"Unleash the Imagination of Your Little Reader with Heather Edwards' Tiny Quickfeet!"

Welcome to Tiny Quickfeet! My name is Heather Edwards and I am an author and illustrator. I am passionate about creating stories that bring out the magic in the world around us. This children’s book is about a magical pot that grants wishes. It is a heart-warming story that I am sure you and your children will love.

Tiny Quickfeet, is a bright yellow pot with two little feet, who can't help but get into some funny and heart-warming adventures. With its tagline, “Tickle, tickle. Who’s tickling my tummy?” Tiny Quickfeet is sure to bring a smile to your face.

Tiny Quickfeet is on a mission to bring joy to everyone he meets in the world. Each of Tiny Quickfeet's adventures turns out to be from one of the traditional fairy tales, or fables, that have been modernized to create a unique and captivating story. Through these stories, children learn about friendship, courage, and loyalty.

My book, “Tiny Quickfeet”, follows a pot on his journey to find his true purpose. Throughout his journey, he is discarded over and over again until eventually, he becomes a very proud pot holding very special treasure. This story teaches kids the value of being different and how to find their own special place in the world. So join Tiny Quickfeet and his friends on their adventures today.

Taking care of our world and nature is a theme Heather Edwards always includes in her books. Her stories are full of information and illustrations about animals and conservation, from caring for animals and our environment, to humans, their needs, emotions and feelings.
She works in two areas:-

First writing scientific fantasies aimed at 7-15 year olds. Her story books about, "Featherpaws," involve how science can act for good and bad, and how children should make scientific inquiries, questioning why adults are destroying nature.

Heather's story/picture books also involve animal characters. The stories have a therapeutic thread running through them, dealing with emotions, nurturing and inspiration. She interprets these feelings through brightly, coloured illustrations. Her stories stimulate the young reader into developing positive actions in life.
