It is all about the journey, and this book was really good at explaining the journey to me.

What I really liked:
- Data driven
- Concrete examples
- Easy to follow
- The authors throw you the challenge

I'm not even in sales but I am for sure going to use all the notes I got from this books in any endeavour I might take.

HA this book is good but I don’t love sales anymore so :/ but it did what I needed it to when I needed it in my life so for that, thank you
