Lily White is a bestselling author who likes to dabble on the dark side of romance. She is most known for her Masters Series, Target This, Wishing Well, and The Five.
When she isn’t writing as Lily White you can find other books by her under M.S. Willis where she has penned the Control Series, the Estate Series, and Because of Ellison (contemporary romance).
Lily enjoys stretching her writing muscles by continuing to challenge herself with each book she publishes.
After the huge reveal at the end of book 3, I wasn’t sure what I expected for this book. I guess I had hoped it wasn’t true, but it was and it seemed that Jude and Ronnie not only didn’t mind, but were somehow closer because of it. I guess due to the level of crazy, I probably should have known, but these books just defy logic and are all the better for it.
So then I started to hope for a kind of ending where they are sort of like Bonnie and Clyde(not at the end), or Starling and Hannibal off living a life of luxury together. But surprises are in store in this book and like the other three, nothing at all happens like you want or could ever expect.
Despite the twists and turns in the plot. I enjoyed every single minute of this outrageous and outstanding adventure. The ending was exactly as it should be and I loved it. I will most likely re-read these books at some point in a few years an love them just as much. You don’t often get such unpredictability in modern writing. It is so refreshing. Another 5 stars for this installment.
Por fin!!!!! Ya sabremos el desenlace de esta serie, solo un par de días más.
NECESITO A JUDE
*********************************************** Asi que este sera el libro final de la serie. No se que esperar de los protagonistas, estamos hablando de FUCKIN PSYCOPATS no creo que un poco de insesto les resulte molesto
Ok now we are mid august and still no word on this book. I am done with this writer! I do not like spending my hard earned money on serials until they are finished but I made an exception and now I am screwed out of the money I've spent. I've read an unfinished story that ended on a cliff hanger and I will forget the details before getting the sequel if we ever do. This is why I hate serials especially when they are promised to be released 2 weeks apart and we are months and months out now with no word on this release. Yep I'm pissed!
He's free...Jude broke free. Thank you every single one of you who is going to read part four in spite of the massive distance between part three and now. Thank you! Jude is pleased with the attention, and he is so absolutely utterly thrilled to be out in the world again.
And I can sleep at night. For a little while at least...until Dimitri from The Beast starts clawing to get out. ;)
Finally, FINALLY, after YEARS of waiting, the final installment of this series was released. I waited with reading until the series would be complete (because of the cliffhangers!) and had already lost all hope that that was ever gonna happen... but, surprise surprise... all of a sudden, there it was --> Volume 4. LOVED these 4 short books which IMO could and should have been ONE book!! In the end it was well worth the wait, because this story was awesome! Together these series is a 5 star read for me.
27-07-'18: éindelijk is dit boek gepubliceerd (KU)... had alle hoop al verloren. 10-10-'17: hup, naar de xnpsnrklbr-shelf! Dit boek gaat er niet meer komen vrees ik?! Jaden Wilkes: I would like to express my frustration and apologies about this book. Lily has had one thing after another come up and has been delayed in writing this book for months and months now. My hands are tied, I've written a lot of my portions but Lily would like to finish her parts (Ronnie and the conclusion). In the mean time I've unpublished Volume 1 and 3 (she's in control of 2) and have no idea when Volume 4 will be finished. Please don't hold it against me, I feel your absolute and utter frustration...Jude wants to be set free so bad it almost hurts. 10-10-'16: tja... 'k blijf hoop houden. Sadly real life has kept Jaden and Lily from getting this finished on time. Please hang in there, it's coming! Expected publication: May 2015
the book that will never be. 2 authors that can\t write a simple ending to a series that was pretty obviously already thought through. will never read either author again since they are both too busy socializing on their facebook pages instead of finishing a book they promised over a year ago and then numerous times since, never going to waste another dime on either of their writings. blah blah blah, keep your excuses as they are nothing more than that at this point.
This changed my overall rating of this series from a 5 star to 1 star, if you can't finish what you start then you don't deserve more than a 1.
I swear Jude is on a whole different level of fucked-up. How is it that I adore and loathe this mofo at the same time? I mean this guy had a little entanglement with his sister. Sorry, his Half-sister. Still very disturbing. Only Jude.
This book was amazing, fire, had me on my toes........ UNTIL he killed pet. After that EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL!!! If you’re gonna read it stop after he kills pet because everything after that part is UNNECESSARY!!!

I guess it's a fitting end, not sure why I expected something more like a HEA for such twisted characters, but I guess I did. Maybe that's just me trying to humanize psychopath killers.
I read the book. I like the book in its entirety with pet and Jude. I hated the ending! She was pregnant and she became what he made! She became his muse his equal to a point. In the end she was to much and not enough. In he end he chose to be alone. The entire time he spent trying to love her was pointless to me. I wish I didn’t read this book. I was very excited to see how the siblings love would play out. It ended horribly! The book did its job of keeping me hooked and invested. I skipped a lot of material after she was killed. I read the last bit and closed it. I was to shocked and hurt he really did it. What was the point ! Why do of that for him and him for her for nothing?! This book just got me very confused and unhappy.

