I absolutely loved this book! This was one of those books that is so good, you don't want to put it down, but at the same time, you don't want it to end either! She is so good at character development, and her storyline is riveting! I loved every character in the book.
Nic and Eva are perfect together, and no matter what happens, they're always there for the other. And boy, do they go thru alot in this book!!
This has turned into one of my new favorite series, I can't wait to see what's next!

This book was better than the first one in my opinion.
Because we get to understand more about the experiments and changes that the main characters are living.
The plot of the book is good, but I feel like the narrative could be better more engaging.
The main characters are supposed to be powerful and so strong but at every turn they are overpowered and captured.
That was so troubling to me.

I thought that Patricia Eddy put Eva and Nic through some things in the last book, but that may as well have been a vacation compared to what happens to them this time around, I think.
Eva and Nic are now not only bonded in the vampire way, they are also now legally married. They've had a few lovely hours, but it's coming to be time for Nic to turn himself in for interrogation. He entrusts Evangeline to Vittoria and Carlos's care, and the hired bodyguards. Vittoria and Carlos both promise to watch out for Eva, but... It turns out things don't go the way that they should, and it's a really good thing that Nic hired Bayard and Sylvie to act as their bodyguards.
Nic and Eva separated much of the book, which helps add to the drama, but it's never easy on them. They have some powerful enemies who want to bring them down and use them for their own plans. I feel so sorry for everything that they have to go through, but none of it is really in vain. (or in vein, if you'd rather) Among other things, it just proves that they are perfect for each other, and that there is no one else for either one of them.
I love that Eddy doesn't just brush over the fact that Eva spent her entire life in the catacombs and had no experience with crowds, cars, trains, airplanes, whatever. She shows how that stuff affects Eva and Eva doesn't just get over things immediately.
I'm not sure if there's going to be another book following Eva and Nic, but I so hope so. I wouldn't mind a book about Phillpe and Bayard as well.

I fell in love with Nicola and Evangeline in "Secrets In Blood" and have waited anxiously for this next chapter in their story.
It was worth every second of the wait!
This book kept me tied up in KNOTS the whole time I was reading. The intensity is just spectacular--not just the action, which is pretty spectacular itself, but the characters themselves. You feel as if you are right there with them living through everything they're going through.
And they go through a lot! There are ties that make you wonder if even their epic love will survive, driving you to root for them all the harder. They just get that deep under your skin. It's GREAT!!
Patricia Eddy has done a marvelous job of continuity with the story. If you've read "Secrets" then you will be able to just pick up the story immediately. Even better, if its' been a while, there are reminders of events from the previous book that will keep you up to date while keeping everything flowing smoothly.
A masterpiece for vampire lovers such as myself as well as anyone who just loves a great story with characters that come off the page to drag you into their lives.

Blown away!! I had very high expectations for this book after reading book 1 (which is necessary btw) and I wasn't disappointed at all!! Though I enjoyed book 1, I loved this book even more. It's a very fast paced, intriguing and very suspenseful story that sucked me in and refused to let go until the story was over. And even then I wasnt ready to let it go, I wanted more.

I loved this book.and could not put it down. It had me riding a rollercoaster of emotions it had evwrything you could want love betrayal revenge and action.... I'm wondering if there's gonna be more i would love to know what happened with Marie... I reckon the talent Ms Patricia Eddy could write more if she so wished.... I recommend this book....

The second book of Patricia Eddys paranormal thriller picks up right where the first left off. If you have not read Secrets In Blood stop now, read it then come back here. This is an on going truly good story. This is not my genre but Ms. Eddy has sold me and created a new fan! The editing is superb, the storyline smooth and does not drag or repeat, can't turn the pages fast enough. The story is not dark but does have some violence, no raw sex scenes but plenty of sex for this book.
Eva and Nic are practically on the run as soon as getting to Italy. Luigi, head of the Conclave is determined to kill Nic and Capture Eva. Because of her father’s experiments with her blood Luigi desperately wants her.
Betrayals, secrets, terror, pain, love, surprise revelations, Nic and Eva experience it all. Will their bond and love survive all the turmoil or…..

