I was given this book in turn for an honest review.
Prince Chance loves his job, he’s a lover not a fighter, until he meets Sydney. The more time he spends with her, the more he feels the need to protect her.
The Prince of Tease series by Xavier Neal truly is unique. I love her take on the job of being a male stripper, how the Castle establishment is not your average male stripper club and the Princes are to be treated with respect always. Xavier Neal has a talent for giving everything an extraordinary twist, she gives a new spin to what many see as everyday things. She has you thinking outside the box and wishing more than ever, that life was as carefree as her characters.
Chance is a care free hippie, who believes in being a lover not a fighter, not one label fits all. Nothing seems to faze him either. He was brought up to see that love can be shared in many ways and many forms, he has a whole new look on life, that is refreshing and beautiful. He is a giver not a taker. He goes out of his way to help people, make them smile, give their day an uplift. I adore Chance, his character surprised me, I didn’t think he would be as truly as adorable as he is.
This story alone touches on so many life situations that many people deal with every day, and I love that through the dark and depressing moments, Xavier Neal gives us two characters who go out of their way to find the positives in life and will help without a second thought. Sydney and Chance are both selfless characters.
To fully enjoy this story, you need to have read the series in order, starting with book #1, Prince Arik. This series is for romance readers who enjoy fun, hot and memorable reads.
What a fun, sexy, enlightening read! I loved the connection between the characters and the way they just seemed to orbit around each other like planets around the sun. The dynamics and interactions between them were funny and endearing and we're the most enjoyable parts of their story. They way she lives her life unselfishly, given entirely to others, thinking of them first. Chance led an interesting life that gave him a unique outlook on life and relationships that had me wanting to shake him at times! But how could you not forgive that adorable man? Definitely a must read that deserves every star I could award it.
Chance likes to be a gentleman and ask for permission, “can I have you here?” His hot breath bumps against my ear again. “Right now?” Chance can admit his faults, “they just…,” I pause to banish a deep breath. “They were messing me, trying to wind me up , and my jealousy got the better of me.” Chance has no problem setting things straight with his woman, “you’re the chick I come home to every. Night. You are the chick I fantasize about. You are the yin to my yang, babe. They’re just static. Noise.” I liked this book, I loved Chance he was a little different but I loved his personality.
I loved this book because of the way did loved chance and he loved her. I loved how their characters feed off one another and the way that the author portraited being able to find your soul mate and things just feels right for the start .I would have loved to see them farther into their lives together but hey their is always another prince to show where they ended up
This book was fantastic. I’ve loved getting to know all of the Castles princes but Chance might take the cake. He’s so much more than you’d assume he would be. I loved how perfectly Chance and Syd were suited for each other despite their differences. This story was sweet and romantic with a dash of dirty of course. I definitely recommend
I just love this series. Prince B was my favorite but Chance and Syd has captured my heart. They are made for each other. I will always love French tho cause even though she don't play no games she always look out for her princes. I can't wait to see who up next and will they bump Chance out the favorite spot.
These characters view sex as a purely physical thing with no need for emotional entanglement. Neither see romantic love or monogamy as a part of the life they want to lead. Whether you believe in the cosmos, the universe, fate, God, or goddesses they were destined to meet. What starts as a chance encounter, leads to so much more. Whenever they touch their passion ignites, each caress is a burning fire and each nibble a soothing balm. They found a balance neither knew existed. More attuned to others and the universe around them. They find it hard to see the fear they have for the pain love can bring. It’s easy to love when the waters are calm but do they have what it takes to weather the storm when the water turns rocky. The author does break the fourth wall and speak directly to the reader, which I enjoy. Having the characters we're connecting with opening up to us on a personal level feels special. It is a unique, amazing and beautiful story.
Just when you think the Prince of Tease series couldn't get any better, we have Prince Chance! I have been anxiously waiting for Prince C for so long! Misunderstood by his fellow Princes, because of his Hippy ways, he is giving and happy and quirky! Offered up for a charity bachelor auction Prince C is bet on by "Shoe Girl" who he met while buying shoes for said event! Only he doesn't know it till they meet for their date! They have the Goddess and the Cosmos to Thank! This story is sweet and funny all the way around! Not there isn't some dark aura arising but it only takes one touch to bring the stars back into alignment! My wolf is howling!
