I don't want to hear about how happy she is, how everything turned out just the way it should have. Well, it didn't. She should have been with me.
The sequel to Intentional, the debut romantic novel by MK Harkins, Unintentional is the heart-racing new work that follows the tangled thread of Cade in the aftermath of his heartbreak in losing the one woman he thought was his soul mate. After taking a hiatus from his job as an engineer, as well as his role in the band as lead singer, Cade reemerges in the Seattle music scene.
Enter Laurel, the tenacious and determined music agent. Laurel is determined to sign him, no matter how clearly reluctant he is. Though they try to resist one another romantically, the magnetism is as immediate as it is powerful.
Cade has every reason to steer clear of commitment and train his soulful eyes, heart-melting dimples, and sexy voice on every beauty competing for his attention. So why does he find himself truly, deeply, and unintentionally fixated on the one woman who is not so easily swept away?
MK has always been a voracious reader. After hitting a dry spell of reading material, she decided to write the kind of book she'd like to read.
This resulted in the creation of her debut novel, Intentional. (Award for Best Sweet Romance - eFestival of Words- August 2014)
Unintentional, her second book, is based on the life of one of the characters in Intentional. Unintentional was written as a stand-alone book.
Breaking Braydon, Taking Tiffany, The Reader, The Jack, and Famous by Default have all been released on Amazon.
Ashes, the first book in a new series of modern-day fairy tale retellings, releases in May 2022. (Five more books in the series to follow)
When she's not writing novels, she likes to spend her free time traveling the world, splashing in mud puddles (She lives in Seattle, what can she say?), watching movies and reading (!)
I’m a tough reader. I can’t help it. I’m slow with little time to do it, so I have to choose my material wisely. If a book doesn’t grab me, like, instantly, if the writing is mediocre, if the voice doesn’t quite fit, then I toss that book like a hot tamale. I won’t review it, because, for the most part, I don’t review books I don’t like or finish. Obviously, since I’ve posted this review, you’ve come to realize, Unintentional is NONE of those things.
First, let me start by saying I read Harkins’ debut, Intentional, and I really enjoyed it. In a world now slathered neck-deep in smut and titillation, it was refreshing to read a sweet, clean romance. And Harkins’ follow-up adopts a similar course, though the author did add a bit more spice.
Now, I have a lot to say about the story itself, but what struck me most—immediately, in fact—when I started reading Unintentional, is the tremendous growth MK Harkins has shown since her debut. To be honest, I was astounded. Rarely do you see this much growth between books, especially in this genre. And yet, there it is. This is an author who listened to her fans and critics alike and cared enough to hone her craft. I respect that—a lot.
Unintentional is an easy read, and that’s a very good thing, as it should be. A book should never be about the author or the words, or the words being a tribute to the author, but rather the story, and Harkins manages that expertly. She’s dedicated to bringing her readers an enjoyable escape with relatable characters, and, this time around, there’s even a little bit of the whodunit, which surprised me, and actually had me guessing—wrongly, I might add, because she threw in enough red herrings to throw me off balance. That rarely happens to me, by the way.
Now, I’m not going to rehash the synopsis. You can read that above and probably in one out of every two reviews that will be posted here. What I will tell you is, I was Team Cade in Intentional. I liked Jeremy, but Cade is more my type, and I was a little pissed when Mattie made her decision. But now I’m glad she did, or we’d never have Cade’s story or Laurel or the irresistible Sophie, Laurel’s sidekick and champion. (Personally, I hope Sophie’s story is next. *Hint, hint*, Ms. Harkins.)
I think what I enjoyed most about Unintentional, what I hope for when I pick up any book, is the level of emotion the author macerates the story in. I need that, especially in a romance. I need angst and upheaval, heartbreak and tragedy, push and pull, and Unintentional delivers on all fronts. And believe it or not, Harkins delivers it with a remarkable amount of humor mixed in, so it never gets too heavy or bogged down. I’d say it’s perfectly balanced, and, as we all, as romance readers, want it to end—no cliffhanger, no happy-for-now, no WTF—just a satisfying HEA that will leave you with a dreamy sigh and a contented smile.
First and foremost I need to Thank M.K. Harkins for giving me the honor of beta reading this book for her.