The continuation of Nic and Evangeline’s story. They escaped the catacombs barely and have bonded together but now they must fight to stay together and see if their bond is strong enough to carry them through this next battle that is to come. Nic is sent off to face his peers at The Conclave and to be interrogated after just escaping 18 years of torture, to say he is nervous is a huge understatement. He has to leave his lifemate Evangeline, he is not happy, she is scared for him, and together they try to stay strong for each other. With betrayals, enemies that they never see coming, and on the run can they survive or will this be the end to their ending? Epic read and I loved every second of it. Can’t wait for more.

Revelations in Blood is the continuation to Secrets in Blood and picks up after Nicola and Evangeline have bonded, married and escaped from the cult that was seeking to destroy Vampires. In this second installment, Nic and Eva must now face the Vampire adversaries that have turned against Nic and want to renege on the laws and value they placed protecting human life. Nic and Eva's unique genetic makeup and immortality make them targets to be studied. They are again captured but instead of by humans they are now at the mercy of Vampires who seek to take advantage of their genetic composition and experiment to use Nic and Eva's DNA for their own gain. While an interesting concept with a rich world built around it, the story drags and the bulk of the plot is taken up by Nic and Eva in captivity or trying to escape captivity. It's a distinct and entertaining concept but too much of the same happening throughout.

This is a fast paced, action packed story but at the center of it all is the all encompassing love between Nic and Evangeline. The fertile imagination of Patricia Eddy draws us into a world that is enthralling and gritty. Her characters have so much depth that their emotions almost pulsate off the page.
Nic and Evangeline had but a couple of days to enjoy wedded bliss. Then they become embroiled in a fight for their very lives against the Conclave. There are powerful forces working against them in addition to a quest for immortality and a scheme to alter balance of power between humans and vampires. Will their bond be strong enough to sustain them through it all?

Revelations in blood is an amazing continuation of Eva and Nick’s journey! In this book the happy Couple make it to the beautiful Italy where they believe to be safe. Here the story takes on a dangerous turn after Nick is taken to the Conclave for the dreaded interrogation. Patricia does such an amazing job with all her characters where villains and heroes are both loved and hated and sometimes, Even end up switching places. I enjoyed this book immensely and could not put it down until I got to the last page. RIB is one of the best vampire romances I have read in a while!!

Revelations in Blood was a fantastic follow-up to Secrets in Blood! It had some dark twists, and I loved this thrilling story! Edgy and filled with adventure and danger, I needed to see if Nic and Evangeline would find their way back to each other. The characters in this book had my emotions all over the place, hoping to prevail over evil, yet at the same time, in a way, I could really empathize with everything that was going on. Finding strength from their life-mate bond to survive made this such an astounding story!

This was a very good continuation of Eva and Nic’s story. It’s filled with action, emotion, adventure, and enduring love. Fast paced and well written. We as readers are taken on a journey rather than just told a story. You both want to know what happens and the story to standstill so it never has to end. I am given all that I want and more. I highly recommend this book. Grab it settle in and enjoy.

Book One Was Good; This Was Even Better
I enjoyed the first book of this series, but was turned off by the repetitive phrasing and constant vulgar language that didn't help the story. These issues were not as prevalent in Revelations in Blood, and while the storyline in the first book was very good, this was much better - well thought out and well executed. I look forward to reading the next book of this series, and would recommend this book to any reader who loves a good vampire novel ( better still: Read both books in the series!)

I really wanted to like this series. I truly did. Vamps are my jam. Both books come with imprisonment in an underground facility. Break out of facility. Then break back into said facility. Both books. It's THE plot device I hate most. The rest of the story didn't hook me much either. If there is a book 3 I likely won't read it. I don't think I could take yet another underground facility imprisonment. I'm not usually so harsh, maybe I'm having a bad day. Maybe this series should have been better thought out.

