The Army Ranger Trilogy

Rate this book
These U.S. Army Rangers fought for their country. Are they willing to fight for the women they love?

RANGER'S DESTINY

Sergeant Cory Foster’s chance meeting with his sister’s E.R. doc blindsides the commitment-phobic soldier. Doctor Maddy Wright has good reasons for not trusting military men. But when Cory needs her help, which will her aversion to soldiers or her compassion?

Ella Foster gave her heart to a dirtbag who knocked her up and dumped her. What she really needs is a man like quintessential nice guy, Sergeant Chase Richards. The Bro Code says you shouldn’t fall in love with your best friend’s sister—but the Bro Code never anticipated a woman like Ella. Even nice guys have their limits…

RANGER'S SACRIFICE

Cory is always the one in charge. But sometimes a man just has to give up control, especially to a woman like Maddy. Maddy’s sure she sucks at the whole military girlfriend thing. And how in the world will she tell Cory he’s going to be a father?

Chase suspects Ella is “The One,” but he also has an unbreakable allegiance to the Ranger team. Is there room in his life to commit to both? Ella’s past is filled with bad choices and lousy guys. Does she really deserve the happiness that Chase offers? When Cory and Chase are deployed again, the Ranger team starts to unravel. And then the unthinkable happens…

RANGER'S HONOR

Is the life Cory loves coming to an end? After all, Rangers can’t afford panic attacks and nightmares. Maddy never wanted a soldier in her life, but her love for Cory and impending motherhood has changed her mind. Can she find the key to helping Cory release his inner demons before she loses him?

With the loss of his leg, how can Chase ever again be man enough for Ella? Pushing her out of his life seems like the only option. Ella has been fighting battles of her own, but how long can she keep fighting for a man who’s determined to reject her love? When an old enemy gets tangled in the mix, will the ties of love, family and honor be their salvation?

Tracey’s writing has been described as “vivid” and “gut-wrenchingly beautiful” and has been accused of making readers cry. All of which makes her heart feel ten times bigger because (despite having the appearance of a got-it-together business owner) she’s a hopeless romantic who believes that love—in all its many forms—truly makes the world go round.

Get swept away by wounded, flawed and vulnerable heroes (and the women who love them).

Join strong heroines on their riveting journeys through loss, forgiveness and self-realization.

Hang onto the edge of your seat through action-packed adventure and drama.

And most of all, escape into the combustible combination of ‘slow burn’ sensual pleasure and true love!

Tracey is a former Army combat medic and EMT. When not writing (or working part-time to support her writing habit), Tracey enjoys riding her motorcycle (which she affectionately calls ‘Black Widow’); spending time at the lake with family; and watching her favorite soccer teams (which include her kids’).

She lives on a 3-acre oasis in small-town Minnesota with a small menagerie of critters, an infinitesimally understanding hubby, and two almost-grown children who put up with the ‘embarrassment’ of a motorcycle-riding, romance writing mom!

This just was not for me. It felt like it was too hard to get to really know the characters. Love interest for the sister and the brother, and too much drama at once.

I got this eARC from Netgalley

I recieved a free digital copy from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. All opinions stated are my own and given freely.

So I got this because I love a good military romance... I must have misread the blurbs since I thought each guy would get his own book... I found it a little weird that both guys got the girls in the same book and that the next book was still about them...

I wasn't a huge fan of any of the characters, there wasn't a whole lot of character development or plot management... In the first book the whole Roland thing... In the second book he's supposed to be in prison but isn't... That's a huge plot hole right there... It hugged me quite a lot sadly.

None of the characters were very engaging and there wasn't a lot of time spent on the individuals to forward to plot it was a very thin plot throughout all three books.

There were plenty of steamy scenes which seemed to be the major focus of the books.

Sadly I didn't enjoy this one anywhere near as much as I'd hoped. But I appreciate the gift from the publisher and Netgalley.

An enthralling tribute to Army Rangers with TWO romances!

First of all, I recommend that this story be read as a whole, in this complete collection. It's long - nearly 500 pages - but it's so well done that every page counts as there is a lot going on here.

The story surrounds brother and sister Cory and Ella, and encompasses Ella's romance with Cory's best friend and fellow Ranger, Chase, and Cory's romance with Ella's doctor, Maddy. Each of these couples has a very long road to their HEA as their lives are complicated by realistic risks, sacrifices, and emotional baggage. Everything in this story has a solid ring of truth, making it an absorbing story that doesn't gloss over the real-life hardships of loving a military man.

It also bears the distinction of being the first book I've ever read - out of literally thousands - that is both a well-detailed, passionate romance and a Christian story of faith. It's a fine balance to show the couples' typically mainstream lives alongside their own personal struggles with faith without casting any judgment either way, but that's exactly what this book accomplishes. I was happily impressed to see the Christian faith rendered in such a multifaceted, authentic manner.