I have to say in all honesty….I LOVED this book!!!!! I actually liked it even more then Intentional. I thought this book flowed very well and I loved how she switched off the POV's during the chapters. I felt we got the full feeling of the story that way. This book is listed as a standalone and I truly believe it can be read as one. The author does a wonderful job of recapping the end of Intentional from Cade's POV , that you really don't miss anything from the first book. Plus It really set up his story, and brought Laurel into the story. I was a little concerned how M.K. was going to cover the 2 year gap that was the epilogue in Intentional, but I thought she covered that perfectly. I felt that the author told enough of the story so that the reader didn't feel like they were missing any time, but she also didn't drag it out with to much story or information. I don't think that there is anything I would've cut from this story. I thought all the information she gave was pertinent to the story. I loved that we also got a little bit of Mattie's POV :).
I loved the added element of suspense that was added to the story!!! It made me want to read faster. I have to say I was Shocked by how the whole suspense aspect played out....I never would've guessed what happened. I actually had it going one way and the author took it completely a different way. I can't say much more because I don't want to ruin this book for you. You just need to read this book when it is released!!!
This story was fantastically written…..I loved that I laughed, blushed, cried, got angry, and was even scared. I definitely fell in love with both Cade and Laurel ( I also liked Scott and Shirley a lot, even though I'm not sure Shirley's name fits her…lol )
I would definitely recommend this book. I will say that if you have the time you should also read Intentional (book 1). Just so you get to meet all the characters that are in this book. Plus you meet Cade in book 1 and let me tell you I fell in love with him in that book that I was thrilled to know he was getting his own story. You don't want to miss out on this book !!!
Unintentional is the second book in the Intentional series by M.K Harkins. I absolutely loved Intentional (Book #1) and was both happy and sad at the end of the book- happy because Mattie and Jeremy found their happiness- but sad because Cade was hurt in the process. I really loved him in that book- so I was really excited to find that he would get his own story and a chance to find happiness, once more. I did have a lot of expectation and knowing how the story had ended in book one I felt Cade deserved an epic story of his own to make up for the way things played out- also, I was very interested to find out what happened to him in the two years between the end of Intentional and the epilogue that followed. We get a tiny snippet, from Mattie’s point of view, and a bit of a glimpse at how this story may start off- but I really wanted to know what happened. I really think Ms. Harkins has done a superb job with this book- it’s excellent- every bit as good as the first, if not better! Even though it is book two and the sequel to the first story- you could read this as a standalone, as Ms. Harkins does a great job of recapping the whole thing (from Cade’s POV)- but having said that, I still recommend reading Intentional first, because it’s there that you will fall in love with the story and the characters- which will enhance this reading experience for you. As with the first book, the characters are wonderful, beautifully developed and fully realised individuals. I love Cade even more now than in the first book, he’s so swoony- the perfect book boyfriend, and I am definitely adding him to my harem. Hey Ho!!! I wasn’t sure I was going to like Laurel, especially after Mattie- but I soon found myself changing my tune and am a big fan of hers now! And again, there is a lot going on in the story- and a lot more to the story and characters than first meets the eye. There was so much suspense, surprising and sometimes shocking and heart stopping revelations and developments. I devoured the story in one sitting, just so I could find out how the story played out! Perfect! I wonder what Ms. Harkins will do next? I can’t wait!
oooooh my best page was the last one where it says in book 3....OH MY and no cliffhanger just more of these great characters to love
Another great book and ya know on the last page it says there will be a book 3. NO cliffhanger either! Just more of the characters we love and those we love to hate.
clapping eee 3366097What you get in book 2 is the continuation of a few characters so there is familiarity. Loving Jeremy and Mattie in book one brings them back for a few memorable scenes. This one is much more intricate in the reveals. There is a new character Kelly and her sidekick assistant Rodney. Both of them are not at all trusting and she is wanting to steal Hard Reign from Laurel. There is an element of danger when it comes to these two.
As for the character of Laurel, I loved her! I also loved her assistant Sarah. Both together bring a light hearted comedy effect to the book. There is a certain fear of elevators that Laurel has and Sarah is scared of flying. Things like this make you feel connected to them, they seem normal. It makes then not only likable, but lovable and real.
The buildup was a long one. Well worth the wait because there are a few people who could be evil enough to try to break up not only the band but Laurel and Cade. So believe me this is a thrilling chick lit read! Grab it up
Read it fast and furious like I did. It is NOT at all a chick lit or romance novel it is much much more
Oh...my...goodness!!! Ms. Harkins has done it again! First of all, I have to thank her for letting me be a beta reader!!
