I couldn't get a connection with these characters or feel the love between them. Disappointing because I enjoyed the plot behind it. Just didn't feel anything really.

Eliza is a French businesswoman who has launched and grown her matchmaking business into a million dollar company. She handles high dollar clients only. She knows what people are willing to pay for. She doesn't have an escort company, she has a matchmaking business. Her ex took most of her clients and money when he left her for the younger teenage model. Eliza hasn't been in the matchmaking business for herself, but, for her clients. Eliza has been nominated for matchmaker of the year, and is going on a week long trip for this award within her industry. Eliza needs a man to take with her or she is afraid she will be the laughing stock of the trip without a man by herself.

Becket, in his 50's and is a strong successful businessman. Becket is a widow, having lost his wife from cancer. His only daughter, Wendy, is now married and expecting twins. Wendy met her husband, Sam also through Eliza, and she has always remained close friends with Eliza. When her father, Becket shows interests in Eliza she is beyond elated for him.

Becket & Eliza have a few days before going on the week long island adventure. Becket is a man who will not let anyone harm Eliza, he is very protective of her. He can read her like an open book. When Becket notices Eliza's ex is on the same private airlines they are on to the island, Becket stands up for Eliza making him aware that he can’t talk to her like he is at all.

While Eliza is out of the country and away, someone has gone to the media telling all lies about Eliza and her company and how Eliza is a glorified pimp. Eliza is beside herself. Eliza is now fighting for her business. Becket and Eliza fly back to the states but Eliza pushes him away, as she is used to handling things herself and walks away from Becket.

Becket knows he loves her and wants to fight for her, but will Eliza give in and let someone help her?

Madam Eliza had been nominated for Matchmaker of the year and received an invitation to Matcher's Island. The Island was in the British Virgin Island east of Puerto Rico, and the only way one got to go there was by invitation. And the invitations were only sent out once a year. But there was a catch. She was single and showing up to Matcher’s Island without a man would ruin her reputation as a matchmaker, which in turn would hurt her bank account. Eliza had to find someone, whether the match was real or fake. If she had her way, she'd go there on her own, but she was expected to show up with a man by her side, and that is what she would do. Eliza just needed a somewhat worthy guy to stand by her side for a week.
Beckett Monroe needed to find someone to share his newfound happiness with. Someone he could be intimate with. Someone he could live the rest of his life with. Someone he could move on with. His wife died during his daughter Wendy’s first year at college and losing her almost killed him. He allowed his grief to take over and almost destroy him—destroy Wendy. Drinking, gambling, loan sharks, you name it, he did it. But thanks to a wake-up call when our apartment building burned down, I turned my life around. Beckett consulted for a wealthy law conglomerate which owned many tech companies. The head honcho was a billionaire he’d met in rehab. They got each other through the dark times. In short, Beckett helped save the guy's empire and technically his life by helping him get clean and sober. In return, he helped Beckett network and find lucrative work. He wasn’t super rich, but the way the guy and his friends had paid him boosted him to multi-millionaire status.
Eva Luxe has taken the scenario of match maker and client to a whole new level and given it a sexy, mysterious twist. This was a steamy, fun read that I thoroughly enjoyed and so will you.

That winning writing team of Luxe and Conners have done it again! Their newest novel “MATCH WANTED” is an absolute dream! I laughed, I cried, I sighed and swooned. Romance does not die when one turns 35, it just turns up the heat, and HEAT is what is delivered in “MATCH WANTED”! The premise of the book is novel, and you can read the blurb to get that “MATCH WANTED” is the story of a matchmaker who is so successful that she has won an award and yet is frustratingly unable to make her own match. Until Beckett Monroe walks into her office and lights her match – quite literally! This book was so refreshing and enjoyable, I could not put it down. I stayed up all night to finish “MATCH WANTED,” because the story that so intrigued me! The story of Eliza and Becket is a love story that captured my imagination and warmed my heart. Don’t get me wrong, it is sensuous, erotic, and told with such realism and insight, I imagined the characters walking off the page and into the bistro where I sipped my morning coffee. FANTASY ISLAND DREAMING!!!
I have to give credit where credit is due. These two ladies light up our world with incredible insight and endless possibilities. They pull us into their imagination and weave a world around us until everything else ceases to exist. They possess the skill of a surgeon except their tools of choice are words which they wield with precision. Creating characters so realistic and believable with on point accuracy they come alive before our eyes. The personalities flow smoothly and transform to become the individuals for the roles that were created just for them. With built up chemistry so hot and explosive that sparks fly through the pages. Armed with a strong storyline with all the action, suspense and unexpected surprises that hook us from the start and reels us in for the duration. Scenes so vividly detailed perfectly and come together for a magnificent backdrop that make this page turning bombshell an excellent tale. Add in all the twists and turns and you've got a high octane read that holds your focus until the last word. Eva and Juliana did a remarkable job bringing this read together flawlessly. Fantastic job ladies, thanks for sharing this awesome read with us.

