Sloan Jordan’s days are numbered. She has 139 to be exact. In that time, there’s a lot to a missing friend to find, a wedding to plan, and her own murder plot to overthrow.
When a lead takes the crew back to Chicago, the truth they uncover is more shocking than they ever imagined—to fight the enemies of the present, they must first face the demons from the past.
THE SACRIFICE - BOOK 5 "Hello, Praea."
There's only one being on Earth who calls Sloan Jordan by that name—her biological mother, a demon named Kasyade. So why did she answer Sloan’s best friend’s phone? When Sloan reaches Adrianne Marx’s apartment to investigate, all she finds is a half-written list of things to do before Sloan’s
1. Order booze for the reception. 2. Send the final guest count to the caterer. 3. Register for gifts. 4. Don’t forget to—
That's where the to-do list ended. Mid-sentence with a scrawled line like Adrianne had been dragged away from the task. If Kasyade was involved in the abduction, Adrianne probably had been.
The reason? Ransom.
The price? Sloan’s unborn daughter, the most powerful angel in all of history.
But hell can’t rival the fury of an angry mother protecting her child, and until the baby is born, her incredible power is Sloan’s to wield. Now the prey becomes the predator as Sloan seeks to put an end to Kasyade forever.
THE REGULAR A NATHAN MCNAMARA STORY They say the best things come to those who wait, and no one hopes that's true more than Special Operations Commander, Nathan McNamara.
For over a year, he's put his life, his career, and his mother's hopes for more grandchildren on hold to dive headfirst into a world he never knew existed. A world full of angels, demons, and enough sexual frustration to crack the Pope.
But all that is supposed to be behind him, and his future looks bright and full of possibilities. That is, until a familiar chill ripples the atmosphere--and a supernatural thunder rumbles over the mountains.

OMG!! I love love love this series! I never want it to end!
I read the first three books separately but got this book as a three pack...books 4-6. I can’t leave independent reviews for each book cuz it all meshed together in my brain, but each one was better than the last. Full of supernatural action, angels, demons, love, loss, heartache, these books have it all! I love Sloan and Warren and Nathan..never have I had a book where I truly wanted both men to get their happily ever after with the girl...and in this series, I was not once disappointed.
Elicia Hyder is a storytelling genius! She is amazing and I am so thankful for her imagination and the creation of these awesome characters!! And the entire series was on Kindle Unlimited, which was a double bonus! I cannot wait to read more...hope it’s not to long before the next book comes out!
An exciting wrap-up to the series. Book four ends in a cliffhanger, and book five is the final showdown. Book six is told from Nathan's perspective, and is more domestic. Typos: numbers written with numerals, apostrophe s plurals, reign (rule) used for rein (slow down), fairing (attending a fair, I guess) used for faring (holding up), missing or unnecessary commas, period and question marks, nor used without neither, pecks (kisses, I guess) used for pecs (pectoral muscles), you're used for your, misplaced apostrophes, too used for to, laid used for lay, capitalization error, wring verb tense, house used for hose, comma for semicolon, expect used for inspect, low used for lo ("low and behold"), cubical used for cubicle. Also, Sloan was surprised that Nathan had something of hers, but she had already seen this in a vision.
*****The Taken #4: So good! This series continues to deliver. Really good writing, great character development and chemistry, some snark, lots of danger and surprises. A wonderful series... *****The Sacrifice #5: So good This book gutted me. So well done, with Incredible highs and lows wrapping up with a surprising ending that was somehow fitting. A riveting series... *****The Regular Guy #6: very good! This book is written from Nathan’s perspective, and takes a turn in the love triangle. Well written, and bittersweet, with a bit of suspense as three more women become pregnant - could one of them be carrying Morning Star?
Imagine having the ability to see and feel things no one else can and you've had this ability since you were a child. You hide it because you don't want to feel any different from the family that's raiding you since you're already the adopted child. Then you find out that you were made for a purpose and not exactly a good one. Oh by the way, you learn that you're an Angel that can save lives and heal. Only one way to find out your destiny and that's to live.
There’s is happiness, love, humor, and sorrow in these stories. Excellent books and I look forward to the next one. Warren and Sloan plus Nathan’s stories are the main ones including the birth of Iliana. But Aszael and Adrianna story is included. There are eye opening revelations and quite a few surprises but the stories will keep you riveted! Fury is another surprise but the babies are ever better. Read these awesome stories but you will find them hard to put down ‘
I read all six of the first books in a row. I really enjoyed them and couldn't wait to read what would happen next. The Good guys, bad guys and all the ones between made these books entertaining and enjoyable. I can't wait for more. I hope you'll enjoy them too. Happy Reading.
I NEED BOOK 7. Elicia Hyder is truly gifted in her story-telling. These books have me absolutely hooked...love love love them. She draws you in as if you're there, paints her scenes with expert levels...you see what the characters are seeing and feel what they feel with ease. I could not put these books down.
This whole trilogy is amazing! The blend of military tactics, angelic history, total sexiness without the overly done vulgarity has been wonderful to enjoy! This all is one I’m saving to read again and again. Truly enjoyable book with the ability to entertain women everywhere as well as men! Sexy take needs to be a movie!
Surprisingly good for a free Kindle book! The characters are likable and the plot was well paced and engrossing. Based on the cover I was expecting more paranormal/urban fantasy, but I was happy to discover that it was actually mostly murder mystery.
Nurry up with next book would ya!!! Great book Greater series!!
These books make e laugh out loud so much. Such great writing . The characters are endearing . I can't say enough about these books except that you will be so glad you've read them, it's a MUST!!
When I think I have the plot figured out , don't bet on it..can't wait for the next one...it's everything laugh out loud you get to cry..plus a cliffhanger..this series has it all..
Interesting books 4-6! I didn't like the love tri-angle in books 1-3 between Warren, Nathan and Sloan; I really hated in books 4-6. But I kept reading hoping it would get better. It did not. Too bad. Not my type of author.
Good read and better then the 1st 3 books of the series. Well made characters that have developed more in these 3 books, good story plot, humor, action, romance, sadness and joy.
The first one was my favorite of the series. I did not expect it to go down the road it did, but I really liked the series. The characters are well developed; I found myself wondering what they were up to when I wasn't reading...
Absolutely fantastic, I love this series so.much. Th characters, especially Sloan, Warren and Nathan, are awesome - I feel as though I really know them. Great concept and writing, looking forward to the next book, Soul Destroyer...
This is a great set. I read all 6 books (my favorite way!) straight through. Couldn't put them down. Intense with a comical aspect that keeps you reading.