I was hooked on this series since the release of Intentional. I had always been a Cade fan and when she said Cade's story would continue I was thrilled! I patiently waited as she pieced it together and she did not disappoint! Cade stole my heart once more, but I also found myself falling in love with the other characters, especially Scott! There was just something about him...
I don't want to give away anything, but this is a must read!! You will fall in love with Cade, hurt with him, hurt with Mattie and even fall a little bit in love with everyone else she brings into the story! There are a few twists and turns and one BIG one I didn't see coming, but it was a wonderful journey and I cannot wait to see what she does next! I am hoping this series continues with the band members, like I said, I fell in love with Scott :)
Wonderful job Ms. Harkins! There are not enough stars in this rating system. This series is still at the top of my favorites!!
I feel so Blessed to have been a beta reader for this book. I fell hard for Cade in Intentional but he stole my heart complete in Unintentional. His story is touching and will move you deeply. We also get to met up with Mattie and Jeremy in this book and see how life has changed for them with Cade in the background and his music career taking off.I don't want to give anything away but believe me when I say this is a MUST READ!
I must admit I picked this book for the cover. The story pulled me in right away but then it steered off just about the time I was getting used to the first relationship. I liked the story and will probably read the next book because this one left me wondering who Sophia will choose and will Scott get with the younger sister? I like a little more sizzle in my books and this wasn't what I had expected in that area but a good story all the same.
This is Book 2 of the "Intentional Series" and I highly recommend reading book 1 first.
I enjoyed UNINTENTIONAL better than the 1st book. I am so glad that this book was written. I had expectations of how it was all going to play out and because this is a spoiler free review I will not go any further with that thought.
I enjoy the way this author writes. The story flows well and takes its twists and turns smoothly and purposefully. Characters were well developed and all of my questions are satisfied.
Not having read Ms. Harkins previous book I had no idea what to expect with this new release but as I'm obsessed with rock star romances I dove right in and immediately became immersed in a delightfully sexy yet heartbreaking story full of intense emotions and witty, rapid-fire dialogue. With headstrong main characters and memorable secondary ones this story was a quick yet immensely satisfying read that has me panting for more.
With a quick and nicely integrated opening sequence that addresses what happened to Cade in the previous book readers are introduced to a loving and charming man who oozes sex appeal but who's at a crossroads in his life torn between a regular career or chasing the dream of musical stardom. Fate has him meeting the woman of his dreams but just when he thinks he's ready to commit tragedy occurs and he spirals into a self-imposed darkness full of loneliness that he drags himself out of courtesy of the beautiful spitfire that wants to sign his band. He never expected to feel alive again but she turns his emotions upside down and they undergo a merry chase full of unrelenting sexual tension, crackling banter, and steamy encounters. Cade is easy to fall in love with as he's charming and romantic, not to mention all those sexy bad boy vibes he gives off with his tats. I ached when he ached and cheered when Laurel brought that spark of life back to him and he left an indelible mark on me.
Laurel was there the night tragedy befell Cade and she's been intrigued by him ever since. She desperately wants to sign his band as she can see how talented they are but it's not going to be easy as Cade is full of contradictory emotions. She finds him sexy but equally infuriating and from their first awkward, but truly hilarious introduction, he leads her on a sexually frustrating chase to signing her contract. Laurel is a wonderful leading lady who's strong-willed and not afraid to go after what she wants. She values loyalty and commitment and from the moment Cade kisses her she knows her life will never be calm again. She may seem like a staid and prudish woman but Cade brings out her wild side as seen through their electrically charged dialogue and their intense sexual tension and encounters. Laurel gave to Cade as good as she got and watching their battle of the sexes was exhilarating.
Along with a great main couple was a wonderful supporting cast of characters, particularly Laurel's assistant Sophie. Sophie's childhood was one of abuse and neglect which has her doubting the meaning of love but there's still flashes of her having a romantic heart and in her own subtle ways she made a great matchmaker for Cade and Laurel. She's extremely loyal making Laurel see the truth of things and is always there to bring some unexpected humor. She's a ball of energy and I look forward to her having her own HEA as she definitely deserves it. Cade's bandmates make a memorable impression as well as each ooze sex appeal and have distinct personalities that will bring something to every reader. Scott, in particular, took the lead as he was there to force Cade to come back to the land of the living. He too is charming and sexy but a bit of a player. His interactions with Sophie left a lasting impression and have me curious where this might lead. From its delightful banter, to its engaging characters, to the emotional roller coaster ride Ms. Harkins puts us through I found this the perfect read and highly recommend it to those who want to enjoy the thrill ride!