I wish I could give this series 10 *. The writing style and flow is stupendous. I truly enjoyed this paranormal romance for the way the author highlighted the love bond between Nic and Evangeline was beyond physical but eternal. Despite the difficulties and ordeals they endured at those they trusted, their love never wavered. I truly appreciate how well this book was written. The characters are so well developed I fell in love with even the secondary ones. I highly recommend this book!

This is the second book in the series!! I love the world Eddy created in the paranormal romance. I legit couldn't put this book down!! It is the continuation of Nic and Eva's journey above ground. Eddy gives you all the feels with suspense, action, betrayal and love. I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next! I have a thing about reading spoilers, and I hate to give them but trust me... you are going to want to read this book!

This is a great story. The world is creative and interesting. The chemistry between the MC's is great. I love this authors writing style, it's very well written with a good pace and flow. This is book two and you need to read book one. The story picks up where book one left off.
There is a lot of action and so many emotions. While you get the romance you also get fear, betrayal, surprise and a couple of kick ass new characters.
I can't recommend you read this enough, it is just a great read.

This book is such a winner! It is the 2nd in a series and my heart is still pounding. This is an intense, adrenaline packed read that will keep you turning the pages. The love story of Nic and Evangeline and what they had to endure is so emotional. I thought I had read all the spins that could be written about vampires, but I was wrong.... SO WRONG! This author just upped the ante on vampire books. I loved this book and highly recommend it.

I thought book 1 had loads in it but this book is jammed packed, there are so many more surprises, double crossing and good lord twists just when I think I have everyone's story straight bam yet another twists, I will be honest the inside of my mouth was sore from biting it while reading this. I honestly don't know how Nicola and Eve can handle everything going on when all they want to do is be with each other however her farther has made this impossible for them at least for now ...

This is the second book in a series and starts off where book 1 ended. Nic and Evangeline have just bonded and married and are ready to spend centuries together. When Nic is taken away to be interrogated by the conclave things start to unravel in their happily ever after. This is a fast-paced adventure and there are lots of surprises along the way. I truly could not put this book down once I started reading it.

I really enjoyed this book. This is the second in the series and you really need to read the first book before this one but I actually liked this one better than the first. It is a paranormal romance but it has s lot of action, steamy sex scenes and suspense too. I enjoy this authors writing style and I look forward to reading more from her.!!

I loved the second part of this series, we already know our participants in the story, throw in a new life, more old vamps, a mother and lover, dedicated body guards.
Blood it has wonderful effects on Nic, mated and happy, he can't wait to get Eva home.

This is a love like no other I truly love Nic and Eva and what they have to go through to survive. There is danger everywhere with action and love. These characters are extremely well developed and so well written you will fall in love with them. This was my first Vampire series and oh boy I cant recommend this enough it will have you sucked right in.

I really enjoyed the second part of secrets in blood, this is the second book and it takes us where book one left of where Nic and Eva have to go back to Italy to deal with the conclave. This was a fast paced book and it left you wanting more, I really enjoyed this book and the new characters that were in it. Can’t wait to see what’s next for Eva and Nic.

Amazingly wonderful vampire book!!!!
I'm a vampire junkie and I've read just about everything vamp related. This book (and the first one!) Is phenomenal!! The story is fast paced and heart stopping at times!! I need to know more!!! Great read and this one deserves so much more than just 5 stars!!!!!

Amazing!!! I really truly have fallen in love with the writing of Patricia Eddy. She makes the characters so real to me. Nic and Eva have a bond any person would want. Absolutely loved this book and want more!!!

This book was well written! Continue following characters from the first book as you read their further adventures. Could not put this book down! I laughed, I cried and enjoyed reading. Bravo to Patricia Eddy for another amazing book.
