When Wrong Feels So Right

Rate this book
Losing my wife f@cked me up - my daughter was my only light.
Until Riley came into my life to care for her.
So sweet and innocent, she brightens my world.
Am I crazy to want more?

I couldn't care for my little girl alone. My work and my grief made it too hard.
A live-in nanny made perfect sense.
I wasn't looking for benefits - I could find women to ease my pain.
But I'm tired of sh*t-stirring gold-diggers, and oh man, Riley is so hot.

So lovely too - my daughter adores her.
She makes my house a home... makes us a family?
I knew I should stay the fuck away.
To mix sex and home is a bad idea - I don't want my daughter hurt.

Then came the day I kissed Riley.
Brushed her soft lips, honey sweet.
Saw the passion of innocence in eyes so artless, filled with secret desire.

It's a dangerous game.
I'll be her first, but it could break my family.
But for this lust, this love, I'll take a risk...

I don’t know how or why I even finished this book. There’s no plot. She looks after his kid, he goes to work. He comes home, they have sex. NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS.

Holy Shit!
I'm not one for long winded reviews......say your piece and get to the point, but I couldn't resist......

I liked this story.........however, I had a hard time with the poor grammar and spelling errors! There were far too many for an established author! Did her spell check not work on her computer while she was writing this book? What about the book editor was she on vacation? I guess what really killed it for me was when she referred to one of her characters by the wrong name.......I mean Ella and Emma are close but come on know you're characters names!
Needless to say, I stopped after this story, I just could not subject myself to the remaining 6 at this time.......will I come at some point to read them?.......I guess if I'm desperate enough and there is nothing else to read!

Story

The story lines are good but the editing done here is atrocious. Wrong words. They scoff their food. Esp if he sabotaged himself. Come on
That doesn't count the if, or, or ofs that are used incorrectly. I love romance but I cant read with all the errors.

⭐3 Stars-Average (It was good but nothing to brag about),

Part of a compilation. Review is only of title of book. All other books will be reviewed separately.

Standalone; first person-dual POV (until it's not); 17+readers; HEA; no cliffhanger.

So, I have to say that this is not the first book that I've read from this author. I've come to realize that maybe, giving the benifit of the doubt, that Mia Ford has a certain style to her writing. With the books I've read so far, I find that they are fast paced and no drama. Meaning, every situation is dealt with and resolved right away. (Very unrealistic in my POV) But there is so much potential with each story which is what keeps making me come back to her books. I'm not trying to sound negative or say her writing is bad. It's not. Everyone has certain types of books they like to read. If you're the type of person who loves romance but without all the drama and just want to see the HEA than this book is meant for you. I like a little more drama, but I can't stop reading these. So, just goes to show that Mia is doing something right and keeps me going on to read more of her books.

As for this read (only 12% of the entire book), billionaire single dad, raising his daughter and loving her the way he does needing help and hires a nanny and things take a turn. It was really good in the beginning. I started on my roller coaster and it took off but just as the first drop happened, the ride was over. It was a strong beginning with great dialogue but it ended with just the main characters telling us a story of how everything ends. I'm a sucker for romance, and since this book is a compilation with 6 more short stories in the end, I'm not one to give up easily so I will be reading the rest.

A WONDERFUL emotive celebration of FATHERHOOD and how LOVE enhances all that is good!
VERY steamy, “WHEN WRONG FEELS SO RIGHT”, will warm the hearts and inspire the minds of its readers. I don’t recall a more devoted father than Nathan, a more captivating child than Ella, or a stronger or more deserving heroine than Riley. “WHEN WRONG FEELS SO RIGHT” is such a wonderful feel-good story. There is no underlying commentary, or suspenseful conflict. Instead, readers are introduced to Riley, a 20 something who has spent time caring for her ailing mother. So, when her mom passes, Riley takes time to grieve, moves to the San Diego area to be near her sister who is also her only living family, and then realizes she needs to get a better job if she is to have the funds necessary to attend college. As luck would have it, she gets a job as a full-time nanny . . . to the sweetest two-year-old girl whose single parent Dad has a thriving and time-consuming business. Riley also recognizes that Nathan, her charge Ella’s Dad, is handsome and vows to fight the instant attraction she has towards her boss. Then life happens – and readers are taken for a wild ride! I loved this story and was given an ARC copy to prepare this honest and voluntary five-star review. I STRONGLY recommend that readers who enjoy romance of any trope get this contemporary feel-good romance! May it brighten your day as it has mine. Happy pages! 😉