What a heart-stopping, breath-taking, hilarious and don’t forget, swooning-all-over-the-place read!!!
I absolutely could not wait to read this book! When I was asked to be a beta reader, I think my screams of joy and gratitude could be heard down the street. That is how excited I was for this book and the opportunity.
When I read Intentional, I knew Cade would be trouble. He simply stole my heart which ended up breaking my heart. How is that even possible??? Well, MK Harkins manages to do that to you. =) With that being said, I'm admitting that in Unintentional, I fell head over heels in love with him.
Much like Mattie & Jeremy’s story in Intentional, Cade and Laurel’s was just as gripping. Unintentional did not lack in angst, mystery or suspense. Tears were shed, laughter was had and face palms could be experienced throughout the story. Not only do we get to experience all the above, we are introduced to probably one of the most humorous sidekicks in Laurel’s assistant. There were plenty of times she had me in tears from laughter.
I appreciate once again the multiple POV’s so we can get a better picture of what each character is undergoing and feeling. I think it is especially important with the time period this story covers. Don’t be fooled, there are still many times when you may want to shake sense into either Laurel or Cade.
My suggestion... Read Intentional first. Fall in love with the characters and then read Unintentional. You will not be disappointed. To this day, I can't listen to "Hey Ho" by The Lumineers without thinking of Cade... *Swoon*
In all honesty, Unintentional might just be MK Harkins best work yet. Congrats MK Harkin's an another PHENOMENAL story.
Cade is still trying to get over Mattie. It's really hard for him and he just can't seem to do anything. After his friend/band member comes over to pull him out of the funk he's in, he decides to just go with it. That's when he meets Laurel. Laurel is a music agent that is interested in signing Hard Reign. Too bad that's not what Cade thinks Laurel and her assistant are. So, they start off on the wrong foot. After things are sort of smoothed over, Cade tells her that he isn't ready to advance in his music career. He needs a year. A year!!! Well, Laurel will just have to wait, and she does. After a year there's competition for his and, but no more competition for him. Laurel wants to keep things professional, but their pull towards each other is pretty strong. There's also some more stuff going on that interrupts their possible romantic relationship. Will anything come from Cade and Laurel other than a working relationship?
I give this book 5 out of 5 stars.
After reading the first book I felt really bad for Cade. So this definitely made me feel better. Cade is a great character. He just seems like a great guy that doesn't have a lot of luck. I'm glad he got his own story. This story is great. I love how the author gave me a love story with some mystery thrown into it. This is one of those books that you don't want to put down until you've finished it, because you have to know what happens next. So in this book you have a great story, awesome characters, excellent writing, and a happy reader at the end. I highly recommend this book. I recommend you read the first book to have character information and more of a story background.
I read Intentional not long after it came out and then again, when it was re-edited. Why? Because I loved that book. However, I was always Team Jeremy and to say I was relieved that Mattie chose Jeremy over Cade was an understatement. Don’t get me started on the rest of the story. You might be wondering why I am talking about Jeremy versus Cade, but there is a reason. I think I may have changed teams. No, not that one, but I am now Team Jeremy! Whereas I was annoyed with Cade in Intentional, I had a whole new set of feelings about Cade in this book. I felt his loss at the beginning of the book, but then I felt hope when he first encountered Laurel, only to have that feeling extinguished. My emotions continued to change throughout this whole book. I NEED to feel an emotional connection, good or bad, with the characters in the books I read and I felt a variety of emotions as Unintentional progressed. Every character in this book had an important role to play and whether that role was good or bad, I loved each and every one of them. They became real people. As far as I'm concerned, that is a sign of excellent writing. Was it a straight forward romance? Hell, no! Was I able to predict what would happen next? Again, no. In short, I loved this book and I hope I get to read more from this talented author. I gave Unintentional 5 out of 5 stars.
YES! Cade's story was wonderful!! I had hoped that Cade and Mattie would end up together in Intentional, but after reading Unintentional I know that he ended up with the right woman for him. He quickly became a favorite of mine! This book was full of ups and downs, and a few surprises. Cade's heart is bruised after Mattie chose Jeremy, and then he meets Laurel. Their feelings for each other develop quickly, and surprise both of them. Because of their business relationship having an intimate relationship is not a great idea, but even after more than a year they still have feelings for each other. Laurel finds it difficult to deal with those feelings and the difficulties of a long distance relationship. There were times when she didn't trust him, but he teaches her to communicate her feelings. He teaches her that even though he is a bad boy rocker he is a really good man. And of course, there have to be some twists and turns, so in between all of that there is the mystery person trying to ruin their lives. Despite all that there is a happy ending for Cade and Laurel. I hope Sophie's story is next!
