About the author

Jane Cabrera is best known as an Author and Illustrator of Children's Books.
She has written and illustrated 56 books which have been translated into over 25 languages and won awards in the US and Europe. She lives on the edge of beautiful Dartmoor National Park in the UK.
Her books range from picture story books to concept board books for babies.

Very good introduction to shapes. Great for Nursery and Reception children. Each shape is paired with an illustration that includes of few objects of that shape. Really nicely illustrated.

What I love about this shape book most, is that it is so simply laid out that parents can easily see which shapes their children know by name and which they don't.

Decent for shapes. Good for supplemental and maybe independent reading/play at toddler/preschool age. Not a favorite for instructional purposes but T did like the cut out shapes.
