The elderly Emperor knows he is in danger. War and rebellion face him at every turn. All that stands between him and the end of his reign is a young archery slave, Ben. All the while, a girl living in the ruins of a forgotten kingdom will begin to learn of her destiny.
I loved the three crowns!! I love when a book has different character perspectives it allows the reader to get a good insight into what each person is feeling and thinking. The storyline is so carefully thought out, all the characters effortlessly link, each storyline keeps you on your toes and is beautifully written. I am keen that this novel is the first of a trilogy, so I can’t wait to read the next two instalments. Nicholas Madden’s debut novel is so well written, and I can’t wait to see what he has in store! I would definitely recommend this to people who love fantasy, but people who just love a genuinely good story line! I was enchanted by Maddens words, I read the book so quickly! So can you hurry up with book number 2???
Nick Madden’s debut novel The Three Crowns was excellent from start to finish. I love how each chapter is written in a different character’s perspective, giving insight into their own journeys. The storyline is fantastic, with each character linking to the next in someway. I can’t wait to see what’s next in the second installment 😁😁😁