This steamy heartfelt story is about Nathan and Riley. Nathan was married with a two year old precious daughter, Ella and his wife passed away a year ago. Their relationship was not a match made with love. One day Nathan finally realizes he needs a nanny and goes about finding one. After meeting and hiring Riley on the spot things move very quickly for them. Riley quits her job and moves into Nathan’s home and starts caring for Ella with a little help from Nathan’s sister for a day or two. Nathan has very special relationship with Ella and gives everything he has for her. Riley did all the right things, taking care of her sick mom until she passes away and then moves close to her sister to be close to her family. Riley can not believe how lucky she is to have this job and all that comes with it. Riley finds herself attracted to Nathan and keeps telling herself she is there for a job not a man even if he is super hot and sexy! Nathan finds himself not being able to resist Riley and takes things into his own hands and gets Riley to agree to being with him. They learn about each other, care for a sick child and work on making what they have a real relationship. This story is not your typical man hires a nanny and has a fling. These two will take you on a journey full of real emotions and love with a wonderful family around them. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Nathan is a single father struggling to manage work and his personal with his daughter. His sister tells him he needs a nanny to help out and it'll take some stress away. Riley needs a more stable job in a safer area so she starts looking online under child care. When she finds Nathan's listing she knows it would be perfect for her and applies. When they meet for the first time sparks fly between them. Nathan knows Riley is the right choice for a nanny for his little girl. Riley bonded quickly with Ella and is excited to start working there. Riley has felt somewhat at a loss since her mother died and with this new job it seems like things are looking up. Everything seems to be going smoothly but their attraction is to a point neither knows whether or not they should act on it. One night Nathan can't fight it anymore and talks to Riley about it and they agree that as long as it works they should give it a try. Will Nathan show Riley that they can be a family? Will his friends and co-workers cause him to end things?

This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Riley and Nathan is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this to any book lover.

A Smoldering Love Story

I absolutely fell in love with the main characters Nathan and Riley, the moment they met. He’s a wealthy, single dad to beautiful little Ella. She’s currently working a couple of part-time jobs, trying to save for college classes as she lives on her own since the death of her mother. Nathan has relied on his sister to watch Emma at times, as well as hiring babysitters in an attempt to get by when he’s gone out with friends. He’s had unfulfilling one night stands and knows that he needs more and Emma needs more stability, so he advertises for a live-in nanny. Enter Riley, who has had a lot of experience watching neighborhood kids as well as her two nieces, and she’s a natural working with the kids. When Emma makes an immediate connection with Riley, Nathan knows he has to hire her. The two have an immediate sexual attraction. When Nathan realizes that Riley is perfect with Emma as well as for him he knows he can’t live without her. Their love story is expressed in a very satisfying way as to not be overly syrupy, instead leaving you with a positive, uplifting feeling. The only drawback was numerous editing errors - I.e. calling Ella, Elle and Emma within a few short paragraphs and other misused phrases that I found very distracting. I’d rate the story line a 5 with editing a 4, to give it an overall 4.5 if I could.

Orribile.
Dialoghi ridotti all'osso, veramente il nulla totale.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Nathan Jameson and Riley Corning. Nathan is looking for someone to help him with his child and nothing more. Riley is looking for something to pay the bills and possibly help her pay to take some online college classes. So when she sees Nathan's ad she thinks this is an amazing gift. She has watched children practically her whole life so she is ready for this. Little did either know that this could change their lives forever. Can they find a HEA or will it all be a mistake they made once in their life?

This is an amazing book. It has it's ups and downs that I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the book for any other readers. I will tell you this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

There is Nathan who is dealing with the passing of his wife from cancer and his two year old daughter. He needs to get a full time Nanny to assist in caring for her. Then there is Ella, who moved to the area to be near her sister and her family and is working multiple jobs to make ends meet. When she see the ad for a full time nanny that includes living accommodation she things it is a really good fit. When she meets her possible employer she can't believe how drop dead gorgeous he is. The attraction between the two is instant and strong. Will they be able to deny their feelings when they are living under the same roof? Will he be the cliché of banging the Nanny? or will it develop into something stronger. There is good character development and an enjoyable romance. Good summer read!

GOING IN DEEP!!!
This is an amazingly sensual, steamy and romantic page turning bombshell. Mia Ford totally nailed their personalities as well as their love story. With her immense talents and insight Mia drew us into her imagination and weaved a world around us until everything else ceases to exist. Such a perfect balance between the characters and their roles thats fascinating to watch as they blend and meld. The love and support for each other is so breathtakingly beautiful. Mia really knows how to lay a strong storyline that is so realistic and believable with an undeniable bond between the two main characters that has sparks flying. A wonderfully developed cast of characters that form a single unit that seems natural and not botched or rushed. Mia did an amazing job bringing this read to life flawlessly. Great job Mia, thanks for sharing this remarkable read with us.

