A Blonde, a Dog and a Motorhome: Lost in France

Rate this book
Well, did they do it? Did they survive? A dream come true, or a total nightmare? The long-awaited sequel to 'A Blonde, a Dog and a What could possibly go wrong?' sees Sandie and Rosie lost in France - often! Book 1 gave tips on finding and managing money to fund your trip, preparing your van and your head for solo travelling, plus some hilarious travel tales whilst practicing for the Big Trip . Book 2 is the dream coming true, warts and all, with Sandie and Rosie the wonder dog roaming around France, sometimes where they intended to go, more often where they just ended up. As well as being a funny and informative read, there are some great ideas for places to visit, actually using the tips from Book 1 to see if they actually work, and adding a few more stolen shamelessly from other travellers, or learned from experience - good and bad. This book is proof positive that if you think you can then you can, and anything is possible.

Couldn't put it down!

A fantastic follow-up book, a travelogue full of beautiful places to visit, interspersed with laugh out loud humour, good practical advice and some heartfelt philosophy....not forgetting the lovely Rosie. If you have any inclination to do it alone, read this book, it will enthuse you and give you the courage to go for it
