This book actually has some AWESOME healthy recipes. There’s so many helpful cooking tips, they have the nutritional information for each recipe and it really focuses on the cooking time being quick and easy. It’s been hard for me to find a good cookbook that is both yummy and diabetic friendly. I’m keeping this on my kitchen counter from now on.
