I had read this some time back, and I ran across it again in my library. I don't think I paid it a lot of attention in the past, but now rereading it, I do see a number of useful "habits" that I do now employ and appreciate. It's a quick and simple book, but that doesn't mean it's not a powerful book. I'm retired, so the section on stress at work has ceased to interest me anymore, but the rest is as current and relevant as ever.
I do t usually finish self help books. I’m part of the percent of people who might make it beyond the first chapter or first few chapters. But this book was very informative, easy to apply changes to my daily life. I’m really excited to put the tactics I’ve learned into practice!
