I have worked with many types of students, every one exceptional in different ways. Some were given labels of Down Syndrome, Autistic, behavioral problems, troubled and even gifted. No written test can teach teamwork and true inclusion. We are meant to learn these concepts together, young and old, teacher and student, parent and child, through diverse interactions and experiences. Allow me to take you on an adventure of teaching, parenting, advocating, fostering, and discovering that the key to unlocking true potential lies within everyone’s grasp! Not only will you learn from my experiences, but I also include practical tips and moments of insight that will inspire even the most hopeless parent or teacher, of new possibilities.
