Personally, I learned the following lessons: Graceful leadership is courageous and bold. Because to be a true leader you have to know your weaknesses and strengths, and instead of hiding your weaknesses-you leverage them by finding others who have them as strengths. True leaders also have an abundance mindset instead of scarcity. You also have an obligatiom to mentor others as you were mentored. Thank you for sharing your story Ann you have led a truly amazing life (so far).
