturity.
We get to understand why Rose stayed hidden for so long. I don’t know why but I expected more anger from Sven but then I guess I know, now, why he reacted the way he did, and I like it better!!!!
Loved Lacey and the Boss, and the new character Enzio has grown on me...he needs his story.
The happy ending was more than perfect. After all the cliffhangers the author put us through!
I am sad to let them go, but I can’t wait to read Cut and Maria story because they deserve one. They have so many secrets it is going to be awesome!!!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! I love this series, I love being in Sven, Rose, Lacey’s, and Boss’ lives. I loved reading about drama, hearbreak,betrayal,lust, obsession and love, ever consuming,all- conquering love. And this series has it all! The characters in this series are well developed . They were broken, beaten, strong, lovable, and pure pleasure to read.
I loved how obsessive was Sven over Rose, how he would literally do anything to keep her by his side.. Poor Sven.. At first I thought he was just a psychopath,who just wants Rose, just to mess with her, destroy her self-control... But on reading more and more, and watching him grow, and change, having glimpses of his dark soul, his past I understood what a kind soul he is under his hard, arrogant exterior. He loved Rose with everything he had...
Rose.... Sometimes I wanted to punch her in her thick skill, tell her "WTF girl? Why can't you understant that that man is doing anything in his power to save you from yourself?" Yes... she was brutally honest, she was harsh, but she had her reasons giving the circumstances of her upbrining.
Lacey.... I love that little woman to much. She is not just broken, used, shattered person, she is also a mother, a wife, a warrior and a loyal friend. I admire her strength.
Boss. That man just killed me! I love him sooo much. He is forever one of my character crush.
At first we see him as cruel, ruthless, fierce leader ot the Mafia, but throughout the series he opens up, we see his other, true side.... He is so gentle, so loving toward Lacey that you just cannot not love him. Yes, he made poor desicions, which lead to many tragedies, but he will stop at nothing to adjust his actions, to do the right thing. He is the leader, ruthless leader, but what is more he is a Man, he is a lover, husband and a father.

Rose. Sheltered , naive, hiding from her past, barely living in the present.
Sven. Underboss, complex, also hiding from his past, determined to take control.
Rose meets Sven, a patient where she works and he immediately gets under her skin.
Sven takes what he wants and he wants Rose.
You'd think this story was about Rose and Sven. But before you know it, Lacey and Boss swoop in and steal this story out from under them.
A Mafia boss, his Underboss and 2 women who have fallen into the Mafia world...what could go wrong?
Honestly, this story started as Rose and Sven's story. But it quickly shifted to Boss and Lacey's story. They were by far the stronger characters. They had depth, emotion, character. I've gotta say though, that every character went through growth and change, except IMO Rose. Other characters grew themselves but also through their relationships with others.
Great series! Unique! *Most* characters were great. Wasn't like anything I'd read before. There were a few holes to the story or like seeds planted that nothing ever eventuated...so that's confusing. But could be that these get addressed in other books about different characters from this universe.

I am going to be honest in this review and say that I was really upset with this story: BECAUSE IT IS OVER!!! I loved everything about this entire story and this ending was both amazing and heartfelt. Over the course of four books, I have grown to love, trust, and admire these characters: Sven, Lacey, Rose and Boss. I cannot begin to imagine my life without a least one update in the distant future. It was a ride and one I will be happy to take part in again and again.
I will not talk about the details of this story, not even a little bit, because it needs to be experiences. Let me just say that I loved it and was completely satisfied. I could not have asked for anything more or different with the out come and it was my pleasure to read this story. I highly recommend both this story and this entire series. I cannot wait for more from this author and hope others with experience this ride. You will not be disappointed! I had the extreme pleasure of receiving an ARC and am leaving an honest review.

The ROSES & THORNS Series is one of my new favorites....It’s a dark story....And none of these couples have had easy lives, but Adam, Lacey, Sven and Rose have fought and scratched their way through life....and have maybe found love....❤️🌼🔥
Mob Underboss, Sven, meets Rose, a workaholic, mental hospital tech, when he manipulates the court system into accepting his plea of insanity, so, instead of prison, he can be placed in the mental facility where Rose practically lives....And once Sven, sees her, neither of their lives will ever be the same.......❤️🌼🔥
The relationship between Mob Boss, Adam and his prisoner, Lacey is the most interesting to me....Lacey’s life has been horrendous, and Adam has had a part in making her life so bad, but Lacey is a bada$$, and love blooms in weird situations, sometimes.....❤️🌼🔥
There are so many twists and turns in this series...This is a different type of love story, but it’s one worth reading....I Read This Book in the Boxed Set.....❤️🌼🔥

I loved this series!
Captivating and beautiful!
Another amazing book and a beautiful end to the series. I did cry (again) but the story and characters are softer, with their
deep and ever developing parts of their personalities shining through. It's as if Bry Ann has peeled the layers away even more than before. I loved seeing Adam's different demeanours, depending who he was with, my favorite being that when he's with little Rose. It was sad to see this series come to and end but I'm glad there are spin off books for some of the characters, which I can't wait to read...... Highly recommended.