Now this is a prime example of why Mia Ford, best selling USA author, is one of my favourite writers. When Wrong Feels So Right tells the story of Nathan, Riley and his little girl for whom she is the live in nanny.  There is plenty of chemistry between the two o them and it is all brought together in one well written story.  Six other stories by Mia are also included for your enjoyment and they are :- [Book 1: When Wrong Feels So Good]
Book 2: The One Who Got Away
Book 3: Saving HER
Book 4: Entangled
Book 5: The Valentines Day Proposal

An amazingly written love story! Mia Ford’s characters are so endearing and real. I loved that this was just a classic attraction between two strong characters that blossomed into an incredibly romantic tale. The relationship between Nathan and Riley was the perfect balance of awkward, totally swoon worthy, and super-hot and heavy! The story progressed in a way that allowed you to take in the characters, the situations, and feelings and not feel rushed or that things were moving too slow. I was honestly disappointed when I finished it because I just wanted there to be more.
I received an ARC for an honest and voluntary review.

Wow this book was absolutely amazing and it told us of a world where two people can find love in the mist of so much. We see a young woman find in a man what she was always hoping for and we see him find the perfect person for him. Nathan and Riley are just that perfect apir. We see her find love in the oddest of places and happiness in a little girl who never knew what a mother could be like. They are the most enjoyable couple to date that I've read from you. Pease keep writing fantastic books for us to lose ourselves in. I give this book 5 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy

This was a nice and very sweet read. I liked it very much. The way Mia Ford has made it emotional all over but still have some steam in the story is amazing. The main characters has a chemistry that is over the top. They are passionate and well described. They develop nicely through the story.
The story is written in dual POV which gives the reader a lot more of the feelings and thoughts of the main characters. This made it captivating from start to finish. The writing style and use of words kept me on the edge and felt I was there with the characters. Riley and Nathan are both very likeable.
Absolutely full five star review for this fantastic story.

I enjoyed reading this romantic story about Riley and Nathan. Riley who was just trying to accomplish her goals in life which included taking classes, working several jobs just to get ahead. She decided to look for a better job which she found being a nanny. Nathan Jameson a single dad, rich and has his own company and in need of a full time nanny. Riley answers his ad and soon becomes the nanny to his daughter Ella. When Nathan first meets Riley they both feel the connection between them. Things move quickly between then both that becomes a romance story even though it was wrong it was so right for them.

Woohoo, hot nanny story! Look, I get that it's a bit cliche, but sometimes, the best stories are! Mia Ford brings back the romance with Riley and Nathan and let me tell you really amps up the emotional connection. These two have an instant bond and Ella steals the show in some spots. I really enjoyed this book and the escape into happily ever after land :) I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

A very sweet and steamy read. An emotion laden, well written story about love and family. I loved the chemistry between Riley and Nathan. Both of these characters had experienced pain and loss and I liked that they had that in common. I really enjoyed that the romance took its time building. It was not rushed or instant. It grew very naturally and I thought that was just perfect. This is my honest, voluntary review.

What beautifully written love story! So much emotion...so much everything. Without a doubt, one of the finest single dad stories I’ve ever read. This story belongs in everyone’s library! (I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book and was totally blown away...so, so very good!) ❤️❤️❤️

This story is so sweet. Riley is just what this family needs and has no idea that her life is about to change for the better. Ella is adorable and captures her heart immediately. When they finally give into temptation, the sparks fly and their love escalates quickly. Their story is sweet and romantic and I recommend this book to everyone. A fairly good compilation

Each book in this compilation follows a pretty similar format which is obvious from the title but it does get a little boring and repetitive. Each story has its own alpha male and special female just made for him, there is plenty of hot bedroom action but somehow there is no real piazz. There are also so many mistakes either names wrong or grammatical mistakes that it definitely impacts on reading pleasure. A mediocre reading experience.

Riley and Nathan combine in this book to create an interesting and sweet romance. Riley starts as Nathan's nanny for his daughter Ella but soon despite resistance becomes so much more to them both. I loved the book due to its sweetness but also it had good characters and the secondary characters were really well thought out as well.

This is a sweet, heartwarming, steamy read about a single dad and the live in nanny he hired to care for his daughter. Good storyline and believable characters. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