Bring your tissues too, as there are plenty of hard-impact challenges faced by our four main characters. By the time we get to the HEA - and trust me, both couples get a solid happy ending - we've been through the wringer with all of them more than once. The final scene is both joyous and triumphant, both hard earned and well deserved. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

This is the complete Army Ranger series in one boxed set and was a great introduction to this authors work I loved them they flowed well had great story lines and kept me engaged all through the books A perfect way to introduce yourself to this authors work like I did. I will review each book below. Many people talk of an earlier book Rangers Luck I hadn't read this book and I had no trouble following these three and it isn't available for purchase anyway

RANGER'S DESTINY
Chase is a army ranger along with his best friends Cory and Brett he also has his eye on Ella Corey's younger sister but he knows he cannot go there after all there is bro code. When Corey is badly injured Chase helps Ella to care for him and the close proximity makes her totally irresistible The when Ella's past comes calling this all alpha males protective instincts kick in no one will hurt his woman and she is his .
RANGER"S SACRIFICE
In this book we get more of a story about Ella and Chase but we also get more details about Corey and Maddie the doctor that treated him after he was bashed up. We learn That Ella is still involved with the drug dealers though a stop is soon pout to that and then Corey and Chase are sent on a deployment one that has far reaching consequences and Corey doesn't even know that he is about to be a father.
RANGER'S HONOR
The men have returned from their deployment and they are recovering from their wounds both physical and mental Will they be able to readjust to civilian life and the woman they love or will it all be too much.

This trilogy of book, The Army Ranger Trilogy, is all around terrific! I mean, it's absolutely AMAZING!! It starts with Destiny, continues with Sacrifice, and ends with Honor, and just the titles should give a hint of what is involved in the stories.

Ms. Tracey Cramer-Kelly draws you into the every day lives of two Army Rangers, giving you just a TINY glimpse of the love, joy, fear, remorse, action, danger, drama, and MORE these men go through on a daily basis, and you can't help but fall in love with them. You can't help but cry when they hurt over losing a loved one or are hurt themselves, you are relieved when they're okay, and you smile when they're happy.

Not many books, or Authors - especially today's romance - are able to draw you into the books like Ms. Cramer-Kelly has been able to do with this series. And definitely not many romance authors get most of her Military information correct I hate to say, but I am thrilled that this amazing Author did just that; though of course it still is nothing compared to what really goes on in real life. I am also thrilled that Ms. Cramer-Kelly is trying to shed light on a much needed topic: Veteran's suicide. We Veterans need all the help we can get letting our Troops know they are still appreciated when they are home, and Ms. Cramer-Kelly does a great job of doing just that.

I absolutely loved The Army Ranger Trilogy - so much that I read all three books in one sitting! The characters of Cory, Maddy, Ella, and Chase are well-developed, and very relatable. This trilogy is the perfect distraction for today's uncertain climate.

******TRIGGER WARNING*******
The Army Ranger Trilogy is first and foremost a romance; however, the themes of PTSD, maiming war injuries, and veterans' suicide run through all of the books.
***END TRIGGER WARNING***

These books are also a story of redemption and recovery. Although not the least preachy, the strong Christian faith of one character make an enormous difference in his life.

I would highly recommend this title to anyone over the age of 18, as it does contain graphic sex scenes. This is a must read for those who love stories about hot military guys.

In the interest of full disclosure, I received a free digital copy of this title to review from Net Galley.

I really liked these books. From the first time you meet the characters there is an instant bond between them all and you can feel it. I love a book with strong, determined and distinct characters and this is exactly what I read. Being an Military spouse must be quite hard and I think we feel that through the book. Just enough romance and action to keep you turning the pages to see what’s next. I’ll admit there was a moment or two when I got a little teary at what was happening in the story but I loved that too.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to read this book, probably one I wouldn’t have sought after without NetGalley

ARC received for review

These three books are about two couple Army Rangers, Cory and Chase, and their ladies, Maddy and Ella. Cory and Ella are siblings, and have issues from childhood. Maddy has issues being with a military man. Then there's Cory and Chase's problems from being in the service. Plus there's a bad guy who fixated with both girls at different times. Each book flows into the next one. Overall, they were good, but just too much angst about ALL the issues. I did love that Chase's family is from a city I am very familiar with as a teenager.

The Army Ranger Trilogy is a wonderful collection of stories that is definitely best read in its entirety. There is loyalty, commitment to duty, passionate romance and some endearing moments of rekindled faith. The characters portrayals are realistic and well-developed, and the storylines are captivating and easy to follow too. I thoroughly enjoyed this series of books and look forward to reading more from Tracey Cramer-Kelly.

A movivg, heartwarming, tearful and passionate tribute to our military personnel

This author has an a talent for revealing the sacrifices made not only by our soldiers but by everyone they touch. Freedom does not come without a price! They fight hard and love deeper and harder. I highly recommend reading the trilogy as one continuous book.

I LOVED this trilogy – it was absolutely brilliant!

To experience the situation that these Army guys go through is humbling.

The detail is amazing, the love, romance and honour shines through and it was a completely additive read – I loved each book and I certainly did not want to put them down.

I have no hesitation in giving this trilogy 5 stars - well done Tracey!

The Army Ranger Trilogy. This trilogy was great! I read it awhile ago but remember it so vividly. Cory and Chase are good friends. They were in the Army together and saw so much war. But coming home they run into two women that changes their lives in such a way they can't believe they had it in themselves. The characters are believable and tug on your heart. This is a great trilogy to read!

Started this trilogy from Amazon Kindle Unlimited on 23 Jul and I couldn't put it down until I was completely done reading which was today, 26 Jul. These books give you an ideal of what an elite Soldier/family/girlfriend goes through during their time in service. It also, gives them hope and peace when they have God in their hearts. However it also touches on a subject that we vets hear to often of 22 vets die a day from suicide. What these soldiers, sailors and airmen see/do/handle when at war is so much harder then what a civilian goes through their whole life. Thank you for touching on a subject most people don't want to discuss.