The fallout from the events of Intentional continues here as Mattie's decision leaves Cade devastated and alone. There is a recap of events from Intentional as there is a cross over in timelines.
Laurel is a music agent set to sign Cade's band. Despite the instant attraction between Laurel and Cade neither will take the next step. Laurel wants to keep her professional and personal lives separate; while Cade is struggling to get over losing Mattie and his broken heart. The way that Cade makes her feel does force Laurel to evaluate her own personal relationships and end her relationship with the very dependable Douglas.
Life, love and music are cut throat and some people will stop at nothing to get what they want. Danger is never far away.
Cade is very sensitive which is seen in the length of time it takes for him to realise that his feelings for Mattie were not true love as he first believed. Laurel shows Cade that he needs someone who challenges him and is feisty.
Another action packed read as the danger slowly reveals alongside the development of Cade and Laurel's relationship.

Once again we meet MK Harkins in another wonderful novel.
Do you remember Cade? A gorgeous tattooed musician with brains, a bad boy vibe, soulful eyes, adorable dimples, and a scorching voice?? Yes, that Cade we all fell in love with in Intentional. Remember how he was apparently in love with Mattie and tried his best to win her over Jeremy, but alas, it was not meant to be.
After wallowing in sorrow and alcohol, a surprise encounter with two beautiful women lead Cade to a fantastic musical opportunity, and we don´t mind some mouth to mouth action too.
Laurel is a stubborn, determined, and persistent music agent bent on signing Hard Reign to a record company so they can finally make it big in the music industry, but the mysterious and handsome lead singer refuses to accept any offer.
Now, Laurel is no wimp and Cade might just have met his match. Come along and follow the amazing story of this two unique individuals in a story full of laughter, love, heartbreak, and unexpected twists and turns.
Great book! I expected this to start where the first book left off, but was pleasantly surprised to get Cade's POV of from where he entered the first book. This allows you to read this as a stand alone. Although I recommend reading them in order because the first book was also great and this will just make you want to read the first!
Cade is a hot, tattooed singer/engineer. Super smart and talented, he has you wondering how anyone could choose someone else over him. Not good at rejection, he pushes away any chance of happiness. But when he's ready to make his move, he's determined to get what he wants.
Laurel is a beautiful up and coming agent. She knows what she wants and that's Hard Reign, Cade's band. But when chemistry and a stubborn man want to change the deal, she's left running scared. Luckily she has Sophie to help her realize that she doesn't want to miss this opportunity. But can she keep it all business and what will happen if she can't or doesn't want to?
Can they both get what they want? And will it be worth the consequences if they do?
This book was awesome after finishing book one I wondered what would happen with Cade and Laurel. I learned how much they wanted eachother but he made a rule of one year after all the suffering, the deal was Laurel could sign them in one year. There was another lady almost to sign them. Laurel worked so hard for the band and they were really good friends who both wanted more but didn't know how to explain it. Anyway they were still close to Mattie and Jeremy. Something terrible happened and they almost lost Jeremy. Cade told him if he would not make it he would marry Mattie and take care of her and Laurel heard it. What happens to Jeremy? Will Laurel be left alone now? Will Cade and Mattie get married? There are so many questions. You have to read it. It's a beautiful story with love, hope, faith, friendship, fear, tears, heartbreak. But I loved the ending. You need to read this series. Great books!
This is the sequel to the author's debut novel and does a wonderful job of following up with Cade after Mattie leaves him to go back to Jeremy. Even though it is a sequel, I feel the book can be read as a standalone because even though it refers back to the events in the first book, it's not dependent on them.
The real weakness to me is the first person present point of view...and especially when it is used with more than one character. It took me a while to get into that way of writing.
It was interesting to watch the relationship unfold between Cade and Laurel...and I really liked her friend and the banter between them. I liked all the characters and appreciate that Ms. Harkins was trying to bring the reader into their minds.
It was a quick easy read once I got into the book-- and the dialogue between the characters make it worth while. It's fun to read. I could easily see this as a movie.
