I picked up this short book from the library, but found it formulaic and disappointing. The author frequently quotes other works such as Mark Manson's Subtle Art of Not Giving a F%ck without coming up with anything new or helpful.
He admits that many persons may have problems with worrying or overthinking a problem in today's society. His answer 'Just stop doing it', cause it's bad for your mental health. Also such common advice as 'Do Yoga' and stop looking at social media. I learned nothing new or helpful.
