Loved this book. Sweet, short and informative book that sets the main foundations of meditation and mindfulness for women. Looking forward to starting the rituals learned. Highly recommend for those starting their journey towards the spiritual path.

Overall, if you are interested in Ayurveda with a mix of earth religion, then this is the book for you. It has rituals for different occasions to promote mindfulness. It has also has plenty of info on making natural body products.

Enjoyed this book. Many familiar practices, but several new ones. The book was beautiful, the drawings and photos were very nice. It had an overall calming feel.

Interesting small book focused on mindfulness and how to achieve it or, at least, how to work on achieving it.
