Overall, if you are interested in Ayurveda with a mix of earth religion, then this is the book for you. It has rituals for different occasions to promote mindfulness. It has also has plenty of info on making natural body products.
Enjoyed this book. Many familiar practices, but several new ones. The book was beautiful, the drawings and photos were very nice. It had an overall calming feel.
