The ultimate guide for internal medicine. However, if you are looking for a review this is NOT your book. Harrison's is a great reference book and what I pick up every day when I need to refresh a single topic. It would be difficult to read more than 1 or 2 chapters at a time - and a waste of time for study for board exams. Use it for those research projects and when you want to know more about a diagnosis in a specific case.