This is seriously a twisted serial series of absolute awesomeness.. I need it now!!
UPDATE: Fabulous news that this sordid beaut is on the way at long last. 1st March!! I've always loved March now I have another reason to love it :). So excited to get back in the wicked world of Jude! *happy dance* Cannot-FUCKING-wait!! :D
ok nope nope nope. A few of these characters went so out of character in the story that it actually made me turn off what I was reading. Then I just had to laugh at it. To me it didn't make sense and I felt like it was done just to add some gore to the story. It just wasn't done very well in my opinion, at least I got to the end.
The beginning of the book was everything honey!!! I loved it. However, the ending.......hate. I hated it. I hated it with a passion, I'm so disappointed. I had so many theories in mind that was going to happen and I never would have guessed that it would end how it did. This book had so much potential, I'm just really mad about how it ended.
1 Messy-Star. ★ There was so much that I didn’t like. #1. It took over 3 years to release this book. I was into the first three despite the weird combination of sex and gore and torture. But after so long, I lost whatever passion I had reading this series.
#2. I didn’t like how each chapter was supposed to be from a different character’s perspective; titled with a different character’s name, but only Jude’s chapters were written in first person. Actually, it irritated me. And almost every chapter was from his point of view. It felt one-dimensional and redundant to even keep naming chapter after chapter with his name.
#3. Multiple times, the story got really weird. I almost forgot all about Jude’s demented fascination with biting off his victim’s nipples and saving them as mementos until I was reminded. And later stroking them while he jerks off. God help me! I can’t believe I’m even writing this. I read a lot of crazy sh**, I even have some pretty odd fantasies, but this bites the cake. I couldn’t get into the sex scenes because they were so f**ked up!
#4. I couldn’t connect with Jude because, 1, he’s f**ked up. & 2, he’s so void of any emotions and feelings, that he didn’t seem like an actual person.
“I simply dipped my head towards him and inhaled, a deep draw of air through my nose. I smelled her there on him. Her perfume, her soap, her hair products…and her c#nt.”
“F#ck yes,” I exhaled and pulled her against me. I kissed her, tasting her sweetness, imagining her mouth full of blood, our tongues exchanging the flesh of our victim” -with sentences like this, why did I think this was a great series? What the hell is wrong with me?!
“I didn’t know you were getting out. Donovan and I…just this morning…it’s dirty…” “I don’t care,” I replied, looking up at her, “I need to taste you.” I plunged my tongue between her lips and licked her dripping wet c#nt. I could taste him too, a pungent salty addition to her own sweetness. I ached to f#ck her hard, to expunge him from her body with my conquering seed, but I felt a strange compulsion to drink of him first.” -WHAT??!!?
“I called you sis,” I growled, “We share the same father.” “We’re related?” she moaned and relaxed, pushed back against me and took me deep inside of her. “We are, Pet,” I replied, my ragged breathing filling the spaces between the sounds of our naked flesh slapping against each other. “I’m your big brother.” “Oh my god,” she cried out and started to sob. She attempted to pull away,” -This part was kinda hot. Different. Original. Sexy. ;) I don’t think I remember ever reading about a guy telling his half-sister they are related mid-f#%k...
#5. I’m sorry but I don’t understand wanting to f#%k a girl while she just set a building on fire and your inside of it with her.... don’t forget the dead body she set on fire. I just don’t think I would be able to get hard, but what do I know?... and if I was the girl being rammed by a d!ck, welcomed or not, I would NOT be able to come! What the hell is wrong with Ronnie? And all the character to be honest.
I disliked how the detective had psychotic thoughts. All of the sudden he was just as bad as Jude, the serial killer.
#6. And the conversations between characters just didn’t jell for me. “What makes you think you have the right to let me do anything. I f#%king own you, Pet. Haven’t you figured that out by now? If I wanted to slice off your f#%king ears and feed them to you for breakfast, I’ll do so regardless of whether you have a problem with it or not.” -Really? Who the hells says sh** like this? Oh, yeah, ...Jude.
Interesting enough, this story did surprise me with some MMF action. But sadly it was not enough to save this story for me. Which sucks, because I rooting for this book to come out. I contacted the author, message boards, etc. just to find out when and where I could get it. Now that I had it, I wish I never picked up the series. I’m sorry.
I’m so glad I stumbled onto this series today and not four years earlier or else I would be going crazy waiting for the finale.
Review of all 4 books together.
Wow what an insane mind fuckery unpredictable ride this turned out to be!! Jude is the embodiment of a great Psycopath, he’s narcissistic, depraved, scarily intelligent, cold, calculating, handsome & rich and I’m twisted that I really really like Jude and was rooting for him.
There are 3 main characters and another kind of main / regular character that popped up in book 2 and all the characters evolved and developed throughout the series, the twist & turns were unpredictable & riveting and you do your utmost best to ignore real life trying to intrude and the carnage & love for violence from the mindset of a serial killer makes you shudder in fascination.
So if like me, you’re captivated & intrigued with Hannibal Lecter and American Pyscho, then this series is definitely for you!!
So I've just finished the complete set. Ide previously read 1-3 but they've been 're worked :) Book four was everything I had hoped it all flowed so effortlessly. This book dragged me out of my reading rut *thanks ladies* I'm sure going to miss jude... but live happy with the fact that he has a open ending. Some day he may well come back and be "normal" bahahaha who am I kidding I loved his crazy self and am glad he got the fitting ending he deserved xx