OMG! Prince Chance! I loved this book from beginning to end! In fact I had to tell Xavier Neal even though I'm a Lordy girl (Havoc series) Prince C was making it very hard for me too stay true to my book boyfriend! This story makes you wanna root for the girl that has stolen Prince C's heart and pray they get their happy ending! if you have read the other 3 in the series you know Prince C is all about inner peace and good karma and he finds this in the beautiful kind and amazing Syd.... but their road is filled with evil BITCH twins and a few doubts and a few hard losses.... but when the stars a line for these 2 magic happens!
First off, I love this style of writing, where the characters "talk" to the reader. It really pulls you in and makes you feel like you are in the story and experiencing things along side them. Chance and Syd have a unique bond that I just adored. They are all about spiritual connections as well as mental and physical. He's kind of dubbed the "hippie prince" by his friends. They have such a similar mindset on things that you know they are two halves of a whole. There's plenty of laughs and heat to keep you entertained. Go on, take a "chance" on this story!
I’m so glad that Chance was everything I wanted him to be. Having read the other books in the series sometimes he came across as “duh” but whoa was he so much more. Syd and he were fire and I think that they are my favorite couple so far. I found myself believing in them and believing that they deserved happiness. Syd was such a giving person and never expected anything so you couldn’t help but to fall for her and want her to be happy. I’m so glad that I read this story it was cute, loving, sexy and made you believe in the cosmos.
Absolutely wonderfull, fabulously, beautiful story. Loved Chance and Syd deeply. Laughed out loud at some of Brocks comments, also cried for one lovely old soul Birdie. Loved supporting characters too were very real and also funny . There was nothing that I didn't like about this story , absolutely loved it , maybe my favourite so far with Brocks. Deeply moving and funny and makes you pause and think. Can't wait to see who our next Prince will be . Everyone needs to read this , you will love it. The universe says so.
Prince C/ Chance was amazing and I loved going along with him on his journey to love. Syd was so warm and interesting. They were so well suited. This book had so many amazing teachable moments without taking away from the sexy ;). Cant say how great it is as a reader, to have characters from previous books show up and let us know how they are doing. Please don’t tell the other Princes know but I think Chance is my favourite.
Chance and Sydney's story is fire. Chance and his hippie ways (with his chi and hummus) relies on his spirit animal and the universe to guide him through life. Sydney being different from her sisters and such a giving person also let's the universe guide her in her life. With the help of French and Brock they meet again and their spirit animals connect. Such a different but beautiful story.
A fun storyline with plenty of steam, heart and humor. Chance and Syd are so cute together and really made a perfect couple. Toss in some drama and obstacles to overcome on the road to a HEA and you have a very entertaining, enjoyable and a pure pleasure to read. This is my totally honest, voluntary review.
I really enjoyed this book. I was a bit surprised because in the other books Chance seemed so goofy. Xavier Neal always weaves a compelling tale and she was able to balance the hippie dippi-ness with sweetness and the perfect girl, in Syd. It was a delightful, light love story! I want more Princes and more Fairy Godmother French!
Chance is not your ordinary alpha male but I loved him just the same. The trip to the nudist colony gave me a new perspective of the people who may choose that lifestyle. I love that neither the H or h is the prototypical romance characters and the story felt organic.
Chance and Syd are definitely two peas in a pod! They are meant to be together from the moment they meet.. Enjoyed the book. Prince Chance is not my favorite from this series, but definitely a book that I can reread.
Wow chance just captured me with his story. You will fall in love with Sydney and her sweet, caring and compassionate soul. These characters will have you wanting to see them have a happy ending
It's always good to visit The Castle. I enjoyed Chance's story and Sydney is definitely his soulmate. I was glad to see glances of my favorite, Prince Brock and his Queen. So happy to see they are still growing strong.
Amazing as usual. Syd and Chance are complete match. No doubt why yin and yang are balanced and whole. Love it. There is something to be said for freely accepting the whole person.
I loved the free spirits of both of these characters. Such interesting family backgrounds from both that made such an impact on their life. Some positive and some not as much. But I loved watching both of them find each other and also loved all of those that helped them come together ❤️
I loved this book! I wasn’t sure that I would like all the “hippie” aspects but it made the story and chemistry between Chance and Syd that much more believable.