Let me just say I don't think this book was as good as the first, but it was definetly an enjoyable read. I fell in love with Mattie and Cade from the first book. It was awesome to hear Cade's side of the story. I always wanted him and Mattie to end up together, but if he couldn't be with Mattie, Laurel would be my next pick. Laurel is a feisty and brave upcoming music agent. She has no intention of being in a relationship, much less falling for rocker Cade. When Cade and Laurel meet the fireworks begin. Both have never felt this way, but are terrified of heartbreak. I would recommend this book and series to all of my friends. I don't usual go for a love story, but this is pack with love, heartbreak, and revenge. I can't wait to read more from this author and if your looking for an awesome love story with some unusual twists and turns, this is the book for you.
I am so glad that Cades story was continued. While I loved Cafe in Intentional, he stole my heart in Unintentional. His story was emotional and soul stirring. We also get to see Jeremy and Mattie and see how life has changed for them so far.
Cades a rock and roll guy a hot guy in a band and totally swoon worthy. Laurel is a girl who wants Cade....well at least a contract for his band. I love Cade and Laurel and how their story developed Cade teaches Laurel a lit as she is jealous and doesn't trust the poor guy and I imagine a long distance relationship would be hard but really hard without the trust Cade teaches Laurel how to trust and communicate her feelings That's probably something we all could work on really All this while someone is trying to destroy their lives Hold on to your seats and enjoy the ride.
I read the first book in this series, Intentional, and loved it. So I settled in to love this one as well. And I certainly wasn't disappointed! I loved this one even more! Cade is a wonderful character, the bad boy façade with the compassionate soul most girls dream of. I felt like Cade's best friend, watching him dust himself off after a painful break up, commit to someone new, and court her until the end. This book is a refreshing take on what it means to know what you want and go for it, to believe you are deserving of both giving and receiving love.
I read this book in two sessions, split only because my family had to eat :) I can't wait to read more from MK Harkins.
Reviewing for Book Worms I'm giving this book 5 stars because it was fantastic! I liked this book even more then the first book in the intentional series. This book sucked me in from start to finish. Very well written, good clean romance with just a little spice without going to far! ( I still love me some spice! ;) ) big change from the first book Intentional. This was not near as predictable, and kept me on my toes! There was nothing I didn't enjoy about this grate story. I do have to say that I'm a bit surprised that the next book will be Douglas's story. Not sure I care much for him but I am interested to see how MK Harkins works this next one!
I received this book in exchange for an honest review: Another great, clean book! After reading the first book, I thought I would be able to easily guess the ending of this one-but nope! This story follows where book one left off, but from Cade & Laurel's point of view. We also get to follow up with Mattie & Jeremy-an added bonus! This book deals with the uncertanty of love, business rivals & true friendship. It kept me intrugued all the way to the end & left me ready for the next installment...
Fantastic 2nd book…If im honest I loved this one more than Intentional, maybe because it was Cades book.
Cade is still trying to come to terms with loosing Mattie, he has taken time out of doing both jobs and is drinking away his days. Laurel loves his music and it doesn’t hurt that he is easy on the eye either she wants to sign them. Their first meeting doesn’t go to plan and there is a huge misunderstanding which leads to Cade having to apologize the following day which then leads to THE EXPEREMENT and THE DEAL.
This is the second book in the series. I loved it. First the characters are more developed and have more depth. Laurel is a force of nature and it's easy to relate to her. Second the writing is better more dialog and interaction between the characters. Third the"evil" character is a better unique twist. Thoughts by the unknown character are different and makes the story more interesting. This is a great addition to the series.
This book was not what I was expecting. It was so much better! I had won this book in a contest. Thank you M.K.! I liked the book so much that I am passing it around to my friends who are enjoying it as well. I can not wait to read what else you have written. Thank you so much for introducing me to your books.
This book was given to me to read for review. It is a page turner and keeps you on the edge. I really enjoyed reading this book. I cried. I laughed and I screamed. It's rare to find that one true love in your life and for M.K Harkins to write about it the way she can it astounding. Truly a wonderful and enjoyable read.
I enjoyed the depth of emotion in this story. I loved the characters, they were so well developed that it was easy to visualize them. Great story that unfolds over time. Well written and very easy to follow. I will definitely be reading more in this series. Highly recommended author.
Unintentional, by M K Harkins is a great read. M K Harkins style of writing is wonderful. This is a romantic, suspenseful and smart book. The character development is full and engaging. I highly recommend this book.
Cade can't move on from Mattie then he has an uncontrollable pull towards Laurel, only problem is they are noe working together and can't cross the line. Lots of twists and turns and I enjoyed the chase between the two and the cameos made my Mattie and Jeremy from book 1.