This is a wonderful story about Eliza and Beckett. Eliza has built her match making business into one of the most successful and every year an award is given to the matchmaker of the year! Eliza is nominated and needs a man to come with her to the island event. Eliza has never been able to find her one perfect match and has been afraid to try after what her ex did to her. One day she meets a man, Beckett looking to turn in his application to find his match. Beckett has had a hard time dealing with the lost of his wife and it took him several years to recover and become whole again. Once he meets Eliza he realizes that she is someone special and Eliza confirms it after her assistant runs his application through their system. Their love is something special and Beckett does everything he can to protect her once a smear on her business hits the media. Eliza turns Beckett away trying to protect him and Beckett does everything he can behind her back to find out an answer to her media attack. The end is a twist you will not see coming! I was so glad to see that Eliza the matchmaker from this series finally got a match of her own! Beckett was the perfect man for her. I also liked that this story was about an older couple. Books these days seem to focus on a younger couple. Older people have just as much sex appeal and chemistry. Eliza is up for the award of matchmaker of the year and feels she needs to come with a match of her own to the event. Beckett is the father of own of her matches. Beckett had a hard time when his wife died and has since straightened out and is open to love again. He goes to Eliza's company to find a match. Eliza has decided to finally use her own system to find a match. The two are a perfect match and Beckett agrees to be her date for the event she is going to. The two have such great chemistry and Beckett knows Eliza is the one for him. Someone is trying to ruin Eliza's company and reputation and she does not want to drag Beckett into it. He says he will protect her and help her deal with the people trying to ruin her. Eliza realizes Beckett is the perfect man for her and that he will stand by her. This is a very will written book with developed characters and a great storyline. I loved the HEA!

Now this was a sexy story! Juliana and Eva team up to give us a book that will make you greedy for more. Eliza is a well known matchmaker that can't seem to find her match. Becket is a man with a broken past that he has overcome and now wants to find love. When these two team up, it is with uncertainty from her and love and knowledge from him. With a little deceit, a lot of lust, and a scandal brewing their way, these two make for a hot read. I thoroughly enjoyed this! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

Eliza is the top match maker always setting up perfect couples (sometimes it doesn't work out) shes independent but hears she is nominated for match maker of the year. She knows this is a high light of her career so she needs to bring a date, letting her match up match her to the older handsome Beckett who knows he wants his feisty French curvy gal and all her kinks.. they have a amazing time on the island but something happens..

Someone is trying to ruin Eliza company!! Can these two make it or shall a secert crush there dreams of being in love and together?!?!?

This book was written by two of my favorite authors, Juliana Conners and Eva Luxe. Well written with well developed characters. Once you start reading, this book is hard to put down. The story of top matchmaker Eliza in her quest to find the perfect match for herself. She needs a date for the matchmaker retreat so she won't have egg on her face. She's been so busy that she didn't have time for a love life. Things change when Beckett walks into her office. Then the drama begins. Lots of twists, surprises and suspense. A little mystery that needs to be solved. Fast paced with lots of action and some steamy scenes. A good read that I read as a reader copy and voluntarily chose to write a review.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader copy of this book. I really enjoyed Eliza and Beckett. Eliza owns a matching making business and lives to find people their happiness but never taking the time to find someone for herself. I guess you could call that selfless, but we all need someone special in our lives. She’s so good at what she does she’s been nominated for best Matchmaker of the year. One catch, she needs a date and when Beckett walks into her office, he’s perfect! This is such a fun book, it’s sexy, hot, some drama, suspense and twists and turns that will keep you reading until the very end. No spoilers from me, this is a must read ladies so grab it now, you won’t be disappointed.

A very well written story about how an ex can ruin a lot for you and how to overcome what fate throws at you.
Amazing storyline and plot. Characters are likeable and well described. It has a mix of lust, attraction, chemistry, hotness, protectiveness, ex boyfriend and twists. A man that stands up for his woman and someone that tries to ruin her. Is a great mix and makes a lot of drama and keeps you on the edge.
Eva Luxe and Juliana Conners have once again written a story in their unique style that keeps you waiting for what happens next. I would highly recommend it to everyone who enjoys romance with a bit of drama.

