A clear and simple guide to the incredible philosophy of the Akashic Records and the ways in which they can improve and transform our lives. The Akashic Records are a spiritual library full of information about the world and everything in it - every person and event, past and present. Accessing the Records can help us to heal the past, get through present life challenges, release blocks and answer questions about our future. Internationally renowned spiritual teacher Sandra Anne Taylor brings an introductory guide to this fascinating philosophy and teaches the what the Akashic Records contain and how to access them- how to travel the eternal timeline to investigate the past, present and potential future- how past lives are influencing us today and what we can do to rewrite those records- how we can use the Akashic Records to find our purpose, expand our talents and find greater success and joy in this life- how to programme future events within the records of this life and in lifetimes to comeThis book was previously published as The Akashic Records (Hay House Basics series).
Being pretty honest I had no idea what I've read. This things 'records' seems to be like some post-hipnosis therapy instead of something creating by the infinite time-space gallery. Maybe I need more imagination to get into it. I liked the new style meditations and I only take that.
Although I read a lot of spiritual and self-help literature, this was my first book on the subject of Akashic Records. To be frank, if I did not have an interest in the subject on its own, I would never pick up another book on it after reading this. Maybe I am not "beginner" enough to get it? It had way too much "water", page fillers and "Jane once went shopping and was hit by inspiration to do this..." kind of stories. There were a few mediations in the book, but it could literally be summed up as relax, imagine a library and what you wana know, receive the info then come back from the meditation...you know like any other meditation. I enjoyed the chapter on past lives due to my interest in the subject itself, the other chapters - not so much. It all just read like a work of fiction and I do not think I needed a 240 page book to tell me to to meditate to get the answers I need. Unfortunately a very disappointing read.
I absolutely loved this and I really enjoyed how it is similar to both my beliefs as a spiritualist and how certified Hypnotists work in terms of practical fields. I found this book valuable and highly educational in my self growth journey and I will forever keep it on my shelf to read again to remind myself of some things that I might have forgotten. I am a strong believer in past lives, karmas and so on. I very much vibe with this author's writing and I was very interested in what it had to say. I am writing this review quite late so I might have lost some of what my previous "fresh" opinions were but this book was impactful enough for me to remember that I really enjoyed it. Maybe when I choose to read it again then I will send an update review.
I was annoyed and impatient with the first several chapters, I have no interest in the history of the Akashic Records. I wanted her to "get on with it." I'm glad I stuck it out, Taylor offered a lot of very valuable insights, meditations, and practices. Her suggestion to write a daily intention to help self actualize your idealized self has already brought me lots of joy and peace. I'll now see if I can find her meditations on CD. I want HER to guide me through them. Thank you. I appreciate your book.
It is an excellent introduction to work with the akashic records, where we can get a lot of useful information for our lives. This book covers everything plus many exercises on how to access the records, I tried some and they were really remarkable and exactly what I needed at that point in my life. I will continue working with this knowledge.
This is my first book on the Akashic Records. It was the perfect introductory overview to start with. I'm already using the techniques with significant effects.
I don’t mind reading books about meditating but when there are so many stories about others experiences it takes away the sheer interest of reading the book. Not to mention the majority of the meditation are similar.

This is good information about all the Akashic Records and how to connect to them along with why you want to connect to them. Enjoy all the information, meditations and visualizations.
very informative and simple look at what the Akashic Records are. goes a bit into xtian mythology in the clarification of things, which i disagree with, but was still interesting.
As promised, Ms. Taylor made THE AKASHIC RECORDS MADE EASY … easy. Everything you want to know about the Akashic Records neatly arranged. As well as numerous journaling exercises to help you get to the meat of who you are through the accession of your Akashic Records. Highly recommended.
