Definitely one of the weakest volumes in the series so far but it was still fairly enjoyable and I'm still going to continue with the series. I found most of this volume to be confusing. I found the first chapter of this volume interesting though as the exploration of Armin's guilt was done really well.
Also, can we talk about how the cover of this one is really misleading? Eren was barely in this volume yet he's the only one on the cover??

Who the hell is Eren's father and why did he do it to Eren??? I have sooo many questions right now!
On the other hand, I liked Erwin's risk taking skills. Applause. ..
Is it me or do some characters need development? I feel like some of them look bland..
Anyway, I hope the storyline changed to action and got some explanations to its mysteries rather than dealing with politics and such.

EN We’re clearly in the best phase of this series so far. I read this volume in no time and now I just want to dive straight into the next one!
Who would’ve thought that in a world where humanity’s greatest threat are the Titans, whose origin remains shrouded in mystery, we’d reach a point in the story where those same Titans take a back seat — overshadowed by an even greater threat: ourselves.

Oooh, things are getting interesting. We are delving deeper into the mythology and I can't wait to find out where this is going. We have some new characters in the mix and a major revolution happening. What will Eren's new memories reveal? I'm about to find out. Volume 16 is calling my name so let's go!

Epic battle time with humans on humans? Nah. Still, it's satisfying. Things are still left mostly unresolved but that's okay because Eren's big reveal was so juicy. Tender, even, with with the subtle flavor that comes with eating with one's family.

Well i did not sign up for this, wanted more titans vs humans but well it's okay. Even though i kinda suspected it, the twist left me shocked nonetheless. But all I want to see is honestly the damn basement. I don't think we'll see them going before 10 chapters at least. I want also to know how they make people forget past events.. So many mysteries, we discover a secret and it only leads to so many others. Since I'm marathoning the whole manga, I don't have much time to speculate and pat myself on the back when my guess is right (which I'm sure will be rare).

Loved the intrige and backstabbing in this volume. Also major, enticing reveal being teased at the end!
It makes me sick. We’re all in the dark when it comes to how this world works.
Full of twists and rugs being pulled away underneath the powers that be. The crown decides what’s true and what isn’t definitely feels shacky at the end of this volume.

Story
Wow. It's been 6 months since I read volume 14? Oops. I was borrowing these from the library, and then Crunchyroll added manga to my existing membership I figured I'd switch to that. I guess time got away from me.
I'm still really enjoying this series. It's quite different from where it started though. This volume continues to focus on the politics of the inner wall and nobility. We also get a little more about the Titan conspiracy stuff, but not as much as I'd like.
The story is still moving along at a slower pace than I'd like. However it continues to be quite enjoyable, despite the amount of action being down.
I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next and plan to jump right into the next 4 chapters that comprise volume 16.
Artwork

And so we have the culmination of all of the scheming. Lots of things happen in this volume that will change this world forever. Many things tie up just a little too neatly for me though and I'm getting the distinct feeling that Isayama has no plan for or any idea where his story is going. There are also even more questions now with the ending panels showing all new crazy information. And it looks like we're finally going to find out what happened to Eren's father ...

So many society-breaking reveals accompanied by deadly action sequences in this volume. The Krista-related story makes for an intriguing narrative breakthrough but Eren's fate is what makes this volume even more engrossing.

Attack on titan es una de las mejores cosas que he visto en mi vida jsjsaja, me dio curiosidad saber como era este manga jsjs la verdad siento que si no hubiera visto el anime antes, no hubiera entendido mucho lo qué pasó...

I HAVE THOUGHT OF MANY SCENARIOS BUT THIS ONE IS TERRIFYING , UNEXPECTED !! I'M SHOCKED !!SHOCKED!! HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN !!! WHAT WOULD HAPPEN NEXT!!
This volume is such a wonderful and interesting .
Like last few previous volumes of this manga , this volume is about politics in the world behind the walls , throne and the true royal blood, which are not my favorite topics anyway.
It is about freedom , courage ,revolution against the dictator , loyalty and the faith in the cause which leads to achievement .
All these morals appeared in the character Erwin Smith ,who is brilliant in these chapters .He is a great commander in all his positions at battles or out them . If you notice the words he uses as his reasons to the coup : I HAVE A DREAM . Just WOW!! Isn't this sentence Martin Luther King's ?! Is it only a coincidence?!
The surprising occurrences are exciting and joyful .I enjoyed them and thanks goodness Erwin still alive.
For third time , this manga is GREAT !!
It is not just action , fighting or bloody manga , NO! It includes precious meaning and motional moral messages ...

I watched the first few episodes on Netflix but it’s not in English so I opted to go with the manga to check it out because the complete series exists instead of just season one. This is my first manga so I don’t really have any prior experience to base it off when it comes to the art or story. I like the art it’s not over complex when it comes to telling the story it seems to work for the gritty horror story. So far the story while is well developed it’s easy to get lost turning the pages.
In the 15th installment, we have Levi and the rest of the Survey Corps on the run as they try to find Eren and Historia who have been taken. Rumors have been exposed changing everything as even more questions arise about what happened at Wall Rose. Eren is forced to remember the truth about what happened to his father.
I really enjoy the series it’s smart giving a little bit of story tossed in with the action as they encounter the titans. In each installment, we are given just a little more info in finding out what is really causing the titans and how to stop them. I admit I wish they had been in color but I’ve gotten used to the black and white of the books. It’s really a well-crafted series a perfect mix of story to art, blending so easily into a captivating story. The characters I feel I have been able to connect with even though it’s little snippets we are given glimpses into their pasts revealing more than they share. As my first manga it’s created a quick love for them and after I catch up with the series I can’t wait to start a new one it’s a perfect way to relax if you have about 20 minutes. I can’t wait to see what will happen next.

Mejor que el tomo anterior. Isayama por fin se centra correctamente en una trama política y, aunque sea algo inverosímil, logra que te lo creas. No solo dicen que todas las acciones individuales han pavimentado el nuevo camino de la Humanidad; te las muestran para que resulte lógico. Ahora bien, derrocar al gobierno ha sido mucho más fácil de lo que esperaba y me ha faltado mucha participación del rey, al que hemos visto en quizá un par de viñetas y da gracias.
Por lo demás, las mejoras del dibujo continúan a costa de falta absoluta de fondos para vender mejor el ambiente, los personajes de desdibujan un poco a causa de la magnitud del conflicto y la trama se pone cada vez más interesante. Esas páginas finales apuntan hacia un argumento mucho mejor. Ya va siendo hora de dar respuestas o, por lo menos, dejarse de tramas secundarias y avanzar la principal.

The Military Police reveals the truth on Flegel Reeves father, Dimo Reeves in the presence of a few Trost district citizens. Erwin's to be sent to the gallows but Commander Pixis schemes a plan and they all find out about the King's and the Assembly's true nature. Commander-in-chief Zackly arrests the whole Assembly. The Military now rules over what's left of humanity in between the walls, the end of the old regime is proclaimed. With the article from Berg Newspapers most people now know about the Interior Military Police's real actions and the truth on the nobles rulership. The Survey Corps are headed to the Reiss' family chapel where Historia and Eren are held by Kenny Ackermann and Rod Reiss.