Waited a while for this, but boy was it so worth it. Lily and Jaden this was beautifully sick and twisted. The story carries straight on from 3 and is full of plot twists , murder , lies and hot hair pulling kinky sex. This isn't for the faint of heart frilly romance reader but raw love and passion in a psychotic rollercoaster of a ride. Brilliantly written and there is a few surprises thrown in you won't see coming and Jude is still his most devastatingly handsome murderous scheming self. Be warned once you step on this ride it won't let you off until the end ...maybe. Excellent all round , well worth a read if you like your men and books dark and dangerous.
I love a good dark romance but this one went from dark to just downright sick, in my opinion. After the cliffhanger in Volume 3, finding out "Pet" was in fact his half-sister but yet even when he revealed to her that they were half-siblings and they continued a sexual relationship.... yeah, I had to DNF this book. ✌

So yeah this ended pretty closely to how I figured it would at the end of the last book. I just got this feeling that this would be a series that would end with everyone but the bad guy (Jude) dead.
And yep. Jude wins. The villain wins. And he’s all villain. No anti-hero here. He’s straight up serial killer villain.
But I gotta say there is something pretty thrilling about reading a book from a killer’s perspective. His mindset is utterly fascinating and dark.
How this ends is actually pretty fitting, really. Settling down or partnering up and even remotely domesticating just wasn’t in the cards for Jude. He’s a psychopath. And if there’s one thing you need to know about true psychopaths it’s that there is no fixing them. Love won’t do it — they can’t truly love. Medication won’t help. Therapy won’t help. If they are a real psychopath (like Jude clearly is), there is no changing them. It’s how their mind works.
So knowing this, it’s one of those books you need to just strap in and appreciate stepping into a killer’s twisted mind. It’s like a train wreck. You can’t look away but it’s horrifying at the same time.
I enjoyed the series as a whole. It’s really one book broken down into four parts (about 400 pages total). It’s very VERY dark being inside Jude’s mind. But, again, it’s fascinating as well.
It’s definitely NOT a romance (but has a lot of erotic elements to it), and does not have a HEA in the traditional sense (unless you’re on team Jude, which is both hard and easy to be —- he somehow manages to make you want him to get away with it? I think there’s something wrong here. lol). The villain wins…and everyone else loses.
P.S. If you like this series check out American Psycho too (the book and movie).

Volume 1 -> 4 Stars. Volume 2 -> 4 Stars. Volume 3 -> 4 Stars. Volume 4 -> 2 Stars. The ending didn't fit for me after binge-reading all 4 volumes. I felt like the characters contradicted and changed too much from the first volume to the last. Too many unanswered questions by the end and I don't feel like the story was even "finished" if that makes sense.
I have to admit, I was hanging on the edge of my seat while reading. I love a well-written psychopath/sociopath book and this one hit the mark with Jude. Although the ending didn't fit for me, I did enjoy it. Jude was not only interesting with the way his mind worked but kept me guessing from beginning to end.
I did enjoy the author's writing style and will be sure to check out their other works available. As a reader with next to no triggers, I enjoyed this dark read. It was disturbing and gruesome, but I was glued to my kindle.
These four volumes were LOADED IN TRIGGERS, WARNING to any potential readers that are viewing this review - if you have any sort of triggers or are sensitive in any way - this book won't be for you. I'll add the triggers in a spoiler tag below.
Masssss e muita doideira pro meu gosto kkkk
The series in general was pretty boring to me. Am I desensitized to the point of concern? Maybe. This ending, however, made the entire series not only boring but fucking redundant. We ended up in the exact same place we started with no growth in character, world build, scene change, or motivation.
Jude has finally graced us with his presence once again and I'm glad he came back. It's was great to see him in full blown psycho mode and see his freak fly. Sure I wasn't entirely happy with the way the story progressed towards the end (no spoilers here) but I could see just where he was coming from and why it panned out the way it did. He is a sociopath (who thinks he's a god lol) after all.
I guess we're both a little narcissistic. It's rather like fucking one's self, isn't it.
We were perfect for each other, two halves of a whole, and completely caught up in our our greatness
Thankyou Lily and Jade for finishing this series for us.
