I was pleasantly surprised by this book. Waddill uses the lens of assessing Digital HR across three functional domains: Learning Management, Talent Management, and Knowledge Management. She kicks it off by setting the business case and organizational trends that fuel the conversion. Then, each of the domains are covered in assessing the breadth contained within. Overall, this is a great foundational resource to guide your thinking as you approach the digital HR revolution.