Awesome contemporary billionaire matchmaker romance. Eliza has worked for many years to make her matchmaking business the best. When she runs into a man vaguely familiar who is looking for his match she tells him to apply. For several years she has looked for her match but have up after a few disasters. Turns out the handsome gentleman she met, Beckett is her match. Eliza who is French and Beckett have trials, tribulations and sexy fun ahead of them. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. This is a standalone with a HEA. I very much look forward to reading future books by these authors.

A matchmaker makes herself a match

Matchmaker Eliza needs a match for herself right now. She’s been invited to an exclusive matchmakers only event. If she shows up without her own match she would be ridiculed and possible put out of business. But she’s never been able to find her own happily ever after.

Beckett is just returning to the dating pool after losing his wife. He didn’t take her death well and fell into alcoholism. He’s just out of rehab and wants his own happy ending and he’s sure Eliza is the one. But outside events are working against them. Can the matchmaker find her own happiness?

A great read that's filled with sweetness, humor and sizzling passion. In this well written book we meet Eliza, a successful matchmaker that has never been able to find her own match. Then she finds herself in need of a way to save face with other matchmakers because of this fact. Fate decides to step in and Beckett enters the picture. He's willing to help her out. What follows is a truly pleasurable romance that has drama, mystery, suspense and steamy. A excellent read. This is my totally honest, voluntary review.

Eliza is one of the most prominent match makers in the business but has been unable to find her own match. Now she was up for an award and needed a match to accompany her to the event. Beckett had lost his wife years earlier and had lost himself for a while, now after sorting himself out he is looking for a new partner to spend his life with. I loved how this book included people from earlier books in the series. The story is touching in parts, loving in others and as you know there is always someone looking to course trouble when others find happiness, Great Read.

Loved it. Very well written. She runs a match making service and is very good at it. But she can't find a match for herself. She is supposed to get an award at an island and doesn't want to go alone and be humiliated. In walks an older man in her business and they think they are a match. He goes with her but things do not go smoothly. It is exciting, emotional, fun, suspenseful and so much more. I was given a review copy and voluntarily review it.

This is an amazing book that I really enjoyed reading. The characters and the story are just perfect. The mix of sadness, hot scenes, passion, pain, trust, emotional ups and downs makes it worth the read. I highly recommend this book.
This is a standalone book with no cliffhangers, but I hope there will be a book about some of the other characters from this book.

I enjoyed Eliza and Beckett's story. They were likeable characters that had me rooting for them. It was also nice, for a change, to see characters who weren't in their 20s or 30s. There was some drama and twists, as well as some steamy moments. The storyline kept my interest. I am looking forward to the next story by this writing duo.

This is definitely worth a one-click. This is a story about finding your perfect match, but more than that it is about believing your perfect match is out there. I loved the dynamics between Eliza and Beckett. Ms Luxe and Ms. Conners do an amazing job of portraying the anxiety, anticipation, and emotional rollercoaster ride that many go through when trying to find their perfect "match". This story has a little bit of everything and a whole lot of chemistry. Great Book!

This is a fun read, the jaw-dropping drama increases the intensity & interest. I was totally shocked because I thought this was just going to be a matchmaker finding her match but it packs much more than that and was a clever twist to the plot. I really like that the characters are more mature, he is determined and I enjoyed reading how their chance at love unfolds. Their chemistry is....keep your legs crossed....mature. :)

I really enjoy a good book when these ladies get together. This one is no exception. You can always expect a heck of a hot romance when they write. This book was really good. I enjoyed reading this book about Eliza and Beckett. We saw them in previous books but it was their time to have their own story. It was a sexy read about slightly older characters and how their relationship develops through the matching agency the Eliza runs.

Awesome book...

Eliza is a an extremely successful match maker who needs a date for an awards ceremony where she is up for the top prize. Beckett is a recently sober billionaire who believes that Eliza is the woman who will make his life complete but can he make her see that or will rumers and scandal keep them apart?

Becket and Eliza are good characters, actually well developed. I had a hard time getting into their story, however. Something felt a bit unnatural. Having said that, I still enjoyed their journey. It was sensual and sweet.

Loved it

I loved Eliza and Beckett's story!! I loved how he helped her ever thought she didn't want him to and how they had a instant connection. They were each others perfect match like the book said. I would recommend this book to anyone!
