Abby headed to England, lured by the promise of love and happiness. Her world soon comes tumbling down around her. On the brink, a guardian angel, unknown to Abby, lends a helping hand causing carnage and a wake of blood and devastation.
I was born in Basingstoke England. Son to Sue and Max. After a rather unsettled first few years some of which was spent living in a big family tent we settled in the North West of England near Manchester. I have one younger brother by 4 years.
I left school in 1989 and went straight into the Armed Forces (Army - Royal Engineers to be exact) in which I spent 10 years.
After I left the Army I worked at Manchester Airport as a mechanic, working on all types of ground handling equipment from the large pushback tug's that tow the aeroplanes to belt loaders to high platform cargo loaders.
I know no writer can please all readers all the time but even if a few people enjoy my books I will be a very happy man!
Of course I love short stories! (You can’t be a diehard King fan and not be… ijs)
Of course I love all things scary! (Except aliens. I HATE aliens)
So a horror short story? Yes, please!
Added bonus? The cover is creepy AF and really, that’s just gravy.
If you want a quick little horror story that will make you wrinkle your nose in disgust (gore), this is a good choice. Aside from a few little editing details, I liked the book. It was a nice diversion from my other read (more to come on that later…).
So… where do I sign up for one of these bad ass little dolls? I need one to do some bidding for me
Loved this story from start to finish. It's hooks you in from the beginning and won't let go until you've finished then it makes you want to read it again. Didn't expect the ending. Reminds me of the short stories from Clive Barker's Books Of Blood or Stephen King's Night Shift Well worth reading
