First I want to start by saying...I almost stopped reading this book, because I CAN’T stand to read about a super weak female. That’s exactly what Piper was🤦🏾♀️ I was ready to throw my damn phone🤬 I loved that she had friends like Melanie and June. Damien is an annoying dog a** ni**a and definitely needs to be handled. All these girls have their own issues that they’re dealing with. I guess I’ll read book two 🤦🏾♀️ even though I was irritated majority of the book,it is good. Oh yeah and Rex and his crew ❤️❤️❤️

Crazy Love
Excellent storyline that should be an eye opener for many. Even though this is fiction, this a true story for many young women. Character development allows you to be able to relate to the some of characters, or hate them. I recommend this five star read and look forward to reading what happens in part 2.

Satisfied Reader
These girls were thick as thieves. They were down for one another and loved each other like sisters. I'm so glad Piper finally came to realization. Damian was not what she needed. He is a man that wants his cake and eat it too. I'll be happy when Rex gets a hold of him. Rex is what Piper needs but with Carla coming bk i wonder how its going to go down. Will Mazi break June down. Malanie and Landon will they make it. I need pt.2 asap

Good read
I enjoyed this book. I loved Rex and Landon. I love the friendship between the girls. What erked me to the core was how weak Piper was. I understand she been with him for years but from what it seems he been doing her dirty for years like she should've to heed when everybody kept saying leave him alone. I can't wait for part 2.

I loved this story , I hate Damian he is a bit hole. He just like the rest of these guys out here cheating on a good woman but soon as she had enough and move on he wants to start acting like a little jealous boy. I really hope Piper is okay. I can't wait u too part two come out so I can see what happened.

From start to finish I could not put my phone down. I love Piper and Rex together, but that Damian is the evil and will not let her be happy. The ending had me in tears. I can't wait til part 2. I recommend anyone looking for a good read, one click this one asap.

I was feeling this book from the title the end of the book. I saw myself in Piper and Melanie. I just want to see someone get a happy ending, without the lies, jealousy, and craziness. I meant wait for part 2, cause part 1 left my mouth open, like wait, no, damn it!

They say, you never realize what you have until it's gone, and that's exactly the situation between Damian and Piper. Piper always took Damian back, but eventually she became tired of his doggish ways. Piper decided to move on with someone better than Damian, Rex. Damian, always took advantage of Piper, because Damian thought she would always be there, but he didn't know that his time had finally ran out.
Rex was everything that Damian wasn't. Rex was attentive to her, patience with her, and most of all Rex gave her the confidence that she needed to know what she truly deserved. Now, Damian had realized since he's lost Piper, that she was someone special, he would rather try to kill her, than for her to move on to Rex, and be happy. Damian realized that Piper can be happy without him, and now it has hurt him to his soul.
I absolutely loved Malanie and Landon together. Landon respected everything about Malanie, even moreso, after finding out she was a virgin. She definitely wasn't your average female and she wanted to wait until she not only found the right person, but only when the timing was right. Malanie had been scarred by her past, but I had a feeling that Landon was going to be everything that she wanted and needed.
June was the complete opposite of both Piper and Malanie, and it was because she was into girls. Piper and Malanie believed that it was because she hadn't found the right man yet. June met Mazi, and Mazi was used to the complete opposite of settling down. I believed that Mazi wasn't used to a challenge, and that is exactly what June would be to Mazi. Is it really possible for June and Mazi to fall for each other?!

Hooked from the beginning
From beginning to end I loved this book. The author painted such vivid pictures of the charterers.
Piper's a young lady who's in a relationship but she feels like it's only her. Damian who's her longtime boyfriend continues to cheat, lie and abuse her. Piper loves him so much that she stays. One night Piper experiences something that she'll never be able to forgive him for.
Rex is a well know man in the streets and he runs them with an iron fist. While he's out one night, he stumbles upon a situation that he feels is completely disrespectful. Taking matters into his own hands Rex wastes no time and reacts.
This is a must read!!

Explosively Good.
I'm speechless. Piper in love with the worst kind there is Damian.... is just blinded by his lies. That man wouldn't know the truth if it smacked him in the face. Everytime she got courage to leave his cheating behind she went right back like he was a magnet. Now Rex .. the new man in her life, I like but he has secrets too. I do believe he's a good man bit his ex tainted his heart. I do think he's the better man but he comes with baggage. Excited to read book 2, all I can say is Damian is scum. 5 stars.

A Striking Difference
This book is so true to life on so many levels. The cheating boyfriend that realized too late that he had a good thing, a worrying grandma, friends that love Piper. Her heart aches, but it is being healed by a real man. Who knew that happiness would be short lived? Why does this girl always face danger? Why go to the door? Why not call Rex?
