A cut too far
Not as good as the others. It just seemed to contrived. The plot started off well but quickly jumped onto the culprit and the need to find the evidence. A bit more in the sleuthing build up would have made this a better read.
She's ready for her new haircut. Well almost! Amazing what a great stylist will do for you and his suggestion of the boutique was inspired. Now she feels like a new woman. Although the owner of the hairdressers is more than unpleasant when she returns to show her stylist her new look. The only person to ignore her new look is her crush. However her BFF wants the same treatment. They don't expect to find the body of the unpleasant owner when she comes for her appointment. Stabbed with her stylists shears. An arrest, a husband, a frequent visitor and an unpleasant dog. Will they get the real culprit and clear her stylist? Will her crush explain his actions?

Lori has a new look and a new outlook too.
What a difference a great stylist can make in your life. Lori has a new look and it is stopping people in their tracks. When the landlady of her new stylist is murdered with his shears, Lori must do whatever she can to save him from false prosecution.
This is a good clean mystery. It is a fun, entertaining, and easy read. I am enjoying binge reading through this series in KU.
