For a textbook, it really wasn’t that bad reading. 4 stars in the world of textbooks, 2.5 stars for actual enjoyment. Only wanted to rip my hair out like once

Really found this book well done and pragmatic. Shared it with a principal leader that is building professional learning communities in their school. Will use this book in the future in regards to frameworks and methods.

The only textbook from this semester that I'll buy to use for my own reference. Terrific compilation of terminology and research on teamwork and leadership dynamics. A must-read for anyone in workplace settings.

Unfortunately not a very in-depth textbook. Seems to skim over concepts with as minimal description as possible.
Difficult to relate into real-world scenarios.

Dry and often repetitive, but a useful, practical summary of research about how to participate in and structure useful groups.
