175 fast, easy, and delicious meals combining the hottest diet trend—the low-carb, high-fat keto diet—with the latest must-have kitchen appliance—the air fryer.
While an appliance that promises a lower-fat cooking method like the air fryer may seem counterintuitive to the high-fat keto diet, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to learn that air fryers don’t remove fat from foods. Instead, they use the natural fats in the foods to cook them without adding additional fat or oil that comes from traditional frying methods. An air fryer offers a healthy cooking option for keto dieters and is the perfect tool to cook a wide range of keto-friendly foods from steak to tofu, bacon to vegetables, and even desserts. The I Love My Air Fryer Keto Diet Cookbook will introduce you to 175 tasty and easy keto meals you can make with your air fryer.
Learn how to make satisfying, whole-food dishes for every meal from breakfast to dinner, appetizers, to side dishes and desserts, and of course, great snacks. With this guide, you’ll discover how perfectly the air-fryer fits into your keto diet!
While I’m not keto, I was looking for some recipes to try in our new air fryer. This recipe book is chock full of recipes ranging from appetizers to desserts, and everything in between! I walked away with a large handful of recipes to try out. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of recipes. 3.5 ⭐️
This was fabulous! All the recipes were amazing! I love to eat keto friendly and we purchased an air fryer to see what the hype was about. This recipe book has it all... from dinner rolls to a ton of varieties of chicken wings.
What did I like? The beginning there may be a tiny bit about the air fryer but as cookbook goes this one is packed with fun and healthy recipes. We started out with chicken strips dipped in almond flour and we tried onion rings but had a hard time with the crushed pork skins coating the onion rings. We will try again. We have just started on our keto journey but this recipe books looks like it will be easy to maintain it.
Would I recommend or buy? Yes, the format we got through the kindle purchase didn’t really please us. At less than twenty dollars though, it looks like a steal compared to some other cookbooks. This author also has a instant pot book we are going to buy that has already been published. Looks like a great collection.
Thoughts for the author? Kudos on a great cookbook! Congratulations on your new release! I’m invested in eating better and this was an amazing find.
I liked this one a heck of a lot more then I liked the 5 ingredient one. Same dude, some of the same simple recipes, but a can't really fault him cause stuffed pepper anything is usually a good time!
This book has a lot more ingredients than the 5 ingredient cookbook, obviously. But I think it was the slightly higher complexity of these dishes that make them nom-nom-able. I probably took 5 or six recipes out of this one to try.
Honestly, I might have just been hungry but I thought this book was way better than the last one I read, 5 ingredient keto.... honestly I'll probably be toying with putting the dreaded gluten flour back in some of the recipes, but that's mostly because all purpose flour is more affordable at the moment.
As usual, the lay out was super clean with a clear ingredients list, separate step by step guide and some nice picture so you can eat with your eyes and decide for yourself if you want to attempt them. like the bacon, egg, and cheese roll ups. That picture...yes please! Unfortunately not all recipes get a picture.
When I purchase a cookbook I am trusting that the author has proven the recipes. The hard boiled egg direction didn't even soft boil so I'm guessing that Sam Dillard did not try this before he or she put it in the book.
