“…if punishment isn’t working, maybe compassion can”
Gotta love being introduced to an amazing book through a college class. This has helped my perspective shift on a lot of important topics, and will definitely be a resource that I will share with colleagues and return to repeatedly through my journey to be a better childcare worker.
